The Offering is scheduled to close on or around October 14, 2021 and is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary approvals including the approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange. The FT Shares and Warrant Shares will have a hold period of four months and one day from the closing date.
