The exercised Monument shares represent approximately 11.6 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of Monument.

GoldMet hat angekündigt 24 mio Warrants und 30 mio Aktien zu kaufen,
also 54 mio Aktien, das wären dann bei 250 mio Aktien ca. 21,5 %
so hat das Isengrad gemeint!!

184 Mio Aktien zur Zeit+ca. 67 Mio( glaube ich) aus den Warrants macht zusammen 251 Mio. 67 Aktien sind dann ca. 26% der Gesamtaktien,oder?

Dies geht bei den bekannten Daten nur, wenn die restlichen über 40 Mio
Optionen/Warrants wertlos verfallen.
Mal sehen, wie heute die Kurse gestellt werden.
Verfallen die Optionen/Warrants nicht, bleibt GoldMet unter 25%.
Ob es zu dem PP noch kommt, bezweifel auch ich.
Denn dann hätte GoldMet deutlich weniger als die 25+%.
Sicher kann man sich wohl nie sein, bin aber zuversichtlich, daß
dies logisch ist.
