Das ist ja jetzt sehr überraschend für mich.

Scheint so, als wollen sie das Wachstum beschleunigen. Mit ausreichend Cash von 27 Mio. CAD und positiven Cash Flow aus der Produktion entstehen hier ganz neue Möglichkeiten.

Kann jemand Auskunft über den "neuen" Großaktionär geben?

So richtig verstehen kann ich es auch nicht, wo vor allem beide Unternehmen einen Vorteil sehen wollen.

Ich komme auf eine Verwässerung von knapp über 40%. Unternehmenswert Eclipse ca. 35 Mio. CAD plus 20 Mio. CAD Cash kommen hinzu.

Eine 40% Verwässerung durch eine KE würde ca. 60 Mio. CAD bringen. Passt also grob schon. Die einzige Frage ist, ob Hercules 35 Mio. CAD an Wert mitbringt. Synergien gibt es bestimmt auch, wenn auch sehr wenig.

Hmmm. Meine Uraltorder wurde zu 0,52 CAD ausgeführt. Hatte die nicht mehr auf dem Schirm. Hoffe habe jetzt kein Schrott in meinem Depot....

Wie immer ist Geduld gefragt. Hier muss man abwarten, bis die Fusion vollzogen ist. Prinzipiell bin ich von Northern Vertex begeistert, da bereits positiver Cash generiert wird. MK ist für eine produktive Mine sehr niedrig.

Jetzt sind zwei Dinge wichtig:
1. Produktion weiter optimieren und ausbauen
2. Ressource erhöhen

Bei 2. sehe ich die Fusion sehr positiv. Die Synergien sind mir noch nicht so wirklich klar. Bei einer Fusion gibt es nicht immer einen Verlierer. Kann das hier schlecht einschätzen. Die Aktionäre von Eclipse Gold sind enttäuscht. Aber es scheint dort zahlreiche Insider Käufe zu geben.

Ich warte ab. Mindestens mal 6 Monate. Außer der Kurs schießt sehr stark nach oben ;-)

Habe mir mal die Bohrergebnisse zu gute geführt. Da sind schon ein paar High Grades dabei. Ich kann leider nicht beurteilen, wie wirtschaftlich man da dran kommt. Ich bin eher der Bulk low grade Fan.

Im Moment kann ich es nicht beurteilen, wer von der Fusion profitiert. Aber der Kurs hat in Kanada kräftig angezogen.

Die Bohrergebnisse sind raus und es ist kein wunder das der Wert nachgibt. Leider bestätigt sich das was wir vermutet haben bei der Fusion - es sind die schlechten Bohrergebnisse die zu der unterbewerteten M&A geführt haben:

Was Fragen aufwirft ist - was das Unternehmen mit dem Geld macht?
Laut der letzten Präsentation sind nur noch C$20m auf der Bank. Dabei haben die erst im November $20m(C$25m) durch die Fusion und einen Produktionsgewinn aus dem Halbjahr von knapp $5m(C$6,5m) einkassiert.

Friday, May 21st, 2021, Vancouver, BC – Northern Vertex Mining Corp. (TSX.V: NEE) (OTC Nasdaq Intl: NHVCF) ("Northern Vertex" or the "Company") a U.S.-focused gold producer with district-scale exploration potential in the Walker Lane Trend in Arizona and Nevada, is pleased to announce financial results for the quarter ending March 31st.

Highlights for the Quarter ended March 31st

Revenue of $16.4 million
Cash on hand of $13.9 million
Earnings from mine operations of $5.3 million before depreciation and depletion
Gold equivalent production of 9,912 ounces1
Gold production of 8,787 ounces
Completed the acquisition of Eclipse Gold Mining Corp.

Assuming that 1,000,000 ounces is the base case scenario at Moss, the market is currently valuing Northern Vertex shares at C$150 per ounce of gold-equivalent reserves at Moss. C$150 an ounce for a fully permitted producer in the best mining jurisdiction on the planet (Nevada ranked #1 by the Fraser Institute Survey with Arizona ranked #2) is not a tall price to pay. In diesem Video wird das Potential der Moss Mine am besten dargestellt. Die Moss Vein durch drilling erheblich ausbauen, und dann dies mal 2, 3, oder 4 nehmen (durch neue Entdeckungen, könnte wohl mehrere ähnliche parallele veins geben). Das neue (und alte Eclipse) Management scheint ziemlich überzeugt von der Moss Mine zu sein. Die hatten schon vor zehn Jahren ein Auge darauf geworfen. Vor diesem Hintergrund macht der getätigte Merger auch Sinn...

Operating performance continues according to plan. Gold production is expected to increase during Q3 as a result of the transition to the new heap leach facility and mining exposes more of the Moss vein in the West pit. Operating performance continues to track well to plan, with the mine having wrapped up leach pad expansion, returning to a focus on production in Q3.

Operating income from mine operations, before depreciation and depletion, was $5,028

Cash on hand at June 30, 2021 was $6,891

Mining
On going infill drilling for the West pit and the highwall between the Center and West pits continues to demonstrate that the location and grade of the vein system in the West pit has deviated from original ore models, with grades appearing to exceed model as mining progresses into the main body of the vein, while ore location of the primary vein is further to the south side of the West pit. It is anticipated that as benches are mined, grades will continue improve. Mining in the East pit continues to encounter zones of high-grade material which have been stockpiled in order to be used on the first lift of the new 3A heap leach pad, which should provide rapid gold recoveries.

Crushing Operations
With no restrictions in heap leach pad space, the crusher is expected to demonstrate further increases to throughput. Management continues to focus on key crushing processes tied to conveyor moves, blockages tied to large rocks in the feed hopper, and ore loading restrictions to the crusher in order to increase daily crushing rates above an average of 10,000 tons per day.
