Hallo Leute!
Nach dem derben Rücksetzer an den letzten beiden Handelstagen erscheint mir Datalogics mittlerweiler wieder als ein heißes Investment mit großem Potential.
Der Wert ist vom Hoch 1,70 $ ohne News auf ca. 0,90 $ in zwei Tagen zurück gekommen, nachdem man ohne Korrektur innerhalb weniger Wochen um 250% gestiegen ist.
Datalogics ist im Markt für Internettelefonie tätig. Laut US Studien soll dieser Markt von 13 Milliarden UC $ in 2002 auf 200 Milliarden US $ in 2007 wachsen.
Dazu ist Datalogics im M2M Markt tätig.
Der Umsatz für 2003 soll ca. 10 Millionen $ betragen und es soll ein leichter Gewinn erwirtschaftet werden.
In 2004 soll der Umsatz dann auf über 20 Mio. $ ansteigen, wobei der Gewinn stark überproportional steigen soll.
Aktuell befindet man sich in Gesprächen mit großen internationalen Firmen insbesondere im asiatischen Raum. Hier ist in den kommenden Wochen mit positiven Vertragsabschlüssen zu rechnen.
Weiterhin besteht Fantasie durch das IPO der Tochter IPN Communications.
Ich habe heute eine Antwort auf meine Emailanfrage bekommen. Sagt in etwa folgendes:
Thema China / Asien:
- We expect to sign some material contracts shortly.
Thema Umsätze in 2004:
- Our goal is to book $20 million in sales this fiscal year. The number can be larger with external growth via merger and acquisition.
Our filings are due at the end of March and more information regarding these numbers will be announced then.
Thema Erweiterung Geschäftsfeld:
- Our plans for this year include merger and acquisitions of profitable companies.
Nicht schlecht, denke ich!
Ich werde mal weiter bohren und Euch informieren.
Aktuell kotzt sich der Markt nach dem rasanten Anstieg aus, sollte sich aber mittlerweile beruhigt haben.
Meiner Meinung nach ist zur Zeit ein toller Zeitpunkt einzusteigen mit Ziel einer Kursverdopplung in 4-6 Wochen.

Heute hat DLGI in den USA bei 0,82 $ geschlossen.
Dürfte also morgen bei 0,64 $ in den Deutschland eröffnen.

Habe gestern mit dem CEO Keith Nguyen gesprochen.
Folgende Info:
- Die aktuellen Trading activities werden zur Zeit analysiert
- Derek und Keith haben in den letzten Tagen ein paar tausend Aktien verkauft, um die eigenen Rechnungen zu bezahlen. Die Anzahl war im Vergleich zu dem Volumen sehr sehr gering. Bisher haben die beiden ihr eigenes Geld in DLGI geschossen und haben sich jetzt ein paar $ zurückgeholt.
- In Asien hat man mehrere größere Vertragsabschlüsse vorliegen, die man in Kürze veröffentlichen will.
- Die nächsten Zahlen kommen in der letzten Märzwoche
- Man sieht sich zur Zeit nach Mergers und Aqusitionen um. Die Unternehmen müssen passen zu DLGI und das shareholder value vergrößern. Bezahlt wird in Shares.

IPN Communications Signs Agreement With Dragontel to Begin VoIP Deployment in China

IRVINE, Calif., Mar. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- IPN Communications, a majority-owned subsidiary of DataLogic International, Inc. (BB DLGI; Berlin Stock Exchange: 779612), announced today that it has signed an agreement with Dragontel Technic Ltd. to begin deploying its IP-Phones in China.
Under the terms of the agreement, Dragontel will initially purchase 20,000 licenses and up to 20,000 IP-Phones for a combine total of $1,800,000 USD. Dragontel will begin marketing the IP-Phones under its brand to call centers, Internet cafes, and general consumers in China.
In addition, IPN will market and sell its IP-Phones under its own brand throughout China using Dragontel`s telecom licenses. In addition to the hardware sales, IPN will be entitled to a percentage of the airtime profits by routing all its customers` calls through Dragontel`s servers.
" This will be one of our largest VoIP deployments thus far," commented Michael Wu, IPN`s CEO. " China, with its population of 1.3 billion, represents a significant growth opportunity for us in terms of VoIP sales. IPN is very pleased to have this opportunity and will work closely with Dragontel to aggressively introduce this exciting technology to China," Wu added.
