There has been so much information given over a period of time, some confusing or maybe conflicting. Please clarify the number of companies involved,(shells included) and the dividends given per company and how it will be done

RESPONSE:

There will be two companies moving forward after all of these inter-related transactions.Company # 1.

The League Publishing Inc. (TLGP) will receive a new name and ticker symbol. Its primary operating business will Good Life China. In addition, most of the existing Esprit Financial Service divisions will continue to operate on an autonomous basis.

Company #2.

MonArc will complete the reverse merger with Canden Financial and retains the IFGX division and will go forward on that basis under the management of Canden Financial.

As previously announced, a reverse split has taken place. All of the shares of EFGO are being cancelled. Investors will receive 1 share of MonArc for every 1,000 shares of EFGO held, as well as 1 share of TLGP under the new name and ticker symbol obtained for Good Life China.

The sale of assets of Esprit/Good Life China into TLGP has been based on a value of $0.70 cents per share.

Total consideration was 86 million common restricted shares of TLGP. The assets were valued at $60.2 million on the transaction date, February 15th, 2008.

Purchased MONA assets included Good Life China, a chain of over 1,600 convenience stores in Hebei Province, China. This is the primary business unit and will account for the major portion of revenues and profits moving forward.

Also acquired is the North American division, engaged in a diversified number of online sub prime financial services. These include: the Payday Loan Software division, Forex Trading and Check 21 Advanced Electronic Funds Management.

MonArc will issue a total of 2.5 million shares of restricted stock under Rule 144 in relation to the merger. Drum ist bis heute auch ein Volumen von 7k ( ca. 500 Dollar) zustande gekommen, weil JEDER ja wie wild verkauft.
Ich hab die Shares seit Montag im Depot.

Zum Start heute wurde der Kurs mit 172! Shares auf 0.06 gebracht.

Das Teil ist ziemlich Heiss, und es ist alles möglich.

Ich mach`die Firma nicht schlecht - sind halt leider alles Tatsachen (bis auf den Scam-"Verdacht"!)

Aber davon abgesehen - der Kursverlauf, ob nun mit 171 shares im Gegenwert von 10 Dollar gedrückt oder nicht, ist absolut typisch für die Entwicklung eines Pinkies Post-RS!

Klar kann es von hier auch noch mal mit kleinem Volumen einen 500% Wimpernschlag auf 0,3 geben - aber tendenziell geht`s bei solchen undurchsichtigen Pinks eben sehr schnell in der anderen Richtung weiter...!

Aber bei den ganzen beteilgten Firmen blickt doch wirklich niemand mehr durch, was da hinter den Kulissen wirklich gespilet wird.

Oder erklär mal, wie diese ganzen Läden hier untereinander tatsächlich zusammenhängen und den PPS beeinflussen:

astrein ist was anders, da bin ich ganz deiner Meinung.

Das hier zich Firmen beteiligt sind, kann man so oder so deuten.

Man kann es positiv deuten, weil alle beteiligten daran glauben das aus MONA was wird.

Andererseits könnte man durch die vielen Beteiligungen glauben man will was verbergen, denn transparent ist was anderes.

Aber die Firma jetzt schon abzuschreiben halte ich für falsch.
Aber ich bin sowieso nur mit einer kleinen Position dabei.

Monarc Corporation was formed in 2000. The company acquired multiple
subprime short term lending companies for the B2C marketplace doing
business under the brand name "Cash Now" in 2003. The company also had
an array of other financial products such as IFGX and Cash Next under
development for the B2B marketplace; such as invoice discounting and
factoring. In 2005 the company suffered a setback with 4 consecutive
strikes of hurricanes of 2005 while domiciled in Florida. Unable to

so hallo, war nur mal nicht da, aber hier ist es denke ich noch lange nicht gelaufen, schaut euch den stig positiven newsflow an, und das große interesse in amerika! der kurs muss ja auch mal verschanufen. außerdem hat die aktie einen sehr schönen aufwärtstrend der sich von 0,0003$ bis 0,005 sehr schön verstetigt hat.
Eine Cash Divi von 12-18cent ist in sicht.

für das, das die aktie so der burner sein soll wurde gerade nal ca. 20 mio in usa gehandelt. In in FRA ist der wert wieder mal nur hochgezockt, momentan wäre der pari wert 0,00414 und die deutschen zahlen 0,006 das ist 100% ein zock und morgen habt ihr wieder 50% minus!!!

Looks like not too many people are looking to get out at these levels.

The majority of positions were taken from .003 to .007 level so I would assume most wont sell until this is in the pennies.

Accumulation is incredible and the shares are definitely running out.

Shorts will be in some deep trouble if they short this and then the Cash Divy is announced and for how much.

This is headed towards the pennies.

.12 - .18 in Dividends to be divied out to Mona shareholders.
Question is how much will be in the form of Cash.

MCD already said it plans to be a majority block of Mona Shares for a AlL Cash Basis.

So my guess is most will be in cash

dünn-id :-))) wirst sehen, wie solche aktien laufen... kurs wird gepusht mit minimalvolumen. lemminge sehen kurssteigerungen von 200%, und alle springen auf. der kurs explodiert. die initiatoren ziehen ihren gewinn raus, und die lemminge schauen sich mit offenem mund an und der kurs geht nur noch seitwärts. und kein gewinn mehr in sicht... aber: man könnte ja noch nen tag warten, aber dann stürzt der kurs auch schon wieder ab...

mit einem kgv von 10 müsste ein anteil von mona also zwischen 1,20$und 1,80$ wert sein

so, tolles resúme heute!
der kurs hat nach 500% anstieg wahre stärke bewiesen und ist nicht einmal im minus in den usa geschlossen

unsere freunde bei glcc hingegen konnten trotz weltpremiere news, den roten minus bereich nicht verlassen. und hatten bei weitem nicht so ein super ergebnis.

Wir haben ja bei den Amis mit 0,007 geschlossen. Der Kurs steht ja nicht 1:2 sondern 1:1,44.

das waren meine, habe gerade 300000 geworfen für 8, bin gegen 15.30 für 6 rein

3 cash divies in the ammount of 12 to 18 cents and a taget price set by the company of 20 cents makes this a whole new ball game folks.
My perspective is that we won't get close to the targeted PPS until we see a PR confirming the price per share of the divies to the share holders of record. When thats announced, I believe our PPS will rise to the ammount of the divie price to be paid. I'm sure the company knows this as well.

stimmt allerdings, irgendwann kommt fast jede aktie wieder irgendwo hin zurück, nur war das letzte privateplacement bei 2,5cents, der freefloat beträgt nur knapp über 33mio stück und hier wird nach abgeschlossenem buyback eine heftige dividende ausgezahlt, also ich verkauf dir meine shares in ein paar monaten gerne wieder zu solchen kursen nur dann wohl ohne dividende..

EEIGI manufactures and sells a proprietary line of all natural Health and Beauty Aids (HBA) through a direct marketing distribution business model. These are developed and shipped worldwide from the Company's Canadian offices and manufacturing centre. Importantly, EEIGI has put together a significant network of representatives, and enjoys top-line revenue in the millions of dollars with an asset base of roughly $15 million.

HBA is one of the most profitable sectors based on gross margins of products sold. The most significant costs most HBA firms have is the cost of marketing and advertising, including package design. Using a direct marketing business model similar to Amway and Avon, EEIGI has reached a level of critical mass with enough distributors to generate profitability on its product line. Mona is working doubletime getting these great deals out to Mona shareholders.

This company has turned the corner and is on the verge of a major run.

Mona and Garr Winters are doing a fantastic job of bringing Excellent Growth China Oppts. into Mona.

This looks to me like this could hit .05 possibly today and .10 - .20 in the next few weeks.

50 million Buyback should absorb the daytraders and stabilize the stock price all the way up.

Der Kurs wird jetzt schätzungsweise in einer Spanne zwischen ,02-,025 pendeln und nach19Uhr bis zum Schluß nochmal deutlich an Fahrt zunehmen.

Es gibt keine Aktie die Montags bis Freitags steigt ogen Rücksetzter zu haben.

Diese werden zum Schütteln genutzt.

Ständiges Chart-ansehen hilft da eher nicht.

Um richtig Kohle zu machen muß man auch mal solche
Situationen aussitzen oder Glück beim Traden haben!
