Potential Concentrate Milling Capacity
Based on Oxide average production of 25,000 ounces at SelinsingConcentrate ......from mass reduction to, say, 5% of raw ore, would suggest spare capacity for 20,000 tons or so, of Colombian Concentrate.
The question remains as to the grade of that concentrate.
If this is being bought from artisanal aggregators in Colombia , I doubt that the gold grade of the concentrate would be much greater than 1-2 ounces per ton.
So, maybe 20,000 to 25,000 ounces of gold dores per year.
Stll, buying that concentrate at a cost of 65% of gold content and, as milling costs are modest, offers opportunities of netting 20% net margins ......about $10 million in free cash flows per year.
In such a scenario, the milling capacity of the Selinsing mill is maximized which spreads fixed overhead costs over much larger output production, reducing overall cash costs.
In such a scenario, Selinsing could be producing 25,000 ounces of oxides, 50,000 ounces of sulphide concentrates by the Floatation mill, and milling additional 25000 ounces of oxide gold concentrate.
This of course would assume feedsource at maximum capacity.
