Gruss an alle Timeless Interessenten!

Ich eroeffne diesen Thread um mal wieder auf eine Sachliche Ebene zurueck zu kommen, ich will mich zum anderen Thread gar nicht aeussern aber ich hoffe das Ihr hier nur noch ernstgemeinte Beitraege bzw. Diskussionen einbringt DANKE!

Auch wen es im Augenblick nicht so gut mit unserem Liebling aussieht und es wenig Neuigkeiten gibt so wuensch ich doch allen Timeless-Aktionaeren alles Gute.

HI Dettener,

tja, gehöre leider auch noch zu den Timeless-Aktionären, und das schon seit 0,75Cent.....

Ich frage mich nur warum, denn wenn ich mir so den Chart anschaue, dann muß ich einfach allen Timeless-Aktionären eine gewisse Börsenuntauglichkeit attestieren (tja, mir damit leider auch :-()....wenn es nämlich einen Chartverlauf gibt der tausend Verkaufsgründe liefert, dann dieser!

Nur hoffe ich für uns alle, dass Timeless nicht gerade das Depotschwergewicht war, denn dann: Tschüsssi Depot, Du Federgewicht!

Ein Glück sage ich mir, dass ich noch so aussichtsreiche Aktien wie My Casino, Founder, Stone Electronics, Union Capital etc habe, so kann ich wenigstens beruhigt schlafen lol...

Ich bin auch bei 0,7 rein aber schlafe nocht ganz gut.Zur chartanalyse schau dir mal yahoo an------> charttechnick kann helfen sollte aber kein kauf oder verkaufsgrund sein.Obwohl ja bei Timeless hätte es einer sein sollen .Na ja sie werden auch wieder steigen heute ein kleiner anfang 16% plus in HK

Ich habe Timeless am Montag angeschrieben und dabei folgende Fragen gestellt:

1. Ich habe gehört, daß Timeless einen 60 Millionen HK$ Auftrag erhalten hat, gibt es dazu mehr Informationen?
2. Was macht das Yunnan-Projekt?
3. Was unternimmt Timeless, um vor allen Dingen institutionelle Anleger zu gewinnen?

Hier meine Original-Anfrage:

„Dear Mandy,

this is my third attempt within the last 4 weeks to get an answer from you to my e-mails.
I contact you from Germany, where all share holders are very very concerned about the sharp fall of your share price, although no negative news are known .
I have been informed by a foreign source that you made a 60 mHK$ deal with a phone company in mainland.
 Is that right and could you provide me with further information?
 In February there were rumours about the Yunnan project. You confirmed to me in summer that the deal was perfect, but until now no information about that was to be read in the press. What is the actual state of the Yunnan project?
 What action will be taken from your side to make Timeless more attractive to institutionell investors?

Please answer to my questions, as I am really very concerned in the permanent fall of your share price.

Die Antwort von Timeless kam heute mit folgenden Infos:

1. Timeless hat einen 60Mio.HK$ Vertrag mit einem noch geheimen Mobilfunkbetereiber in China geschlossen.
2. Das Yunnan-Projekt läuft, die erste Phase ist abgeschlossen. Ca. 500 Schulen sind angeschlossen, weitere Provinzen zeigen Interesse.
3. Die aktuellen PR-Aktivitäten zielen speziell auf 3 e-trade Portale, von denen alle zu den Timeless-Kunden gehören und von denen 2 bald an der OFEX ( Großbritannien) gelistst werden.

„Please find followings are answers to your questions.

- We are not able to tell why our stock price is falling since this is
not controlled by us. Despite our remarkable results, investors position
us as the telecom and multi-media company like the Pacific Century
Cyberworks - HKT, whose stock price is sliding as the rest of the whole
market. In fact, the market has undervaluated us which is very wrong.

- Your news received is correct. We have signed a contract values
HK$60M + portal with the mobile operator in
China who was the first private telecom company in the mainland. They
expand their business scope as well as market coverage rapidly. They are
the largest private ISP in China and competing with the national telecom
organizations. We are building the infrastructure and platform, and
application systems for them. Phase one of the project is completed that
they have launched it in last month.

This is very advantageous for us to enter the China market through this
kind of project.

- The Yunnan project is going well, first phase of it was completed.
The number of potential users (schools) is
about 500. They will pay for using the portal and the associated
applications. The Education depatments in other cities like Sichuan and
Gui Zhou in the western part of China are interested in and reference to
this portal.

Our current PR focus is on other three e-trade portals which are
asis-steel.com, a portal with the highest steel transaction volume in the
world; faccex.com and gapex.com, these two are under our client who is
going to be listed on the OFEX soon.

- In short, Timeless is UNIQUE, because :

1. We have strong foundation , we have solid business and revenue models,
we are real software development company (Internet Technologies Provider)
and we are profitable.

2. We have our own technologies, yet they are open and versatile for the

Bin heute zu 0,19 € eingestiegen. Klar, das hier ist kein Bluechip. Aber habe dennoch das Gefühl, daß Timeless sich bald auf 1,00 € hochschwingt. No risk - no fun !

Wann gibt´s wieder News von Timeless: Quartalszahlen usw?

Bis zur nächsten Asienrally kanns noch Jahre dauern.Bin zwar auch noch in Timeless investiert hab sie aber schon abgeschrieben.
Momentan brauch man sich hier keine Hoffnungen zu machen.Es geht eher den nächsten Schritt nach unten.
Denk mir mal wir sehn die 0.12 Euro auch.Aber es kommt ja immer ganz anders........
