Seit einiger Zeit beobachte ich als Shareholder einen Explorer, der in dem aktuellen Börsenumfeld eine Bewertung erreicht hat, die nahezu dem Kassenbarbestand entspricht.
Dabei sollte man in diesem Marktsegment der hochspekulativen Explorer nicht unbedingt ausschließlich auf Cash setzen, sondern auf den ultimativen Hebel und das sind und bleiben hier vielversprechende Explorationsergebnisse.
Diese sind jedoch nur möglich, wenn man überhaupt in der Lage ist, zu explorieren und dazu gehören neben den entsprechenden Liegenschaften eben auch die nötigen Barmittel.
Beides passt hier derzeit wunderbar zusammen, weshalb ich selber in den letzten Wochen/Monaten meinen Aktienbestand zu den "sommerlichen Schlussverkaufspreisen" deutlich ausgebaut habe.
Das kann und soll aber für andere kein Grund zum Einstieg sein, dass sollte wie eigentlich immer nur nach einer ausführlichen eigenen Recherche erfolgen.
Als Einstieg hierfür bieten sich dafür die üblichen Filings auf Sedar an oder man beginnt einfach mit der aktuellen Firmenpräsentation bzw. der Firmenwebsite. Beide Links hier mal in der komfortablen Verknüpfung:

Eile sollte hier noch nicht geboten sein, auch wenn lt. letzten Filings die ersten Bohrkerne gerade in der Analyse sind (lt. Veröffentlichung vom 30-07-2012). Die eigentliche "Saison" für Explorer sollte wie so oft Anfang September nach dem "Labour Day" beginnen. Eine Garantie dafür kann ich aber nicht geben!

Merken müssen wir uns bei Simba Gold mit Stand 02.08.2012 den Kurs von CAD 0,065 an der Heimatbörse TSX-V. In Frankfurt wird die Aktie zwar auch gehandelt, aber die Umsätze sind dort sehr dünn. Das mag auch daran liegen, dass mir noch kein Pump/Push bei Simba Gold bewußt ist. Auch das hat etwas für sich...
Der oben aufgeführte 2-Jahreschart zeigt aber mehr als deutlich, wie Risikowerte wie Explorer hier am Einzelbeispiel Simba Gold in den letzten Monaten vom Markt regelrecht abgeschlachtet worden sind.
Aber des einen Leid, (kann) des anderen Freud (werden), denn wenn man als potentieller Neueinsteiger diesen Chart von unten nach oben betrachtet, zeigt es auch deutlich das Potential auf: Sollte SGD nur 50 % seiner erlittenen Verluste wieder wettmachen, entsprächen das aus heutiger Sicht mal eben rund 400 % Gewinn.
So kann man natürlich nicht rechnen, aber als Anhalt darf man das durchaus mal nennen. Insbesondere wenn man das Unternehmen sowohl im Detail betrachtet (Cash, aktuelle Exploration, potentielle PR) und dazu auch das Gesamtumfeld nicht außer Augen läßt, für das gerade im September wahrscheinlich wegweisende Entscheidungen anstehen (z.B. EZB bzw. Entscheidung des Bundesverfassungsgerichtes im Zusammenhang mit dem ESM/EFSF; mögliche FED-Aktivitäten), die vermutlich einen direkten Einfluss auf den Goldpreis ausüben werden.
Und der Goldpreis ist die Basis für diesen spekulativen Hebel mit Namen Simba Gold.

Klar, Verkäufer sind wohl weitestgehend raus und die Aktie wird aktuell eben (noch) nicht promoted, ganz im Gegensatz zu beispielswiese BGM derzeit.
Ich mag persönlich solche (vermeintlich) stillen Wasser, zumindest zu Zeiten meines Einstiegs. Dann muss man nur noch etwas Geduld haben und auf das Volumen warten...

SIMBA SCHEDULED TO BEGIN DRILL PROGRAM, MIYOVE GOLD PROJECT, RWANDA
A planned drill program consisting of up to 5,000 metres of diamond drilling is set to begin in early June at Simba Gold Corp.'s Miyove gold project in Rwanda, Africa.
Simba completed a surface exploration program in early December, 2011. The program consisted of extensive soil and rock sampling, a ground magnetic survey, and detailed geological mapping. A total of 1,173 soil samples and 455 rocks samples were collected, and a total of 100 line kilometres of ground magnetics were completed. The entire property was mapped in detail.
The results of the surface program have provided sufficient information for designing a drill program. Initial drill holes will target known gold mineralization within the Masogwe and Baradega mineralized zones.
The drill program will be managed on site by SRK Exploration Services Ltd. of Cardiff, United Kingdom. Hall Core Drilling (Pty.) Ltd. of South Africa has been contracted to complete the drilling. SRK has arrived in Rwanda and travelled to the Miyove project in preparation for the drill program. Two drill rigs are scheduled to be mobilized to the Miyove property by the end of May for start-up by early June.
"We look forward to initiating the drill program on our Miyove gold project," says Werner Ullmann, president and chief executive officer of Simba. "We are very pleased to have SRK, a well-known provider of exploration services, overseeing the program, and combined with the excellent infrastructure on the property, we look forward to further testing the gold mineralization that has been outlined on the property."
About the Miyove project
The Miyove gold project comprises 2,937 hectares and is located in the northern portion of Rwanda, approximately 65 kilometres from the capital city of Kigali. Infrastructure at the property includes excellent road access, water and commercial power access. The project consists of an exploration licence issued by the Ministry of Forestry and Mines, in the Republic of Rwanda. The licence (licence 20/16/03/05) was originally issued Aug. 10, 2006, and has been renewed until March 23, 2014.
The Miyove gold project is underlain by rocks of the Central African Mesoproterozoic-aged Kibara belt which extends in a northeasterly direction from the eastern part of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) through Rwanda, to the southern portion of Uganda. The Kibaran geology on the property consists of shale, siltstone, sandstone, and rare conglomerate units which have defined simple anticlinal and synclinal fold structures. Mineralization is associated with multiple northwest-southeast-trending structures hosting gold-bearing quartz veins and stockworks. Associated wall rock alteration consists of kaolinization and iron oxidation.
The Miyove project comprises three mineralized zones referred to as Karenda, Baradega and Masogwe, all of which lie along a northwest-southeast mineralized trend which extends for six kilometres. Three types of structurally controlled gold mineralization have been identified and includes, stringer-vein zones, silicified (quartz) and ferruginous shales, and less frequently, quartz veins with varying amounts of iron oxides and hydroxides (in the weathering crust). The host rocks are commonly shale, and to a lesser extent, sandstones. A fourth type of gold mineralization has been identified on the property and includes alluvial and deluvial placers.
The gold deposit type being targeted on the Miyove project is similar to the Twangiza gold mine (Banro Corporation) in South Kivu province, DRC, which is also hosted in the Kibara belt. In the Twangiza deposit gold mineralization is hosted within mudstones, siltstones, greywackes and porphyries along the crest of a major anticlinal structure and limb-parallel structures. The Twangiza deposit contains proven and probable oxide mineral reserves of 1.13 million ounces of gold at 2.26 grams per tonne. In addition the deposit contains a measured and indicated oxide resource of 1.3 million ounces gold at 2.3 g/t and a measured and indicated non-oxide resource of 4.3 million ounces gold at 1.5 g/t (all reserve and resource numbers are 43-101-compliant and have been extracted from recent reports completed for Banro Corp. and are available at SEDAR).
To date in 2011, Simba has completed 2,300 metres of drilling on the property, focusing primarily on the Karenda zone. Highlights include:
Hole MY-11-02: 24.69 metres averaging 0.61 g/t gold, including 7.54 m averaging 1.12 g/t gold;
Hole MY-11-05: 5.58 m averaging 1.21 g/t gold, including 2.57 m averaging 2.15 g/t gold.

Gleich zwei IR Firmen ist 100 % mehr als die meisten anderen Explorer sich leisten überhaupt. Dazu ein zeitlich perfekt gesetztes Drilling (lt. Filings sind die ersten Bohrkerne in der Analyse und die Ergebnisse könnten passend ca. Anfang 09/2012 eintreffen).

Solche Aktien wie Simba Gold mag ich, denn fast kein Mensch hat die auf dem Zettel!
Da ist es bezeichnend, das gestern der Einsatz von (lächerlichen) 4.540,- CAD an der TSX-V ausreichte, um den Kurs um 33,3 % ansteigen zu lassen.
Hier möchte ich die Entwicklung beobachten, wenn mal etwas höhere Beträge reinkommen. Da wäre dann allerdings nicht viel zu holen:
Heute Morgen noch die Richter und zum Wochenende fehlt noch der gute Onkel Ben. Wenn diese beiden Puzzle-Teile passen sollten, dann wird Gold die nächsten Wochen auch ganz andere Kurse als heute sehen. Das wäre dann auch ein passender Zeitpunkt für Simba Gold, um einen ganz anderen Gang einzulegen. Luft nach oben sehe ich noch genügend, auch wenn der Weg dorthin wie fast immer keine Einbahnstrasse sein wird. Aber das kennen wir ja schon...

Sehe ich genau so, zumal lange genug Shares für um die CAD 0,05 zu bekommen waren. Er bezahlt nun aber CAD 0,08. Gestern wurde noch mal über TD Sec. gekauft, bin gespannt, ob da noch mal was nachgefiled wird auf Canadianinsider...
Richtig gespannt bin ich aber auf den Zeitpunkt der nächsten Explorations-News. Ich denke nicht, dass sie damit bis Mitte November zur Messe drüben warten werden. Das wird wohl sukzessive erfolgen und damit wohl auch schon zeitlich vorgelagert?!
Eigentlich hätte ich mich auch gefreut, wenn Simba zur Rohstoffmesse in München gekommen wäre. Aber bislang sieht es leider nicht so aus. Na ja, ist ja noch nicht aller Tage Abend...

Mr. Igor Vishnevskiy: An Established and Experienced Mining and Commodity Expert
Mr. Vishnevskiy has over 20 years' experience in the mining and finance industries, mainly focused in Russia and Africa. From 1996 to 2004 Mr. Vishnevskiy was head of Glencore International in Russia, one of the world's largest suppliers of a wide range of commodities and raw materials to industrial consumers. He then held the position of President of Polar Mining until 2008, a nickel exploration Company located in the Murmansk region of Russia. Mr. Vishnevskiy has also been a director of Mining Resources Limited since 2009, a private investment company with various precious and base metal properties in Mauritania.
In 2004 Mr. Vishnevskiy started and remains President of Rogi Mining Limited ("Rogi"), whose principal asset was the Miyove Gold Project located in Rwanda. Following an agreement with Rogi, Simba completed its Qualifying Transaction with the Miyove Gold Project in 2011 with the right to purchase up to 100% of Rogi over a period of five years. Mr. Vishnevskiy has extensive knowledge and familiarity with the Miyove Project which will be an incredible asset to Simba as it moves the project forward.
In addition, Simba has retained the services of Purple Crown Communications Inc. ("Purple Crown") to oversee its investor relations activities. Simba will pay Purple Crown a monthly fee of $6,000. Except for the investor relations services agreement, Purple Crown does not have any interest, directly or indirectly, in Simba or its securities.

SIMBA APPOINTS NEW CEO
Simba Gold Corp. effective immediately has appointed Igor Vishnevskiy as president and chief executive officer. Mr. Vishnevskiy is a director of the Company and he has been responsible for overseeing the present exploration program at its Miyove Gold Project in Rwanda that commenced in June 2012. Mr. Werner Ullmann is stepping down as President and CEO but will remain a director of Simba, actively overseeing the Company's new marketing and finance strategy.

Nach diesen technischen Indikatoren dürfte damit der nächste Upmove eingeläutet werden; mein "gefühlsmäßiges" Ziel für den nächsten Upmove liegt bei CAD 0,16/0,18, vielleicht auch CAD 0,20 in der Spitze.
Die Konsolidierung nach dem ersten Upmove war recht kurz. Sollte alles optimal verlaufen, so wäre nach einer 2-3 wöchigen weiteren Konsolidierung sogar noch ein dritter Upmove zwischen Mitte und Ende November möglich, denn Simba wird hier vertreten sein:

Noch einmal als Zusammenfassung: Den nächsten Upmove in den Bereich CAD 0,16/0,18 halte ich für sehr wahrscheinlich. Verläuft alles optimal, auch an den allgemeinen Märkten, so könnte es noch einen dritten Upmove in den Bereich CAD 0,25/0,30 geben.
Dieses hängt natürlich auch unmittelbar mit der individuellen Nachrichtenlage bei Simba zusammen. Immerhin stehen noch BE´s aus und sollte für die Company auch alles optimal verlaufen, wird man wohl auch etwas die Kasse füllen wollen.
Nur schade, dass hier so wenige dabei sind. Bei CAD 0,05/0,06 auf Cash-Niveau zum Zeitpunkt und kurz nach der Threaderöffnung war das hier ein klarer no-brainer.

Simba Gold Corp. is releasing initial results from a 4,000-metre drill program and trenching program at its Miyove gold project in the northwest of Rwanda, Africa. The program was designed to follow up the surface exploration program earlier this year, which consisted of extensive soil and rock sampling, a ground magnetic survey, and detailed geological mapping. This program was successful in testing three of the four target areas at Miyove.
"We are excited about the Miyove gold project and how it is developing," says Igor Vishnevskiy, president and chief executive officer of Simba. "We are fortunate to have SRK, a well-known provider of exploration services, overseeing the program and are very happy with the exploration program. Miyove, has excellent infrastructure on the property and we look forward to continue success with the gold mineralization that has been discovered so far."
Highlights
Masogwe mineralization zone
This has been traced over 400 metres along strike by diamond drilling, and remains open downdip, and to the northwest and southeast flanks. Diamond core assay results show a broad mineralized zone with higher-grade intervals within it:
31.1 metres at 1.0 gram per tonne (g/t) gold (Au), including 2.75 metres at 2.3 g/t;
18.2 metres at 1.4 g/t Au, including 3.0 metres at 2.5 g/t Au and 4.0 metres at 2.6 g/t Au;
14.5 metres at 1.1 g/t Au, including three metres at 2.67 g/t;
11.7 metres at 1.0 g/t Au, including one metre at 2.92 g/t;
10.5 metres at 1.0 g/t Au, including 2.25 metres at 2.58 g/t.
At the Murehe occurrence, a number of broad geochemical soil anomalies for gold extend in a northwest-southeast direction and contain up to 0.4 g/t Au. Three trenches spaced 80 metres apart crossed one anomaly and show a broad mineralized zone with higher-grade intervals within:
44.0 metres at 0.41 g/t Au, including four metres at 0.94 g/t Au and 1.0 metre at 2.2 g/t Au;
5.0 metres at 1.75 g/t Au;
7.0 metres at 1.1 g/t Au.
At the Baradega occurrence, a total of eight profiles spaced 80 metres apart has been performed across the shear zone. Each profile contained a trench and most of them one or two diamond holes to trace mineralization to depth. As a result, the strike length of the occurrence was increased from approximately 250 metres of previously identified mineralization up to 620 metres. Gold-bearing intervals occur in silicified sandstone and breccia zones filled with quartz and hematite:
16.2 metres at 1.57 g/t Au;
4.15 metres at 2.44 g/t Au;
1.3 metres at 2.27 g/t Au;
3.2 metres at 0.96 g/t Au.
The Miyove project background
The Miyove gold project comprises 2,937 hectares and is located in the northern portion of Rwanda, approximately 65 kilometres from the capital city of Kigali. Infrastructure at the property includes excellent road access, water and commercial power access. The project includes two exploration licences which comprise a total of 17 exploration blocks. In accordance with the mining legislation of Rwanda, the area of each exploration block does not exceed 400 hectares. The licences were originally issued in 2006 and 2008, by the Minitere, Minirena and Minifom in the Republic of Rwanda, and have been renewed until 2014 and 2016.
The Miyove gold project is located within the orogenic Mezoproterosoic Kibarin belt, which hosts a number of gold deposits and occurrences in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Rwanda. The Miyove project comprises three mineralized zones referred to as Karenda, Baradega and Masogwe, and a number of occurrences (including Murehe), all of which lie along a northwest-southeast mineralized trend which extends for six kilometres.
Current work at the Miyove gold project
The 2012 exploration program started in June and includes soil sampling on a grid 100 by 20 metres and a ground magnetic survey over the Murehe zone, and trenching and drilling in the Masogwe, Baradega and Murehe sites.

The drilling has been conducted along drilling lines 80 metres apart. Each drilling line comprises one to three boreholes to cross the axial part of the mineralized shear zone at a depth of 40 metres, 80 metres and 120 metres below the surface.
Exploration in the Miyove gold project is being supervised by SRK Exploration Services Ltd.
Dr. Tsypukov, FIMMM, principal exploration geologist with SRK ES, is the qualified person, as defined by NI 43-101, for the Miyove gold project. Dr. Tsypukov has reviewed and approved the technical content if this news release.
