THERE REALLY IS A BRIGHT LIGHT AT THE TOP OF OUR CHRISTMAS TREE


Many years ago [too many], I was told that the brightness in the star at the top of the Christmas tree was an illusion, which had to do with my inner most feelings at the moment of viewing. Peculiarly, all my life my observations were that the light was always brighter than most others saw it. That’s [kind of] the way I feel about Med Gen. As I see it our light shines ever more brightly.


There are no secrets about the horrors that befell us this past year. Losing major chains as we did, shocked us to the very core.... and if that wasn’t enough, being trounced once again with the reversal of a settlement of a law suit that in itself seemed so unjust and should have never been lost in the first place, almost threw us into a great depression. Holding it all together became a daily routine for many weeks. Nevertheless, like everything, time seems to put things in perspective and has a healing quality all its own. We were not going to allow these events to be our coup d’ e-tat! Not on your life!


New marketing directions that will hold onto our existing users and make new customers have been initiated and are taking hold.... a switch back to our beginnings with a Direct to Consumer Marketing program ("DCM"). In the years 1999 and 2000, Infomercials featuring Snorenz® racked up $23 million in sales in less than a year for Kevin Trudeau’s Vantage Point. Certainly, we can build on those past successes. Splitting our stock [3 times- 2 reverse & 1 forward] done on advice of our financial group..... And if we had not, we would not be here today. I have no desire to lecture anyone on investing in stocks, especially penny stocks, which have their own special set of risks and rewards. Management, under my watch, has performed well under tremendously precarious and perilous conditions. Still, our collective sensibilities, creativity, marketing savvy and ability to bring products to market quickly and that address important major health issues, has fueled a fire that burns brightly in the belly of our company and will at sometime influence a growing constituency and build the company. I believe this in my heart of hearts!


Factually both Snorenz® and Good Nights Sleep® are beginning to respond to our recently instituted DCM program. Med Gen Settles Judgment Claim
Med Gen Inc. (OTCBB:MGEN), manufacturers of the national brands Snorenz(R), snore relief throat spray; Painenz(R), roll on pain relief formula; Undiet(TM) weight loss system and Good Nights Sleep(R), sleep aid throat spray, announced today that it has settled a two year Judgment claim won by former distributors.

The Settlement reduces the amount of the claim from $4 million to $1.25 million and provides for "payments over time" in an extended 28 month period. The Settlement also provides for a substantial discount of 10% should the company wish to pre-pay the full amount of the Settlement or the balance remaining at anytime during the 28 month payment period. The final portion of the judgment is the issuance of 15 million restricted shares with a registration provision and a "guarantee put" at the sole discretion of the company valued at $200,000. In all, the company realized a monetary saving of approximately $2.75 million.

From a practical standpoint, Mr. Kravitz stated that being free of the overhang from the judgment and the many financial hurdles that it posed over the years, allows management to release the company's full marketing program for its four products. Product commercials and media advertising plans encompassing e-marketing, mailers and TV Infomercials will be announced in separate releases.
