Purchase price: 14 cents per flow-through share
Warrants: 2,286,358 share purchase warrants to purchase 2,286,358 shares
Warrant initial exercise price: 25 cents
Warrant term to expiry: three years
Non-flow-through (NFT) shares
Number of NFT shares: 3.21 million non-flow-through shares
Purchase price: 12.5 cents per non-flow-through share
Warrants: 1,605,000 share purchase warrants to purchase 1,605,000 shares
Warrant initial exercise price: 25 cents
Warrant term to expiry: three years
Number of placees: 22 placees
Insiders: Grant Ewing, 200,000; Tri Ventures Capital Corp. (Jordan Trimble), 500,000

Ich bin davon ausgegangen, dass circa Anfang Februar wieder gehandelt wird..

Das mit dem Update wird noch etwas länger dauern,dafür wird es aber um so besser.
