The State has two such projects under potential development, one intending to use Beluga coal – the Silverado Green Fuels project – to make boiler fuel for export to the Pacific Rim, and a second project that intends to use Healy coal to make aviation and diesel fuels for use in the Alaska market”. Silverado Green Fuel Inc. is continuing to work with the United States government to receive an appropriation for the LRCWF Demonstration Project. This grant will allow the project to get underway. “We are very pleased with the work done to date” said Garry Anselmo, Chairman and CEO of Silverado.

Dazu extra einen neuen Thread zu eröffnen war überflüssig. Ausserdem steht die Finanzierungszusage noch lange nicht. Lediglich ein kleiner Senator unterstützt das Vorhaben.
Erst wenn Silverado Energiepolitisch auf dem Papier erscheint wirds krachen.... aber das sind alles alte Kammele....

Umsatz in Deutschland schon fast 750000 stück.In den Staaten leider Feiertag.Sollte jetzt schnell Richtung 0,045 Euro laufen.Parität ca. 0,039.Warum heute morgen die Kurse so tief waren bleibt ein geheimnis.

wenn diese GREEN FUEL geschichte funktioniert...und ich sehe im moment keinen grund warum sie nicht funktionieren sollte. ( die jungs haben angeblich 100% sicherheit signalisiert )....dann sehen wir bald andere kurse.

United States Congress Passes Continuing Resolution To Keep Government Operating

October 6, 2005 - Fairbanks , Alaska – USA - Vancouver, BC – Canada


Last Friday, September 30 the United States Congress passed, and President Bush signed House Joint Resolution 68 which provided the Government with the funding necessary to continue operating. The 2006 fiscal year begins on October 1. If the resolution had not passed, the government would have been left without Congressionally approved funding for most of its programs.

Many of the appropriation bills, including the energy and water development appropriations, have not yet been sent to the U.S. House and Senate for a final vote. They are still being worked on in House-Senate conference committees to iron out any differences between the versions passed by the two legislative bodies.

"If you look at the recent history of the Congressional appropriations process, more often than not, Congress is forced to pass a continuing resolution because they haven`t completed the 13 appropriation bills necessary to keep the government running," said Garry Anslemo, CEO and President of Silverado Gold Mines Ltd. "We are still working with federal, as well as state and local officials who support the LRCWF Demonstration Project and are looking at several different funding options -- including the stalled appropriation process in Congress. We remain confident about the funding opportunities and are excited about getting this project underway as the first step in providing commercial quantities of LRCWF."

The continuing resolution is set to expire on November 18, 2005. If the appropriation bills remain unpassed, Congress can either pass another continuing resolution in the hope that they will be able to pass the remaining appropriation bills prior to adjourning for the year. Or, Congress can combine all outstanding appropriation bills into a larger bill called "The Omnibus Package". The omnibus package would contain all appropriations not already passed and would be the final vote in funding government projects for fiscal year 2006.
