Cascade Energy Inc. (OTCBB: CSCE) Friday\'s market closed at a 13.79% increase at $0.066 per share. There were 325,750 shares traded. Cascade Energy, Inc., recently reports on recent developments at the Company\'s Alberta oil and gas projects and certain management additions. Empress: Cascade today wishes to announce that it has entered into an agreement with Blue Scorpion Energy Corp., a private Alberta company of which Mr. William Marshall is a director, whereby Cascade has chosen to increase to 70% its interest in three additional sections in which it presently owns a 49% working interest, by paying 100% of the development cost of those three sections. In this regard, Cascade has received an AFE of $472,200 for the drilling of a development gas well (the "10-21-24-2W4M") that will offset the 11-16-24-2W4M gas well (in which Cascade presently has a 21% interest). The referenced 4-sections together comprise the Empress project.
Cascade is an explorer for natural gas and oil. The primary objective of Cascade is to acquire, discover, upgrade and expand North American onshore oil and gas reserves towards near-term production and cash flow, together with identifying and participating in exploration opportunities. By maintaining a balanced debt and equity mix, Cascade\'s operating strategy is to become cash flow positive in the short term to allow the Company a re-investment of production dollars to enhance and grow company assets. By searching and identifying exploration and producing properties that fit the company\'s investment and production criteria, Cascade has formulated a strategy to prioritize assets that provide low risk, short payback period and long life reserves.

Hi;
Cascade Energy is currently working with a petroleum engineering consultant to develop a re-work plan for the first Empress natural gas well. Natural gas production from the first well was initially excellent at Empress. However, the production then declined substantially due to technical complications in the reservoir. Cascade can drill up to four additional wells at Empress, depending upon a successful outcome of this re-work activity...

Ich habe gestern ne Mail an Cascade geschrieben( siehe weiter unten....hier die Antwort:
Hello;
The situation with Cascade is not lost. As you know, the Company drilled a number of wells, including Coyote Creek in California, Belloque in Alberta and Empress in Alberta. Coyote and Belloque were very disappointing. The geology was excellent…gas was hit…but the wells could not be put into production for technical reasons. Cascade did hit on Empress…but, after putting the well into production, it has become clear that the location and depth is not optimum and the well must be re-worked. This is what is taking place now. As far as the sell-off goes, probably a good portion of this is as a result of a lack of news. Please stay in contact with us and call or email anytime…
