Wie weit wird das wohl noch gehen.
Ein bischen diesen Thread neu beleben, wäre toll wenn hier wieder bischen was passiert, es scheint so als wäre ein großer Durchbruch gelungen.

und halte dieses Unternehmen für sehr spannend.
Capstone ist Weltmarktführer in Microturbinen.
Die Kurssteigerung beruht wohl auf der letzten

Capstone Turbine Corp. Files for NYC Dept. of Buildings MEA Approval


BROOKLYN, N.Y., Aug 02, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- The New York sales and service
facility of Capstone Turbine Corporation(R) (www.microturbine.com) (Nasdaq: CPST)
said today that it has filed with the New York City Department of Buildings
(NYCDoB) MEA Division a Materials Equipment Acceptance (MEA) application which
will significantly simplify the permitting and installation approval of
Capstone-branded microturbines in the five boroughs of New York City.

The NYCDoB confirmed that Capstone has received an interim filing submittal
number that will be referenced on all Department of Buildings filings that are
necessary to secure contractor work permits for citywide installations of
Capstone-branded microturbine equipment.

Over the last twelve months, Capstone has worked diligently with the city to
file the necessary MEA documents to make Capstone the first in the industry to
standardize its OEM and Applications Engineering Process for New York, the
company said. As a result of this effort, Capstone will now provide an MEA
submittal filing number with each application to the Building Department. This
will allow property owners, architects and engineers to secure the necessary
plan approvals from the Department of Buildings so building permits can be filed
for installation of Capstone products. In the MEA filing, Capstone has included
all of the UL approvals and proper installation methods for its equipment,
thereby creating a "standard" installation that the Department of Buildings and
any other agency or entity within the city or state will recognize as the
manufacturer`s approved OEM configuration, the company said.

"We have created a `cookie cutter` concept for the sale and installation of
Capstone MicroTurbine(R)-branded products in the five boroughs of New York
City," said Capstone Chief Executive Officer John R. Tucker. "We anticipate that
the New York City Department of Buildings will soon require all manufacturers of
on-site power generators to have New York City MEA approval before they can sell
or install their equipment in the city. Therefore, we have proactively taken
this step to insure that our ability to provide equipment to the largest
potential distributed generation marketplace in North America is not
interrupted.

"Of course, this filing continues to make Capstone MicroTurbine energy solutions
more economically advantageous to businesses and public facilities than any
other competing product. It also enables more rapid deployment and commissioning
through standardized installations, so our New York customers can begin reducing
their utility costs and power demand with minimum delay. This is particularly
important in light of last week`s record high power demand reported by ConEdison
and the blackout in Brooklyn last week reported by the New York Times. Combined
with the recently announced Capstone MicroTurbine incentive program by KeySpan
Energy Delivery, the East Coast`s largest natural gas utility, we expect to see
continued growth opportunities for Capstone MicroTurbine sales in New York
City," Tucker added.

Der Kurs stieg aber auch schon langsam, seitdem Capstone
in New York präsent ist und wohl dadurch jede Menge Aufträge bekommt.
