Die ganze Zeit war der Kurs recht konstant und ohne Umsätze bei ca. 10€, jetzt sind wir bei ca. 7,5€.

Antwort auf Beitrag Nr.: 21.249.034 von macsoja am 20.04.06 08:40:45Naja, dem Chart nach zu urteilen sieht das nach drohender Pleite aus. Mußt dir mal den Berlin-Chart anschauen (geht weiter zurück als FRA).
Wenn du mehr infos hast, stelle sie doch mal hier rein. Ich schaue mir den wert dann auch mal genauer an.

Zaporizhstal (ZPST), Ukraine’s fourth-largest steel producer, said yesterday that it plans to consolidate five related metal trading companies. As part of the process, ZPST plans to issue 1.8 billion new shares, bringing its total number of outstanding shares to 2,643.6 million.
ZPST shareholders are expected to vote on the issue at an AGM scheduled for 7 July 2006. If approved, the consolidation should lead to a 213% increase in ZPST’s share capital and the dilution of minority shareholders, in our view. ZPST plans to exchange the newly issued 1.8 billion shares for stakes in the consolidated companies rather than the usual practice of selling the new shares at a par value to existing shareholders

Over the first four months of 2006, Dneprostpetsstal (DNSS) reduced its revenue to USD 134.7mn (7.9% y-o-y decrease in the local currency). In April, DNSS produced USD 37.9 worth of final product output, a little above production plans for the month. Over the period, DNSS reduced its rolled steel output to 0.098 million tones (8.4% y-o-y decrease). In 2005, DNSS increased its output to 0.308 million tones (4.1% y-o-y increase).
Besides other objective factors, falling output is also most likely the result of continued disputes around slag dumps at Balka Srednyaya.
Note: Balka Srednyaya is one of the biggest man-caused deposits of ferrous and nonferrous metals in Ukraine. Major industrial enterprises of Zaporozhie such as Zaporizhstal (ZPST), Zaporizhiye coke plant (ZACO), Zaporizhiye ferroalloy plant (ZFER), and Dniprospetsstal have dumped their waste there since 1937. During the period of its exploitation more than 300mn MT of metallurgy production wastes have accumulated, of which 7% constitute metals that are good for reuse. According to our estimates this scrap is sufficient for more than 40 years of DNSS operation. If DNSS resumed utilization of the scrap from the slag dump its COGS should have decrease by at least 20%. Situation around DNSS slag dumps is rather complex taking into consideration the latest developments. In April 2005 DNSS, still controlled by Pinchuk, signs a lease agreement for a four months term with RegionPromService (RPS) a company associated with Surkis for scrap extraction. Shortly thereafter Grigorishin regains control over the plant and strives to return misused slag dumps. DNSS terminated RPS’s lease agreement on 25 June 2005 on the basis of an inspection conducted by the State Department of Ecology and Natural Resources, which found that RPS failed to fulfill the terms of the agreement regarding implementation of environmental protection measures. (According to ecologists the violations posed a threat of ecological catastrophe in Zaporizhiye city.) After a series of contradicting court decisions, RPS is in a temporary winning position with decision from the High Economic Court to allow RPS operations on the Balka Srednyaya. Recently, RPS, backed by the governor, made an attempt to take possession of the slag dumps by force, yet failed to do so. The problem is caused by a series of conflicting court decisions and appeals, causing a sort of legal vacuum in this situation.

trading of shares in Zaporizhstal until July 10 in expectation of the
buy-back price for the company's shares, which the steelmaker is
supposed to announce on July 7, exchange spokesman Andrei Kolomiets told
Interfax.
The exchange has the right to suspend trading if there is a
possibility that shareholder rights might be infringed, he said.
The last buy/sell quotes for Zaporizhstal in the trading system
were 2.6 hryvni and 4.1 hryvni, respectively, he said.
The exchange also suspended trading in Zaporizhstal shares on April
19, following reports that on June 7 shareholders would be asked to
approve an increase in charter capital of 213%, to 660.92 million
hryvni, as part of the merger of several companies into the steelmaker.
Market professionals said that this would significantly devalue shares
held by Zaporizhstal minority shareholders, as the companies being
swallowed had little in the way of assets.
But the majority shareholders pushed through this decision at the
shareholder meeting, and said that on July 7 they would announce the
price at which they would offer to buy back shares from minority
shareholders.
Prior to the announcement about the planned increase in charter
capital, buy/sell quotes for Zaporizhstal shares were at 6 hryvni/6.10
hryvni.
UK-based Global Steel Investments Limited owned 22.58% of
Zaporizhstal as of last December 14, insurer Zakhid Rezerv owned 28.49%
and Switzerland's Airol Beyeilingungen AG owned 12.17%, according to the
company.

Heute wurde entschieden dass die Aktien für ca. 1.80 Gr. zurückgekauft werden. Das heißt mit 60% Verlust.
So was finde ich von Zaporizhstal sehr unfair. Von PFTS Zaporizhstal wurde vorerst bis 10.07 bezüglich Rechtenverletzung suspendiert. Kein Rücksicht auf die Aktionere. Sehr traurig!!

Rückakaufpreis 1.87 Gr= 0.29 Euro pro Aktie oder 2.90 Euro/GDRS
D.h. der Kurs müßte bei 2.90€ stehen, warum sind wir dann noch bei 4.20 €?
Die Suspendierung von Zaporizstahaktien wurde bis 17.06 verlängert und PFTS hat vor die ganz aus der Listing zu entfernen. Nach Aussage von Dragon Capital werden die Gerichtsverhandlungen Jahre dauern.

year-on-year in January-July to 2.13 million tonnes.
The works told Interfax that it produced 2.57 million tonnes of
crude steel, up 2.3%; 2.06 million tonnes of pig iron, down 0.4%; and
3.21 million tonnes of sinter, down 1.1%.
In July, the company produced 311,000 tonnes of finished roll,
380,000 tonnes of crude steel, 306,000 tonnes of pig iron and 476,000
tonnes of sinter.
Finished roll production fell 2.7% to 3.6 million in 2005.

Abramowitch mit seinem Evraz hat gerade Oregon Steel übernommen,
denke auch ZAPORIZHSTAL ist nicht uninteressant für die Großen Stahlerzeuger...

ich habe news über Kapitalerhöhung gelesen. Die ukrainische Gerichte haben die umstritene Kapitalerhöhung zugestimmt.
Dass heist dass die Aktien werden für 1.80 zurückgekauft.
Auf PFTS in der Ukraine gibt leider keine Chance die zu verkaufen.
