UXC Contract Win Heralds Strong Organic Growth


UXC has been awarded a $1.8 million !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!project to support ActewAGL in its contract to provide a new bus communications system for ACTION, the public transport provider in the ACT.
UXC will work under contract to ActewAGL, with UXC business units providing hardware, software, systems integration and project management.
The system will improve personal safety for passengers and drivers by providing duress alarms, automated vehicle location via GPS tracking, and direct back-to-base contact for ACTION bus drivers, along with voice and data communications. The system can be expanded to cater for new information services such as real time information at bus stops and interchanges.
ActewAGL is an electricity, natural gas, water, wastewater and internet service provider serving the ACT and the surrounding region. ActewAGL’s Trunked Mobile Radio network will be utilised for the system, giving ACTION access to a private pool of radio channels that deliver efficient and reliable communications.
UXC’s Executive Chairman Mr Geoff Lord said: “The project demonstrates UXC’s ability to leverage its experience with utilities and technology project management to play a key role in a large and complex project.
“The contract is an excellent example of the value available from combining UXC’s knowledge in the utilities sector and the skills across the business units of the Business Solutions division.
“It vindicates the strategy we put in place two years ago. Shareholders should see significant benefit as we continue to extract synergies from the businesses,” Mr Lord said. “Additionally, we plan to offer similar solutions to emergency services organisations nationally, as this technology will have beneficial application to their operations.”
Mr Lord also said “This contract win is indicative of the strong organic growth that is being experienced in many of our business units currently. Coupled with businesses recently brought into the group under our ongoing acquisition program, we are now well on our way to delivering a revenue run rate of some $180 million per annum. This will continue to grow in line with the continuance of our aggressive acquisition program, which has and will go on to be successful in acquiring valuable businesses at sensible prices.”
The ActewAGL bus communication system will be operational across ACTION’s fleet by the end of 2003.

Services firm Integ is hoping to use further acquisitions to expand its business
providing communications technology and services to more than 720
customers.
The company, acquired by listed company UXC last year in a deal that was
partly structured as a management buy-out, is also aiming to beef up its list of
technology products beyond the four major suppliers it works with.
Integ chief executive Ian Poole said the company expected to continue growing
despite gloom in some parts of the technology market.
Integ was acquired from Alcatel in March 2002 after three months of hectic
negotiation when the parent company decided to divest its global services unit
and sell through distributors and resellers instead.
Integ has found that there are benefits to being part of UXC. Its parent, for
instance, has taken on all the administrative and back-office functions that add
to a company`s overheads. And although Integ does not share a sales team with
UXC, the companies co-operate on deals.
"We share customer lists, we have databases we share in terms of what
prospects we`re working on. There are a lot of synergies there," Mr Poole said.
For instance, Integ works with Opticon, a business consulting unit of UXC, to
support one large client.
Integ is primarily a services and support organisation, invoicing customers on an
hourly basis or for a fixed price on a services contract, but it has also grown by
selling hardware.
Its four technology partners are Alcatel (communications equipment), M5
(messaging technology), Pivotal (customer relationship management software)
and Genesys (call centre routing technology).
The business started on March 4, 2002 with 54 staff, did not lose any in the
move from Alcatel to UXC, and has since grown to 80 staff.
The agreement meant Integ became a fully owned subsidiary of UXC but with
strong incentives for the existing Integ management to build the business and
receive greater equity in UXC as a result. In effect, they run the company and
will be rewarded with UXC shares.
UXC has made no secret of its approach to buying technology companies,
saying it values them at three to four times earnings.

issue to the shareholders of listed financial services group IT&e Limited (ASX: ITE), to raise
$3.822m.

IT&e will undertake the rights issue in order to raise capital and complete the acquisition of
Nextset Software Inc, a software solutions provider to global financial markets.

Details of the acquisition and the rights issue are available on IT&e`s website at www.ite.com.au. IT&e shareholders have reacted favorably to news of the transactions, with IT&e shares rising by some 64% since announcement of the deal, and currently trading 10%
above the rights price.

UXC currently holds a strategic investment of more than 19% of IT&e and is IT&e`s largest
shareholder. UXC`s investment is synergistic with its existing Business Solutions Group,
specifically in the banking and financial markets industry.

NextSet has developed software that enables financial institutions to trade over-the-counter
financial products online with clients with very little manual intervention. Traditionally,
financial institutions require an employee to take and generate orders from clients, which is
labour intensive, slow, and prone to error.

IT&e has developed risk management software that enables financial institutions to measure
their risk more accurately; manage exposures when they occur rather than after they occur;
perform detailed analysis of exposures; and reduce risk and make more informed decisions
regarding the allocation of capital.

In addition to the complementarity of the products, the acquisition makes good strategic sense
for IT&e for a number of reasons, including:

...ein Problem mit Deinem PC, nervöse Zuckungen, oder sonst irgendwie krank (sollte man bei einem "aktiven" Sportler / PC-Gamer ) wohl doch nicht ernsthaft vermuten. Deine !!!!!!!!!!!!!!sind einfach zum , Deine ....... führen unweigerlich zu dem, was Du schon ausgeführt hast, obwohl ich es Dir nicht wünsche.

Deine postings sind absolute "pushersch.." (Punkte setzen kann ich auch, basta). Für jemanden, der scheinbar so vehement nur versucht, die Aktie aus persönlichen Gründen mal wieder da zu sehen, wo er diese mal teuer eingekauft hat, stellst Du Dich ziemlich "kindlich" an, ein wenig souveräner und ein "bisserl" korrekter in Form und Diktion würden Dir zu Anfang schon ganz gut zu Gesicht stehen.

Übrigens, Dein "kleiner Doktor" ist 185 cm lang, und an der Grösse fehlt es sicherlich auch nicht (falls Du diese Begriffe entsprechend einordnen kannst). Ein konstruktives posting ist allein schon dann vorhanden, wenn man so kurze oder lange user wie Dich auf die "richtige Länge" zurechtstutzen kann. Irgendwie tust Du mir trotzdem leid.

Certificate 2, 3 and 4 levels (ie. new employee to team leader levels). This includes training
in front line management, business administration, HR and sales/customer service across
industry.

Planpower specialises in training at more advanced levels in its core disciplines of project
management, business analysis and organisational change.

Since its inception in 1998, and more particularly in the last two years, ITS has produced
strong growth and performance. The company is expected to generate revenues of $2.2m for
the 2004 financial year. It has been retained by two large listed companies to administer their
training services. These and other prospects provide ITS with an excellent platform for
growth.

USC executive chairman, Mr Geoff Lord, said that the "ITS acquisition met UXC`s strict
acquisition criteria and that the earnings contribution and positioning for expansion it would
deliver to the successful Planpower business represents another win for our growth plans".

Lord embarks on $30m takeover plan

Geoff Lord made his name as one of the busiest dealmakers in the last half of the 1980s, building a $1.5 billion resources empire as
a key player in John Elliott`s Elders IXL.
Now he`s at it again, only this time he`s snapping up companies in the computer business.
The executive chairman of listed outfit UXC Ltd is positioning himself to exploit what he says will be a big shake-out in Australia`s
technology industry in the next few years.
As big companies swallow smaller rivals, Lord is manoeuvring to make UXC one of the largest Australian-owned computer services
companies.
This puts him on a collision course with better-known rivals such as KAZ Group, SMS Management & Technology and, to a lesser
extent, Commander Communications.
Investors seem to be backing Lord`s plan, driving UXC shares 28.6 per cent higher this month to close at 72? yesterday, their highest
level since September.
The heightened interest has pushed UXC`s market value to $90 million, making it more valuable than fellow services company SMS,
which is worth $75 million, though not KAZ (worth $138 million).
"There will be major opportunities because of the rationalisation in the industry," Lord says.
"We`ve set ourselves an objective of spending $30 million this year on acquisitions.
"I`ve already got half a dozen at the back of my mind, but either it`s the wrong time or they haven`t developed yet."
In fact, the company may attempt something far more ambitious than a few small takeovers. Lord says if the right merger or
acquisition came up, he would fold UXC into another listed company of a similar size to create something of a computer services
conglomerate.
That would add to more than 11 companies UXC has bought in the past two years, including businesses such as Davnet (also known
as DVT) and some Australian operations of technology companies like Alcatel and QSP Software.
All those acquisitions are building UXC`s revenue quickly, making it far larger than the $50 million in revenue it reported in the 2002
financial year. Aegis Equities, a research company, estimates UXC will report $142 million in revenue in the year to June 30, 2003,

UXC traces its history back to TechComm, a computer company that struggled to generate good returns for shareholders as a listed
stock during the 1990s.
Looking for ways to expand, TechComm merged in January 1998 with MITS, a Melbourne services company that had been spun-out
of Melbourne Water`s information technology division.
Two MITS founders, Ron Zammit and Geoff Cosgriff, remain on UXC`s board.
This is a far cry from Lord`s other businesses, which range from running taxis to hiring out evening wear.
Lord`s family company, Belgravia Group, controls Premier Cabs in Sydney, Ferrari Formal Wear, the national Fitness Generation
chain and the golf course manager Austgolf Corporation. It also holds big stakes in listed gold miner Triako Resources and listed
biotech company Institute of Drug Technology Australia.
All this was not enough to get Lord a place on Business Review Weekly`s Rich 200 list this year, which cut off at $85 million. Rather
than a reflection on his net worth, though, that may simply be testimony to the complex structure of Belgravia and the difficulty of
valuing its disparate parts.

Until lately, technology never figured much in Lord`s plans. After a business education at Melbourne universities, Lord, 57, joined Ford
in the 1960s and moved to Elders in the 1970s, where he became a key lieutenant to Elliott.
In 1985, he formed Elders Resources and built it to a market capitalisation of $1.5 billion by acquiring assets such as forestry
businesses in New Zealand.
He did not emerge unscathed from the 1980s, though. Lord was caught up in the collapse of the Perth investment bank Rothwells
and charged with conspiracy regarding a scheme to support the shares of small mining company Paragon Resources NL.
A Perth magistrate discharged Lord from those charges in 1991 citing lack of evidence. Other Rothwells charges were dropped a
year later. Lord later described the charges as "ill-considered and unfair" and took out newspaper ads to protest his innocence.
He departed the struggling Elders empire in 1990 and quietly launched a series of family investments in property and other ventures.
He dallied in the technology business in the early 1990s with listed company Keygrowth and took a tilt at CP Ventures, a technology
fund once led by venture capitalist Roger Buckeridge.
These days, almost all his businesses are privately held and relatively unknown.
UXC is the exception, though, and is likely to raise Lord`s profile again as it continues buying companies - and if investors keep
backing its plans.
The company, 35 per cent owned by management including Lord, values its acquisition targets at about 3 to 4 times prospective
earnings.
But the company also faces the challenge of attracting broader support from professional investors, which are notably absent from its
shareholder register.
"We are a little puzzled about why it hasn`t attracted more instos," says Lord.
His plan for now is to keep assembling UXC through acquisitions.
"Shareholder wealth for all shareholders is something I believe in as a philosophy," he says. "I love building things."

moin alfi... das ist richtig, allerdings ist das im augenblick, glaube ich, eher ein pendeln auf höherem niveau. es ist aber gut das es eigentlich keine gewinnmitnahmen gab. es scheint mir so, als ob die leute, die eingestiegen sind und damit den kurs nach oben gebracht haben, viel erwarten und drin bleiben. gutes zeichen, oder ???
wenn uns die geduld jetzt nicht ausgeht (und das sollte nicht der fall sein, nachdem was wir schon alles mitgemacht haben...), werden wir noch viel spaß mit UXC haben (hoffentlich!!!)

der chart zeigt nach jedem deutlicherem anstieg eine leichte erholung nach unten, die jedoch schwächer ist, als der sprung nach oben war. das nun schon seit 3 1/2 monaten und damit über 50 %.
soll heissen nicht zu schnell durch die decke, denn ich glaube erst dann, wenn ein langsames aber stetiges wachstum des wertes vorliegt UND die 1 AU$ grenze fällt, werden große investoren aufmerksam.
laß das mal so weiter laufen, dann bin ich recht zufrieden...
wenn ich bedenke, daß ich vor ein paar jahren, nachdem schweinebacke-förtsch wieder einmal müll abgelassen hatte für 3,70 euro in den wert rein bin....höhöhö !!!!!
ich bin mir nicht sicher, aber ich glaube nach all meiner nachkauferei bin sind wir bald bei meinem EK..... muß noch mal nach sehen......

Acquisition to boost UXC`s data networking operations UXC Limited has boosted the data networking capability of its Business Solutions group with
the acquisition of Queensland-based Lanlink Pty Ltd.

UXC executive chairman Mr Geoff Lord said today Lanlink would be merged with the
group`s Integ Communications which is one of Australia`s leading integrators of voice, data
and IP business communications.

"The two operations are highly complementary. Integ is strong in voice, contact centre and
IP telephony solutions, while Lanlink is particularly strong in data networking applications
and support," Mr Lord said.

"The merger will bolster Integ`s Queensland presence and allow it to expand its offering in
that market," Mr Lord said. "The group will now have an extensive portfolio of products and
services for Queensland customers.

"Integrating Lanlink with Integ will also give Lanlink an opportunity to grow its own market
in Queensland and to expand its presence in other states.

"The integration of Lanlink also offers synergies with a number of other Business Solutions
group operations."

Mr Lord said the acquisition would involve a mixture of cash and shares. He said it would be
immediately earnings per share positive for UXC.

The combined business will operate under the Integ name but in Queensland will be known
initially as Lanlink.

ich würde gerne noch einmal nachkaufen, habe aber im augenblick kein geld übrig....
es gibt auch noch andere dinge im leben die nicht warten können und jede menge geld kosten.....

die anzahl meiner anktien nenne ich hier im netz nicht; nur soviel: zur ruhe setzen kann ich mich noch nicht und werde es auch bei einem kurs von 10,0 euro nicht können...

dieses jahr noch ???
vor ein paar monaten hatte ich 1,0 euro für ende des jahres getippt, das wird wohl nix mehr geben, wenn wir aber richtung 70-80 euro-cent gehen würden.... wäre schon geil !!!

Bin nun seit über 3 Jahren bei Davnet bzw uxc dabei , und habe durch steten (teilweise glücklichen) Zukauf , meinen Durchschnittskurs unter 0,50 € drücken können !
An dieser Stelle mal Dank an Alfgolf und alle anderen die hier über all die Zeit im Board regelmässig vertreten waren und Infos gesammelt haben ) ! Ich verkaufe jedenfalls auf keinen Fall unter 1 €
Hab mich heute einfach nur gewundert wie ein Handel mit 6 danach folgend 26 Anteile in FRA zustande kommt bzw. wer solche Transaktionen tätigt. Welchen Sinn soll das haben ?
Kann mir einer das erklären ? Teilausführung is ja wohl ausgeschlossen !Hat sich einer nur einfach mal den Spass gemacht den Kurs `springen` zu lassen ?
Na ja wie dem auch sei , mir gefällt die Kursentwicklung jedenfalls und nach all dem was ich erlebt habe ist mir dieser `gemächliche` Anstieg weitaus lieber als ein zu sprunghafter Anstieg über die 1 AU$ Marke ,(die knacken wir eh noch dieses Jahr) .
Es sieht gut aus und ich fühl mich so wohl wie noch nie zuvor mit mit meinen `Shares` ! Ich glaube es steht uns ein schönes Weihnachtsfest mit UXC bevor !

auch wenn der "bilderbuch-chart" momentan ein wenig an perfektion verliert....

aber es ist ja auch nicht so, daß wir nicht schon ganz andere situationen kennen gelernt haben:
ich glaube wer von damal an dabei ist, als schweinebacke-förtsch DVT zu 3,75 € empfahl, und nun die gleichen werte in form von UXC noch hat, den kann nichts mehr erschüttern !!!
ich erinnere nur mal an kurse von 0,015 €....

ich könnte mir auch vorstellen,dass nach dem schönen anstieg des vergangenen jahres einfach mal ein paar leute kasse gemacht haben, nachdem die 1 AU$ nicht überschritten wurden. gewinnmitnahmen gab es eigentlich im vergangenen jahr gar nicht, so dass es eigentlich mal zeit wurde.

Es hört einfach nicht auf tiefer zu gehen, jetzt sinds nur noch 0,77 AUS $, der ganze schöne Anstieg der letzten Wochen fast wieder abgegeben. Also wenn ich nicht schon seit so langer Zeit die Papiere hätte würde ich sie jetzt verkaufen denn mir scheint irgendwie die Luft raus zu sein und alle machen jetzt Kasse.
Kommt Zeit, kommen tiefere Kurse, kommt Nachkauf

ich habe aber uach gesehen, das wieder mehr Aktien im Umlauf sind....dadurch sinkt natürlich auch der Kurs, da die ganzen Übernahmen ja zum Teil mit Aktientausch bezahlt werden !!!!!!!!

tja anders geht es wohl nicht....................soviel cash haben sie halt nicht

da es keine news gibt versuche ich mir mal was anderes aus den fingern zu saugen:

theorie 1: charttechnik.....(hahaha...)
die wiederstandszone bei 76 cent aus der zeit juni/juli diesen jahres hat vorerst gehalten und wir müssen einfach abwarten......

theorie 2: gesteuerter markt.....(hahaha...)
großinvestoren haben nach dem geilen anstieg des letzten jahres erst mal kasse gemacht und drücken den kurs die letzten tage bewußt mit kleineren stückzahlen, um dann wieder groß einzusteigen......(wäre mir am liebsten)

theorie 3: beschiss.....(hahaha...)
da ist was im busch, was die "kleinen" erst erfahren, wenn es zu spät ist.....

theorie 4: ratlosigkeit.....(keine wirkliche theorie...hahaha)
alles blödsinn und ich tappe im dunkeln.....

Resolution 3 Issue of options to the Executive Chairman To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as an ordinary resolution: “That approval is given to the grant of up to 2,000,000 options to Mr Geoff Lord, the Executive Chairman of the Company, on the terms described in the explanatory notes included in this Notice of Annual General Meeting.” Mr Cosgriff, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee of UXC explained to the meeting that Mr Lord’s remuneration has been set as follows: Based on advice contained in an independent consultant report commissioned by the Committee, and following the further deliberation of the Committee, Mr Lord will receive a remuneration of $400,000 for the current financial year, comprising cash and benefits on a total employment cost to the Company basis. Additionally, following shareholder approval of this Resolution 3, Mr Lord will receive a one-off-allocation of 1,400,000 options at a strike price of $0.95 per share, on the terms and conditions detailed within the Explanatory Memorandum accompanying the Notice of Meeting. These options have been valued at $338,800, based on Black & Scholes valuation methodologies provided to the Committee by its advisers, John V Egan Associates Pty Limited. These options represent a one-off-allocation to Mr Lord in recognition of below market remuneration for his Executive Duties in 2000/01 and his contribution to progress with the growth of the business. In 2000/01 the only compensation paid to Mr Lord for his services to the Company as Executive Chairman for that year were as the result of recent exercise of options issued in 2000, to receive a benefit of $60,000, while UXC received the benefit of a capital injection of $1.8 million. The Remuneration Committee and the UXC Board are satisfied that Mr Lord’s compensation is appropriate in relation to the marketplace and structured in such a manner as to continue to motivate his ongoing performance and valued contribution to the business. The resolution was passed on a show of hands. Kann mir nicht vorstellen das hier jemand am Werk ist der etwas mehr weiß als wir, zumal hier mit Ministückzahlen der Kurs "verarscht" wird. Der Kurs wird in Aussiland gemacht und die werden bestimmt nicht darauf reagieren wie UXC in Deutschland gehandelt worden sind. Ist aber kein schlechter Trick noch einige Stücke zu bekommen, denn wenn ich durch diesen Schwachsinn eventuell einen SL auslöse und meine darunter eingegebene Order bedient wird, habe ich doch ein Geschäft gemacht.

UXC Acquires Largest Oracle Consulting Firm in Australia/New Zealand
ASX-listed UXC Limited (UXC) has today completed the purchase of 100 percent of the shares of
Red Rock Consulting Pty Ltd, the largest independent Oracle solution and consulting service provider
in Australia/New Zealand.
The acquisition will enable Red Rock Consulting to pursue its multi-pronged growth strategy which is
likely to include the acquisition of two Australian technology businesses within the next 12 to 18
months. This strategy is closely aligned to that pursued by UXC.
Red Rock Consulting has been consistently profitable since it was established in 1998 and the
acquisition will be earnings per share positive immediately. Red Rock generated in excess of $12m in
revenues and $2.25m in earnings before interest and tax in the last calendar year.
UXC Executive Chairman, Geoff Lord, said today, “The Red Rock Consulting acquisition is one of
the more substantial since the formation of UXC Limited and we consider it to be a significant
building block in UXC’s Business Solutions Group. Red Rock’s strong capability in the Oracle
Technology stack complements our other businesses and the company brings with it significant
growth opportunities. Additionally, Red Rock is well placed to further the technological synergies
that are being created between UXC’s Utility Services Group and the Business Solutions Group due
to its strength with customers in the Utility sector. UXC recently announced the expansion of its
investment in the Utility Services Group through the acquisition of the remaining interest in Skilltech,
and the transition of that Group towards increasingly technology based, data-oriented solutions. We

Hab mich endlich schweren Herzens von dieser Schrottaktie getrennt. Leider mit massiven Verlusten.

Fünfmal umfirmiert das Ding.

Glaube einfach nicht mehr daran, dass hier überhaupt nochmal was passiert.

Das letzte Mal war wenigstens was vor Bekanntgabe der Zahlen los. Diesmal scheints eher noch nach unten zu gehen.

Hab mir auch noch mit anderem Aussie Schrott ordentlich die Finger verbrannt.

Aussiland schließt mit 2,6 % Plus und wir liegen mit 6,25 % im Minus. Kann mir jemand den Schwachsinn erlären? Umgerechnet müßte der Kurs bei 0,50€ liegen und hier wird zu 0,45% verkauft.

Es ist schade UXC ist trotz meiner Euphorie zu einem Daxwert geworden-------überschaubares Risiko da gute Gewinne, kaum Schulden, jedoch keine Zuwachsraten mehr von größer 30 % !!!

Aus Sicht von 12 Monaten würde ich sagen Ende 2005 bei 1 Euro.....dieses Jahr noch bis 0,60 € da ich sehr gute Zahlen erwarte

MARKET ANNOUNCEMENT Earnings Update for the Year Ended 30 June 2004
UXC Limited advises that it will report a year of record earnings as a result of continued
strong underlying organic growth experienced by its Business Units, and due to the success
of its acquisition program. UXC earnings for the year ended 30 June 2004 will increase
substantially from the previous corresponding period.

Based on the internal management accounts of the Group, UXC expects to report growth in
revenue of approximately 60% to 65%, and growth in earnings before interest, taxation,
depreciation, and amortization ("EBITDA") of in excess of 100%, as compared to the
previous corresponding period.

UXC will record a greater incidence of depreciation, amortization and income tax expense in
the 2004 fiscal year than it did in 2003, and as such the percentage growth in net profit after
tax will be less than that for EBITDA, but will remain substantial.

UXC has budgeted for continuing strong growth in the fiscal year ending 30 June 2005.

UXC Limited will announce its results and lodge its preliminary final report on 26 August
2004.

(Planpower) has acquired select businesses of the CPM Group Pty Ltd (CPMG), one of
Australia’s leading project management training and services firms. The businesses will
merge under the Planpower brand to become a leading provider of project management

CPMG was founded 14 years ago by Colin Dobie, an industry acknowledged luminary in

The technology industry`s most active acquisitor, UXC, is aiming for $230 million in annual sales after bulking up through the purchase of a string of small companies.

Revenue soared 63.9 per cent to $189.1 million in the year to June as the company extended its reach into markets such as telecommunications consulting, software services and computer training.

True to form, the company also announced another deal late on Tuesday, this time buying a project management training service, CPM Group, on undisclosed terms.

However, profits grew far more slowly as the company digested so many small businesses, many of which still operate largely independently.

Net profit rose 35.1 per cent to $9 million. Basic earnings per share rose 23.4 per cent to 6.69¢, showing the effect of the company`s use of shares to fund its acquisitions, diluting the stock.

Executive chairman Geoff Lord noted an improvement in operating performance, including a rise in earnings margins from 7.8 to 10 per cent.

Mr Lord said UXC had targetted an annual "revenue run rate" of $230 milllion per annum.

The enormous growth in the company was apparent in the almost doubling of employee expenses to $84.9 million from $45 million the previous year. Contractor expenses more than doubled to $24 million.

Acquisitions over the past year included the purchase of telco advisory firm AAS Consulting, telco services company Lanlink, consulting group Red Rock and software consultancy Eclipse Computing.

The company`s utility services division also grew by buying the 50 per cent of Skilltech Consulting Services it did not already own, as well as acquiring Fieldforce Services and Aerial Hosting Services.

Systems Pty Ltd (C4), a leading professional services firm based in Queensland.

professional services, with a focus on data networking, wireless and security solutions and IP
telephony.

All staff have been retained, including C4`s four founders, David Shortt, Henry Seeto, Sandy

extending operations along the eastern seaboard.

C4 has been consistently profitable since it was established in March 2002 and generated
over $1 million of revenue for the financial year ending 30 June 2004. This is expected to

and a strong balance sheet.

UXC Chairman Geoff Lord said today "A significant strategic addition to the Business

UXC Strengthens its Oracle Business
UXC Limited (UXC) has today announced that it has completed the purchase of Sequel Software Ltd,
an independent provider of Oracle Software Development and Database Administration services
based in Wellington, New Zealand.

Sequel is a leading independent supplier of Oracle custom applications and support services to the NZ
Government.

The acquisition is another building block in UXC`s Business Solutions Group. Sequel will join with
UXC`s existing Oracle business unit - Red Rock Consulting.

UXC Executive Chairman, Geoff Lord, said today, "The acquisition of Sequel Software consolidates
our position as the premium provider of Oracle services in Australia and New Zealand. Sequel has
established an enviable reputation for delivering high quality custom development and outsourced
database administration services to the New Zealand market, and we believe that in combination with

Sequel Software was 100 percent owned by its founders Lindsay Fraser and Martin Reid. Following

ja wie stehe ich zu UXC......
eigentlich habe ich mich weitestgehens von dem börsenkram verabschiedet, d.h. ich habe lange nichts mehr unternommen.
die paar werte, die hatte, habe ich immer noch, also auch meine UXC.
ich hoffe nach wie vor, daß die irgendwann einmal wider richtig abgehen.
ich habe da dann noch ein paar angeschimmelte biotechs, die aber ähnlich "gut" laufen, wie UXC.

ich lasse das ganze einfach laufen, halte mich aber eigentlich raus und schaue mir ab und zu die werte an.

ich haette nicht gedacht, dass es ausser mir noch jemanden gibt, der diesen "AUSSIE-OUTBACK" Wert hat.
Ich habe - oder besser hatte - jedoch keine Ahnung, wie es um UXC steht. Die Papiere sauern seit der .com Pleite bei mir im Depot rum. Transaktionsgebuehr teurer als Aktienwert.

he leute endlich ein bißchen Stimmung !!!

habe auch viele ca.8000, jedoch beläuft sich mein Verlust auf ca. 75% zur Zeit....warte aber nur noch auf die Dividenden und ein bißchen Kurszuwächse !!!

muß jedoch einen anderen Wert zum ausgleich des Verlustes nutzen !!!!

Einstiegskurs liegt bei 2,4€-----das dürfte vielleicht wenn alles gut geht erst 2010 oder so !!! mal sehen ob ich so viel Ausdauer habe !!!

Mein Durchschnitt liegt bei 12,67 Euro. Habe im Jahr
2000 als die Firma noch Davnet hiess gekauft. Eines muß man
aber auch positiv hervorheben:

In meinem Depotauszug vom 30.12.02 stehen die paar Dinger
mit 0,25 €. Und damit habe ich definitiv einen Verdoppler
im Depot

als langjähriger anhänger von uxc muss ich jetzt gestehen, das ich meine 8000+ Atien auf den Markt geschmissen habe und nicht mehr an eine Turnaroundchance glaube da alle Übernahmen mit Aktien bezahlt werden und in meinen Augen die Großen dividendenzahlungen der Aktie nur schaden !!!!!!! immer mehr Aktien auf dem Markt.....der Kurs wird nie steigen !!!!!!!!! jedenfalls nicht da wo er noch hinsol.....

werde weiterhin mein Glück bei Mobilcom suchen und nach der Fusion denke ich das da mehr Potenzial ist...

has been awarded the contract for the Sydney Water Corporation Residential Water
Efficiency Retro-fit Program 2005-2007 to provide water conservation services to up to
230,000 households over a contract period of two years, with a further one year option. The
contract is worth in excess of $20 million for delivery of all works.
The contracted services involve conducting water audits and installing water saving devices
for up to 400 of Sydney Water customers’ households per day. The contract includes the
operation and management of the call centre receiving up to 800 calls per day, as well as
project management of the program in order to satisfy consumer demand and schedule the
provision of services to Sydney Water’s customers. The timing of the delivery of services is
contingent upon the take up rate of Sydney Water’s offer to its customers. The program
offers great value for Sydney Water’s customers, allowing savings of up to $100.00 per
annum on the water and energy bill of the average household.
Mr Craig Bathie, General Manager of Fieldforce, said “Sydney Water was able to rely upon
our strong track record and previous experience in delivering these or similar services to
some 250,000 homes for various utilities and agencies in New South Wales, the Australian
