Envoy ist wie ich finde noch für ein Schnäppchen zu haben.
Schaut`s euch einfach mal an und sagt was Ihr dazu meint!

Envoy Comm. Group ( OTC-Kürzel: Ecg.to) ist eine kanadische Internetwerbeagentur,
die Firmen wie Microsoft, IBM, Adidas etc. zu ihrem Kundenkreis zählen können.

Im Gegensatz zu ihren Konkurrenten wie USWeb, Razorfish, Doubleclick schreibt man bereits schwarze Zahlen ( 2,9 Mio. Can. $ 1999) bei Umsätzen von 140 Mio. Can. $ (99).

Hoch interessant ist auch der Einstieg in das Marktsegment 
"rentable business application", dessen Marktvolumen laut PCWeek 20 Mrd. $
im Jahr 2003 betragen soll.
Envoy hat sich hier mit ihrer Lösung "Decision Room" eine sehr gute Ausgangsbasis geschaffen. ( Mehr dazu unter www.appstreet.com )

Die Marktkapitalisierung beträgt im Moment nur etwa 165 Mio Can. $, also ergibt sich
ein Umsatzmultiple von ca. 1, was für einen Internetwert fast schon seltensheitwert bedeutet.
(Sogar Warren Buffet müßte diese Aktie mögen, da er sonst ja eher wenig von Internetwerten hält.)

Für Ende Februar/Anfang März ist der Gang an die Nasdaq geplant, der spätestens
dann für höhere Kursnotierungen sorgen sollte.

bin heute auch das erste mal auf Envoy aufmerksam
geworden. Habe schon vor einiger Zeit mal BCE Emergis
ins Depot gelegt auch ein Kanadischer B2B Wert.
Der jetzt auch bei NTV auf der tafel 252 Seite 2 zu finden
ist. Envoy ist noch sehr sehr unbekannt und ich werde den Wert
weiterverfolgen. Habe mir die seiten mal angesehen und
sie machen optisch schon was her. B2B ist ein riesiger Markt
allerdings müssen sie sich possitionieren, aber ich denke
ich werd mir mal die ersten Positionen aufbauen bevor andere
Leute auch auf die Idee kommen Ausländische Perlen zu finden.
Ich denke für 6,15€ ist es sehr günstig.
BCE ist seit Kustief von 10€ innerhalb 1 Jahres auf 148€ im Hoch
geklettert.
jetzt notieren sie bei 115€ ca.

bin auch deiner Meinung, daß envoy 1 (Can) eine web.Agentur ist.

ABER:
Envoy 2, ist eine US firma, Nasdaq-Kürzel ENVY, von Healtheon vor kurzem von Quintiles... gekauft.

Ich glaube kaum, daß Envoy 1 bereits in Deutschland erhältlich sein soll, wenn Sie nicht einmal im NASDAQ gelistet ist.
Was genaues ist aber bei der deutschen WP-Nummer nicht in Erfahrung zu bringen.

Wer weiß weiter?

Antrag haben die eingereicht.Auf eine Mail von mir haben die mir
geschrieben dass sie noch keine Rückmeldung von der NASDAQ bekommen haben,
rechnen aber selber mit MÄRZ, spätestens APRIL.

Was mich stört (trotz günstigen KGV und KUV):
das nicht vorhandene Qu.wachstum im letzten Jahr:

Zwar eine riesen Umsatzsprung von 98 ($37,8 mio), aber wohl hauptsächlich

Hi,
was hats mit Envoy auf sich? Ich hab mir heute mal die Daten angeschaut und finde das Unternehmen sehr gut. Große Umsatz- und Gewinnsteigerung in den letzten Jahren, das Unternehmen erwirtschaftet immerhin schon einen Gewinn, es hat große bekannte Firmen als Kunden und die Aktien scheinen im Gegensatz zur Konkurrenz sehr billig zu sein. Hinzu kommt, dass es mit etwas Glück bald an der NASDAQ gelistet werden soll.
Also bin ich heute bei 6.0€ eingestiegen.
Da ich Anfänger bin, würde ich troztdem noch sehr gern ein paar Meinungen von euch zu Envoy hören.

ist auch ein klasse Unternehmen, Du brauchst nur die Links anklicken.
Der Bewertungsabschlag resultiert eindeutig aus dem geringen organischem Wachstum von nur rund 25%; mir ist das aber egal, da bei dieser moderaten Bewertung auch eine Stärke bezüglich des Rückschlagpotentials liegt.

Antarius, soweit ich weiß, wurde der Antrag Mitte o. Ende Dez. ´99 gestellt, mehr kann ich zum Nasdaqgang z.Z. auch nicht sagen.

Schlußkurs bei sehr dünnen Umsätzen von nur 70730 St. 8,5 Can$, also +0,4 bei insgesamt schwacher TSE.

Wie schon früher erwähnt, habe ich an Envoy eine mail geschrieben um etwas genaueres zum NASDAQ Listing zu erfahren. Die Antwort war:
"I think the chances are excellent in the March-April timeframe." (Jason Mandel).
Wie realistisch diese Angabe ist kann ich leider nicht beurteilen. Hoffen wir, dass es tatsächlich klappt.

wie kann man nur so einen Müll schreiben.

Wenn Du Dich vorher informiert hättest und Dir den Chart angeschaut hättest wäre Dir wohl klargewesen, daß das keine Aktie ist die explodieren wird.
Sie ist aber relativ sicher und verspricht langfristiges Wachstum.
Wie kommen die Leute jetzt dazu, für z.B. Biotechs wie Qiagen, übrigens top Aktie, ein KGV von > 150 zu zahlen, letztes Jahr war sie keines Blickes gewürdigt worden.
Abstriche bei Envoy mußt Du aufgrund des noch nicht vorhandenen Nasdaqlisting u. dem ´nur´ 25%-igem organischen Wachstums machen.

Da muß ich Dir in Bezug auf iroc rechtgeben! Man sollte sich schon klar sein, in was man investiert! Ist ja eh alles am Neuen Markt überbewertet. ENVOY hört und sieht ja sehr interessant aus! Leider sind die Umsätze in Deutschland nicht sehr hoch! Werden ja auch mit einem ziemlichen Abschlag in D gehandelt. Ist ja eigentlich gut, aber man kommt ja nur sehr schlecht an eine ENVOY! Mal schauen wie die Anleger in Kanada reagieren werden.
Das Wachstum ist sicherlich nicht so hoch wie das anderer Web-Agenturen, dafür schon im positivem Bereich.
Mir persönlich ist ein Aquisitionswachstum wie es Envoy bisher vorlegt, mit positivem Ergebnis (eps),fast schon lieber als eine von den anderen Webagenturen vorhgelegtes Konzept mit riesigen Verlusten wie z.B. Icon u. Adera. Ich habe bd. vorgenannten, bin jedoch ein bischen entäuscht über deren Zahlen.

die Investoren finden die Zahlen wohl nicht so toll, z.Z. in Kanada -10% auf 7,5 can$.
Für mich bleibt Envoy trotzdem, o. gerade jetzt bei diesem Preis ein Kauf, auch wenn viele von uns jetzt im Minus liegen.

Einige sind sicherlich entäuscht, es bleibt jetzt aber festzuhalten, daß bei dem jetzigen Kurs von 7,5 Can$ und 18,419 Mio. Aktien eine MK von 154,719 Mio. vorliegt.
Schaut Euch den Umsatz an und Ihr werdet auf ca. 200 Mio. für 2000 kommen, selbst bei Nullwachstum in den weiteren Quartalen.
D.h. KUV von ung. 0,8 in 2000.

The stock continues to frustrate in terms of price performance. This past week they released 1st Quarter earnings, and the market viewed their financial results as mildly negative.

Revenues reached $46 million CDN, but net income only came in at $650,000. For the complete financial statement, click here and you will be taken to it directly.

The stock has only been above $10 a couple of times since we began covering the company last summer at $8.90, but the company`s numbers have exploded.

The market is pricing this company`s stock is if they were just an advertising agency, not a technology company. More importantly, the company has been committing an enormous amount of its corporate energy to getting approved by the SEC to trade in US markets.

On Wednesday we had a lengthy conversation with Geoff Genovese, the President of the Company. In short, we learned that the company has a number of expansion related projects on hold pending the completion of the never-ending process of getting approved by the SEC to trade in US markets.

We still firmly believe that this company will be embraced by Wall Street when they finally get approval and begin trading on NASDAQ. Not only is the company`s top line growing rapidly, but they are firmly entrenched as one of the leaders in the Digital Advertising world.

Furthermore, any radical corporate changes at this time would only serve to delay the SEC regulatory process. The SEC and Envoy are discussing some minor points about the way the company reports its financial performance. The company is hopeful that the issues have been resolved, and the approval for US trading is very close. If they were to get involved in any aggressive expansion initiatives at this time, the SEC would be likely to slow down the process.

Based on our conversation with Mr. Genovese, we are cautiously optimistic that this SEC approval might come in March. Once achieved, the company can turn its attention back to its aggressive expansion plans.

A Wall Street following combined with expansion should put this company in the limelight. We are more convinced that patient investors will be handsomely rewarded down the road.

Those who showed up at Envoy Communications` annual
general meeting on Tuesday were treated to a bevy of positive
news and a cheerful growth forecast. The new Wal-Mart
account for Germany and the UK, the largest business win to
date, was discussed, and management mentioned offhandedly
that it is bidding on another valuable account worth $25 million.
The company expects to double the size of its business by the
beginning of 2001.

Toronto, ONT, March 8 /SHfn/ -- A lot of good news, but not many details, emerged at Envoy Communications` [T.ECG] annual
general meeting held in the heart of Toronto`s financial district on Tuesday, March 7. Envoy, an e-marketing company, announced
what many investors had already heard--that it had been named the lead design company for Wal-Mart Store Inc.`s [WMT]
operations in Germany and the UK. "This is a big win for us," CEO Geoffrey Genovese told the assembled crowd. On the heels of
that news came hope for another large potential contract--during the presentation the company revealed that it was bidding for a $25
million piece of business in New York that day.

The Wal-Mart account is by far the largest new business win for ECG, but Genovese wouldn`t confirm the report that it was worth
more than $20 million, which one unnamed source in the Globe and Mail pegged it at. Neither would he reveal the timeline for
strategic acquisitions, which is a core part of Envoy`s revenue growth strategy.

Genovese said the company hopes to do two acquisitions in the UK, two in San Francisco and one
in Germany. Envoy will also be opening offices and ramping up the number of employees in those
markets. However, until ECG receives approval for its application to NASDAQ, the acquisitions will be
held off. The company has filed its 20-F and has already responded to all the exchange`s questions.
Genovese said that a US listing will "raise the visibility of the Envoy in the US marketplace and will
assist with the acquisition strategy."

The company is confident it will achieve significant growth in 2000, stating that its goal is to grow gross margins from $50 million to
an annualized run rate of $100 million by the end of the calendar year. "It is growth that is easily manageable," said Genovese.
Envoy`s CFO Joe Leeder pointed out that the company is well diversified in the sense that no one customer represents more than
10% of the projected gross margin for 2000.

Although earnings will continue to be affected by goodwill amortization due to the heavy acquisition phase, EBITDA profit margins
will be favorable, especially when compared against many of Envoy`s publicly traded competitors such as Razorfish [RAZF] and
Agency.com [ACOM], Leeder said. "Without further acquisitions, we expect to attain $10 million in EBITDA in 2000." EBITDA per
share has grown at an annual compound rate of about 80% since 1996.

New account wins from Alliance Atlantis worth about $4 million to $5 million, and for Oxford Properties were also mentioned, as was
a new product from the Devlin Applied Design business called D-spot that will build an instant intranet. "Our plans for organic growth
have really started off with a bang," Genovese observed.

Zu Envoy: 6 Übernahmen stehen an , aber erst nach Nasdaq. Der Nasdaq-Gang bringt uns nochmal 30-50% , wenn der Markt hält.

Ich finde bei Envoy einfach keinen Grund für die niedrige Bewertung.
Sind immernoch erst etwas mehr als 100 Mio €.

Hab´ in Eurem Thread nachspioniert und will am Montag auch einsteigen.

Bitte um Eure Hilfe: welche Limit´s würdet Ihr beim Kauf setzen?

Grund der Frage: in Nasdaq "Freiverkehr" (übrigens, was bedeutet das ?) war der Schlußkurs von ENVOY COMMUNICATIONS (Kürzel ENVFF.NAP, noch keine WKN - ich hoffe daß das unsere ENVOY ist) am Freitag
6,57$, was etwa 6,82 E entspricht (Quelle: Chart von www.comdirect.de). Das macht zwar Zuwachs von über 3% zum Vortag, ist aber immer noch deutlich weniger, als Münchener Schlußkurs (7,10 E). Entweder ist die Aktie leicht runtergefallen (was für mich günstigere Einstiegskurse bedeuten würde!) oder ich verstehe was nicht.

Envoy wird in Deutschland offenbar mit einem kleinen Aufschlag gehandelt, sodass Du den Kurs nicht direkt umrechnen kannst. In Toronto, wo Envoy an der Toronto Stock Exchange (Kürzel ECG.TO, Kurs= 9,25 C$ was dem Tagestiefststand entspricht) gehandelt wird, sind sie am Freitag leicht gefallen. Daher besteht die Chance sie Montag etwas günstiger zu bekommen, im Verlauf der Woche vielleicht noch günstiger.
Ein Limit von 7 Euro müsste ausreichen.

Hi, ich denke ENVOY ist ( ausser in Kanada )
noch immer voellig unentdeckt.

Als ich am 18.02.99 die ENVOY Zahlen ins Board gestellt habe,
hat sich der Umsatz dannach in Dtl. dannach verdreifacht.
D.h. vorwiegend wallstreet boardler haben gekauft.

zwischen razf,acom und ecg sagt wohl alles über das Potential
dieser Aktie.

Wartet noch das anstehende Nasdaq-Listing ab und dann wird sich

Aufmerksam geworden durch einen Tip von erfg (vielen Dank)
habe ich mal euren Thread gelesen, der ziemlich interessant
klingt. Aufgefallen ist mir auf der HP von Envoy allerdings,
dass sich die Firma selbst so gut wie gar nicht darstellt. Hätte
ich vorher diesen Thread nicht gelesen, wüsste ich ohne aus-
schweifende Phantasie gar nicht, was Envoy macht. Oder definiert
sich Envoy über die Beteiligungen? Dort wird wenigstens ganz
kurz der jeweilige Geschäftsinhalt beschrieben. Unter dem
Gesichtspunkt, dass es sich bei Envoy um eine Web-Agentur handelt,
potenziert sich natürlich dieses Manko. Ich lasse mich aber gerne
vom Gegenteil überzeugen.

Ohne zu wissen ob es wahr ist, ist meinem Wissenstand nach ein
NNM-Listing erst ab einem Aktienpreis von 5 US$ möglich. Vielleicht
ist das der Grund, warum es auf sich warten lässt?
