InspireSemi Announces Extension of Non-Brokered Private Placement of Units
VANCOUVER, British Columbia and AUSTIN, Texas, Feb. 29, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Inspire Semiconductor Holdings Inc. (TSXV: INSP) (“InspireSemi” or the “Company”), a chip design company that provides revolutionary high-performance,
energy-efficient accelerated computing solutions for High Performance Computing (HPC), AI, graph analytics, and other compute-intensive workloads, today announced that it has extended the closing
date for its non-brokered private placement offering of units previously announced by the Company in its press release dated January 15, 2024 (the "Offering"). Further information on the Offering
can be found in the Company’s press release dated January 15, 2024.
The Company now expects the offering to close on or before March 31, 2024 subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. The terms of the Offering are unchanged from those previously reported.
The Company may close the Offering in multiple tranches.
