Confirmation Drilling Begins on Moly Deposit, NW Ontario, NI 43-101 Report Received from Wardrop Engineering

MPH Ventures Corp. (TSX.V: MPS) announces a diamond drill has now mobilized to its Pidgeon Molybdenum Deposit project. The proposed 10,000 metre diamond drill program is to start immediately, with an initial 4,000 metres to verify and confirm the historic data recently compiled by Wardrop Engineering Inc. Infill drilling will then be done to improve the confidence of the molybdenum resource to a level sufficient for an economic assessment.

MPH Ventures has also initiated a 70 km detailed grid and will complete a magnetometer survey over the grid.

Past reports on the Pidgeon Molybdenum Deposit project from T. Bottrill for BHP Billiton (Sept. 17, 1979) and consulting engineering firm Strathcona Mineral Services Ltd. for BHP Billiton (July 16, 1980) indicate the contained tonnage in the mineralized zone varies from Strathcona's report of 9,000,000 tonnes drill indicated at 0.096% molybdenum to as much as T. Bottrill's report of 55,000,000 tonnes inferred with grades of 0.081% molybdenum. The historic estimates were based on a total of 76 variably spaced diamond drill holes completed on the property. The historic resources were not calculated to National Instrument 43-101 standards and therefore could not be relied upon.

The Company has received an NI 43-101 standard resource estimate from Wardrop Engineering Inc. ("Wardrop") based on historical data. Wardrop has determined at that the Pidgeon Molybdenum Deposit contains an inferred molybdenum resource of 8.5 million tonnes grading .099% molybdenum and that the mineralization has been calculated down to a total depth of 150 metres. The resource is contained in a mineralized shell, which is about 1300 metres long and 60 metres thick. The area containing the inferred resource in the report accounts for only 450 metres of the total strike length of the mineralized shell. The Pidgeon Molybdenum Deposit remains open in all directions. There is very good potential of increasing the resource by drilling off the deeper portions of the mineralized shell as well as untested strike extensions.

Wardrop has recommended that initial confirmation drilling would increase the confidence level of the moly resource and move the resource from the inferred to the drill indicated category. Wardrop also concludes there is a good chance of increasing the tonnage of the resource, which could make the economics more attractive.

It is the Company's intention to quickly verify and confirm the existing resource as indicated by the Wardrop Report as well as to undertake an expansion program with the goal of significantly increasing the mineral resource of the Pidgeon Molybdenum Deposit.

Past data includes several diamond drill programs evaluating the deposit from the 1950's to the 1980's. An exploration adit was driven, and a bulk sample was taken for metallurgical testing in 1955. The most complete work was last done in 1979 and 1980 by Rio Algom (BHP Billiton) including diamond drilling. Strathcona Mineral Services Ltd. completed a preliminary economic study at that time.

Wardrop also recommends that all cores from new diamond drilling be sampled, as it has been noted in previous reports that there are significant intervals, especially in the Aplitic dikes, that were not split or sampled. Molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) mineralization was observed in these un-sampled intervals and new assay data would help to reduce internal waste dilution that has been noted.

These types of moly deposits typically occur in multiple lenses or mineralized shells that are stacked above each other within the porphyritic stock. The introduction of the molybdenum mineralization appears to be related with the intrusion of the Aplitic dikes and hosts the bulk of the mineralization to date. The bulk of the mineralization from past data occurs in a shell near the margins of the monzonite stock work where the quartz vein stock work also cuts across the Aplitic dikes.

The Company announced on November 21st it has acquired, through staking of claims and by optioning of claims, an additional 2900 acres in 14 claim blocks that completely surrounds the patented leased claims MPH Ventures recently purchased from BHP Billiton and Goldcorp, as noted in past News Releases.

David J. Busch, B.A., B.Sc., PGeo., MPH Ventures' Project Manager, is the qualified person under the meaning of National Instrument 43-101 and has reviewed the data in this News Release.

MPH Ventures Corp. is a gold, silver, and molybdenum exploration company focused on mineral development within Canada and Latin America.

MPH Ventures drills seven holes at Pidgeon

      2007-12-27 09:11 ET - News Release

      Mr. Jim Pettit reports

MPH VENTURES CORP.: 2007 DRILLING COMPLETED ON PIDGEON MOLYBDENUM DEPOSIT PROJECT, NW ONTARIO

MPH Ventures Corp. has completed seven holes totalling 1,210 metres by year-end at its Pidgeon molybdenum deposit project, district of Kenora, Northwestern Ontario. This current drill program is scheduled to resume early January, 2008, and will comprise a significant program of infill drilling to improve the confidence of the molybdenum resource to a level sufficient for an economic assessment.

"We look forward to the continuation of our drill program at the Pidgeon molybdenum deposit project, which should advance the project to the next level," stated MPH Ventures president Jim Pettit. "We have a fully winterized camp to support our drilling activities and a strong cash position to aggressively pursue this exciting project," stated Mr. Pettit.

The Pidgeon molybdenum deposit property comprises approximately 3,420 acres of mineral claims situated approximately 50 kilometres east from the city of Dryden, district of Kenora, Northwestern Ontario. This 10,000-metre diamond drill program has been designed to verify and confirm the historic data recently compiled by Wardrop Engineering Inc. At this time all samples have been submitted for analysis to the TSL laboratory and MPH Ventures expects to have the first batch of results available for release early in the new year.

MPH Ventures received in November, 2007, a National Instrument 43-101 standard resource estimate from Wardrop Engineering Inc. based on historical data. Wardrop has determined that the Pidgeon molybdenum deposit contains an inferred molybdenum resource of 8.5 million tonnes grading 0.099 per cent molybdenum and that the mineralization has been calculated down to a total depth of 150 metres. The resource is contained in a mineralized shell, which is about 1,300 metres long and 60 metres thick.

Past reports on the Pidgeon molybdenum deposit project from T. Bottrill for BHP Billiton (Sept. 17, 1979) and consulting engineering firm Strathcona Mineral Services Ltd. for BHP Billiton (July 16, 1980) indicate the contained tonnage in the mineralized zone varies from Strathcona's report of nine million tonnes drill indicated at 0.096 per cent molybdenum to as much as T. Bottrill's report of 55 million tonnes inferred with grades of 0.081 per cent molybdenum. The historic estimates were based on a total of 76 variably spaced diamond drill holes completed on the property. The historic resources were not calculated to NI 43-101 standards and therefore could not be relied upon.

Wardrop has recommended that initial confirmation drilling would increase the confidence level of the moly resource and move the resource from the inferred to the drill indicated category. Wardrop also concludes there is a good chance of increasing the tonnage of the resource, which could make the economics more attractive.

It is MPH Ventures' intention to quickly verify and confirm the existing resource as indicated by the Wardrop report as well as to undertake an expansion program with the goal of significantly increasing the mineral resource of the Pidgeon molybdenum deposit.

      110 Mio x 30 USD = 3,3 Milliarden Ressourcenwert Moly

Normalerweise werden Explorer mit ca. 10% bewertet.
      10% von 3,3 Milliarden = 330 Mio.

      MK aktuell = 25,7 Mio shares outstanding x 0,33CAD = 8,5 Mio CAD
      39,6 Mio shares fully diluted x 0,33CAD = 13,1 Mio CAD

      Hi xxx,

In regards to your inquiry, we are in the middle of a drill program. We have stopped for Christmas holidays with 7 holes completed.

We have attached a picture for you from the core sample (hole#7), we were looking for 0.1% Molybdenum however that looks more around 5%.

We do not have our first set of assays back from the lab yet, they are expected by around January 15th.

We completed 7 holes in 3 weeks so this program will move fairly quickly, as the moly is only 100 meters >from the surface.

Only 300 meters of a 1200 meter strike length have been tested, there is room to go in all directions so the potential to move from 110Million lbs of Moly up is possible. We have also staked another half km around the property and increased our land holdings.

Und hier nochwas zu der Aktienstruktur:

Management holds 30%. As for other key holders Pinetree capital owns 16.6% and Sprott has expressed interested.

      Fazit:

MPH Ventures restarts drilling at Pidgeon

      2008-01-09 09:35 ET - News Release

      Mr. James Pettit reports

MPH VENTURES CORP.: DRILLING RESUMES ON PIDGEON MOLYBDENUM DEPOSIT PROJECT, NW ONTARIO

MPH Ventures Corp. has resumed drilling at its 3,420-acre Pidgeon molybdenum deposit project situated approximately 50 kilometres east from the city of Dryden, district of Kenora, Northwestern Ontario.

The company completed seven drill holes totalling 1,210 metres by 2007 year-end at its Pidgeon molybdenum deposit project. All samples have been submitted for analysis to the TSL laboratory in Saskatoon and MPH Ventures expects to have the first batch of assay results available for release shortly.

This continuing 10,000-metre diamond drill program has been designed to verify and confirm the historic data recently compiled by Wardrop Engineering Inc. The 2008 drill program will comprise a significant program of infill drilling to improve the confidence of the molybdenum resource to a level sufficient for an economic assessment.

"We look forward to the continuation of our drill program at the Pidgeon molybdenum deposit project, which should advance the project to the next level," stated MPH Ventures' president Jim Pettit. "We have a fully winterized camp to support our drilling activities and a strong cash position to aggressively pursue this exciting project," stated Mr. Pettit.

It is MPH Ventures intention to quickly verify and confirm the existing resource as indicated by the Wardrop report as well as to undertake an expansion program with the goal of significantly increasing the mineral resource of the Pidgeon molybdenum deposit.

David J. Busch, BA, BSc, PGeo, MPH Ventures' project manager, is the qualified person under the meaning of National Instrument 43-101 and has reviewed the data in this news release.

With approximately 300,000 shares trading in last 2 sessions. Further consolidation is noticed with almost all of Fridays buys being done by one brokerage. Shares advanced again yesterday by almost 15 percent by gaining another 5 cents. This morning stong buying of 50,000 in less than an hour with another only 50,000 offered up to 44 cents.

As core results are just around the corner and with shares being held in stronger hands, I suggest we are still in the very early stages.

I will not be surprised if the stock is perhaps halted for the next news containing core results.

People attending Vancouver this weekend can see MPH at the show being held there.

I have heard that we now have 9 holes completed and results are now being studied for the next news release. I am also hearing that the drill crew staying, originally to the end of this month, may be held on sight longer.

A news release is no doubt just around the corner .

Significant Drill Results on Molybdenum Deposit in NW Ontario

      --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Vancouver, BC -- MPH Ventures Corp. (TSX-V: MPS) (the "Company") is pleased to announce initial assay results for the first 3 diamond drill holes of a 10,000 metre 30 to 40 hole drill program on its Pidgeon Molybdenum Deposit located in NW Ontario. The purpose of this primary drill program is to confirm the location, style, and grade of molybdenum mineralization that had been previously reported by Rio Algom in 1981.

Hole locations are designed to infill gaps in previous drilling and to confirm where mineralization was reported and to test the down dip extension of known mineralization. By doing this, the Company intends to quickly confirm historical data as reported by Rio Algom, and to further increase the size of the deposit.

MPH Ventures has now completed 9 delineation diamond drill holes. Assays have been received from the first 3 holes helping to confirm historic results and continuing to encourage the Company of the validity of past reports (see News Release November 27, 2007) including Rio Algom's report of 55,000,000 tonnes of an inferred resource of .081% molybdenum starting at surface.

HOLE_ID Azimuth Dip Length M. Plan for hole
PM07-1 350 55 146.9 Test down dip of known zone

      incl. 130.4 131.9 1.5 0.37%

*All intercepts are believed to be 90%+ of true width of mineralization.

Hole PM07-1 has confirmed the down dip extension of the known mineralization. Holes PM07-2 and PM07-3 have confirmed mineralization in previous drill intercepts. As there are many more drill holes to report, the Company feels this is an excellent start in the process to delineate the Pidgeon Molybdenum Deposit. All nine holes have intersected the same style mineralization.

The completed drill holes have confirmed and extended the previously described geology and molybdenum mineralization. The margin of a potassic granite is intruded by late phase pegmatitic material consisting primarily of quartz and K-feldspar. The known main mineralized zone of pegmatite, in the margin of the granite, is from 30 to 50 metres thick. The drill holes indicate that additional zones of pegmatite occur deeper into the granite body than was previously known. Assays from the additional 6 drill holes have not been received and are pending including the deeper intersections.

Pinnacle Digest: Initial Assay Results Spur Review: Company Evaluation
      1/22/2008
Jan 22, 2008 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX News Network) --

www.PinnacleDigest.com is a performance-driven online financial magazine with a consistent and disciplined approach to the market. With our growing network of experienced professionals we strive to bring investors the only multi-dimensional online investing magazine. Recent news from MPH Ventures Corp. has led to further research by our team in order to determine if we will select them as our next Featured Company. Pinnacle members will be notified if we select them as our next equity target. Although the Canadian markets are our focus at Pinnacle Digest they are directly related to the American markets, which is why we research both equally.

MPH Ventures Corp. (TSX-V: MPS)(FRANKFURT: IJA1) experienced a 15.79% drop in share value Monday along with 87,000 shares traded. On January 21st they announced initial assay results for the first 3 diamond drill holes of a 10,000 metre 30 to 40 hole drill program on their Pidgeon Molybdenum Deposit located in NW Ontario. Their recent movement in respect to this news has earned the attention of our team at Pinnacle Digest. We are focused on how it will affect their progress and goals over the next few months and are debating the potential ramifications. Our team is constantly searching for our next featured equity and will be tracking their development. To gain another perspective on this news, and to voice your opinion in regards to this company come visit our complimentary online financial investor community, at www.pinnacledigest.com.

US stocks did not trade Monday, but on Friday posted their worst weekly decline since 2002 amidst low housing construction, retail sales and manufacturing all added to a growing consensus a recession is underway in the United States. The TSX Composite dropped the most in almost 7 years Monday reaffirmed severe concern and panic that the US economy is faltering. Monday's losses followed last week where North American markets ended their fourth consecutive week of declines. Intel Corp. has recently led technology companies in declines after they forecasted plummeting sales numbers. Citigroup Inc. reported the largest loss in its 196 year history and dove to its lowest level since February of 1999.

President George Bush proposed late last week up to $150 billion in tax rebates and incentives to ward off a recession. His plan in late 2007 to freeze mortgage rates had little to no affect and his most recent tax rebate claims have not had an affect yet. The Fed, the President and now Congress are coming together to do whatever they can to avert a full blown recession. The Dow dropped 4% last week alone to close at 12,099.30, extending its downturn to 8.8%.

The TSX and TSX-Venture exchanges are our focus at Pinnacle Digest. Resource based companies operating in these exchanges are what our research focuses on. Canadian stocks reported their first weekly gain in almost a month as sentiment central banks in the United States will cut borrowing rates to stave off a recession was prominent last week.

Canadian equities have been falling over the past few months as a slumping US economy has been sending shockwaves through the entire market. Canadian stocks fell the most in almost seven years Monday, making last week look like a walk in the park. Much of last week's selling was attributed to CIBC which sold more that $2.75 billion in discounted stock to cover write down losses attributed to the US subprime meltdown. The news from Citibank late in the week did not help as the TSX Composite finished off its worst weekly drop in seven years. A great concern that the US is headed into a recession is holding many stocks down amidst record commodity prices.

Canada's biggest fear is that a lack of credit will slow the global economy and thus reduce the demand of materials. At Pinnacle Digest we believe the global demand for many commodities will overpower any economic turmoil in the United States. The TSX Composite fell again Friday, resulting in the largest weekly decline in seven years. The index fell 604.98 points Monday to close at 12,132.14. The fluctuation occurring within this index is exceptional and keeping everyone on edge. The fact CitiGroup Inc. recently stated that it will have to write down another $11 billion dollars combined with the mortgage fiasco is still having a tremendous effect on the Canadian markets.

      MPH drills 46.5 m averaging 0.14% molybdenum

      2008-02-07 07:00 ET - News Release

      Mr. Don Huston reports:

DRILLING CONTINUES TO INTERCEPT HIGH-GRADE MO AT PIDGEON MOLYBDENUM DEPOSIT IN NW ONTARIO

Vancouver, BC - MPH Ventures Corp. (TSX-V: MPS) (the "Company") announces further assay results from its ongoing Phase 1 2008 diamond drill program at its Pidgeon Molybdenum Deposit located in NW Ontario.

MPH Ventures has now completed 12 delineation diamond drill holes of a proposed 40 hole drill program on its Pidgeon Molybdenum Deposit property. The Company reported high-grade molybdenum assay values from its first 3 holes in a January 21, 2008 News Release.

      Pidgeon Molybdenum Deposit Drill Map:

      http://www.mphventurescorp.com/s/Image.asp?i=maps/MPS-Drill-…

MPH Ventures has now received assays results for drill holes 4, 5, and 6 at its Pidgeon Molybdenum Deposit project. Hole PM08-5 intersected a 46.5 metre intercept averaging 0.14 per cent molybdenum. Within the intercept are high-grade sections including 7.5 metres averaging 0.30 per cent molybdenum. Hole PM08-6 intersected a 41.5 metre section averaging 0.12 per cent molybdenum. Within the intercept are higher-grade sections including 6.5 metres averaging 0.15 per cent molybdenum.

The Pidgeon Molybdenum Deposit is one of Canada's sizeable undeveloped molybdenum deposits, located at the east end of Lateral Lake near Dryden in the Echo Township, Kenora mining district of Northwestern Ontario. Infrastructure in the area is ideal with transportation routes and power. A paved road is located 7 kilometres to the south and the CP Railway is 5 kilometres to the north. Power lines run north-south through the property. Power lines run north-south through the property.

The purpose of this primary drill program is to confirm the location, style, and grade of molybdenum (Mo) mineralization that had been previously reported by Rio Algom in 1981. Phase 1 drill hole locations have been designed to infill gaps in previous historic drill programs and to confirm past reported mineralization. By doing this, MPH Ventures intends to quickly confirm historical data as reported by Rio Algom, and to further increase the size of the deposit.

Results received continue to encourage the Company of the validity of past reports (see News Release November 27, 2007) including Rio Algom's report of 55,000,000 tonnes of an inferred resource of .081% molybdenum starting at surface.

MPH Ventures is very pleased with the assay data received to date. This is an excellent start in the process to delineate the Pidgeon Molybdenum Deposit project. The ongoing Phase 1 drill program continues to confirm the molybdenum mineralization reported in previous historical reports. All holes drilled to date have intersected molybdenum mineralization. The completed drill holes continue to confirm and extend the previously described geology and molybdenum mineralization.

The molybdenum mineralization outcrops at surface on the Pidgeon Molybdenum Deposit property and the molybdenum mineralization is continuous to the depths drilled to date. The Company is very encouraged with the information being gleaned from this drill program. MPH Ventures believes it will be successful in increasing the size and tonnage of the project.

Assays from an additional 6 drill holes have not been received and are pending including the deeper intersections. The drill program is ongoing.

At the Pidgeon Molybdenum Deposit property, the drill core is sawn into halves with one-half being sent for analysis and the other kept for future reference. All samples were prepared and analyzed at TSL Analytical Labs in Saskatoon using a four-acid digestion with analysis by induced couple polarization (ICP). A stringent program of check, blank and duplicate sampling was employed throughout with duplicates, standards and blanks being entered into the sample stream at regular intervals.

MPH drills five metres of 0.272% Mo at Pidgeon

      2008-03-26 16:16 ET - News Release

      Mr. Jim Pettit reports

MPH VENTURES REPORTS SIGNIFICANT STRIKE EXTENSIONS AT PIDGEON MOLYBDENUM DEPOSIT IN NW ONTARIO

MPH Ventures Corp. has received assay results from diamond drill holes 11, 12, 13 and 14 of the 3,000-metre phase I drilling program, completed Feb. 28, 2008, at its 100-per-cent-owned Pidgeon molybdenum deposit project located in Northwestern Ontario.

A total of 16 drill holes were completed in the phase I program. The first 10 holes, which were previously reported (PM07-1 to PM08-10), all returned significant molybdenum mineralization. Drill holes in the phase I drill program had a specific purpose as set out in a commissioned National Instrument 43-101 report by Wardrop Engineering Inc. This program was designed to confirm the historical resource data provided by Rio Algom and Strathcona Mineral Services as well as to provide evidence of both depth and lateral extensions of the known mineralization. The last five holes were designed to test and develop geologic targets outside the areas of known mineralization.

Jim Pettit, president of MPH Ventures, commented, "The company is encouraged with the drilling results to date and feel we have not only confirmed the historical data on the Pidgeon molybdenum deposit but are well on our way to further increasing the tonnage."

      Phase 1 confirmation drilling

Hole PM08-11 was designed to test the depth extension of the southwest portion of the main zone of mineralization and had been recommended by Wardrop. The hole encountered five metres between 225.6 and 230.6 metres grading 0.272 per cent Mo. The intercept was 100 metres below previous intercepts and illustrates the continuity of the mineralized system with depth. The intercept width is believed to be 90 per cent of true width.

      Phase 1 exploration drilling

The last five holes (PM08-12 to PM08-16) of the phase 1 drill program were targeted at a north-northeast-trending, 100-metre-wide structural zone that appears to offset the main zone of molybdenum mineralization. The potential for structurally controlled mineralization within this zone had not been tested by Rio Algom in the past. The structures were not mineralized however the drilling appears to have added a significant new strike extension to the main body of mineralization. This drilling also suggests multiple parallel zones to the southwest.

Hole PM08-12 was planned to test the northeast-trending structure between the main and southwest zones. The hole encountered the structure and 16.5 metres between 94.5 and 110.5 metres that graded 0.04 per cent Mo. The mineralization was in the footwall of the structure. The structure itself was only very weakly mineralized. The hole demonstrates that there is continuity of mineralization between the main and southwest zones.

Hole PM08-13 was intended to be part of a two-hole fence that crossed mineralization of the main zone and the structure. The hole encountered 14.4 metres grading 0.05 per cent Mo between 91.4 and 105.8 metres in the hole.

Hole PM08-14 was part of the two-hole fence designed to cross the main zone of mineralization and the northeast structural trend. In addition to encountering the structure, this hole intersected 29.2 metres grading 0.059 per cent Mo. Molybdenum mineralization is associated with pegmatite and a tourmaline breccia not noted in mineralization to date. The location of this intercept is highly significant in that it would indicate the main zone mineralization continues westward and that there may be multiple parallel zones to the southwest. The presence of tourmaline breccia might suggest this hole encountered a stronger part of the mineralizing system.

Holes PM08-15 and 16 were drilled as part of a split fence to test the northeast-trending structure to the northeast along the strike of the structure. Assays for these holes have not been received to date. Both holes encountered only very modest molybdenite on visual logging. Both holes encountered intense albite-pyrite-hematite-magnetite alteration. The intensity and sodic nature of alteration within the lateral lake stock and its association with a structure are positive indications of possible additional mineralization.

      DRILL HOLE SUMMARY

      Hole No. From m To m Length m %Mo

      PM08-11 225.60 230.60 5.00 0.272
      PM08-12 94.00 110.50 16.50 0.040
      PM08-13 91.40 105.80 14.40 0.050
      PM08-14 21.70 50.90 29.20 0.059

Initial compilation of data collected during the phase 1 drill program combined with historical exploration data confirm that significant molybdenite mineralization is present within the pegmatite vein swarm along the margin of the Archean-age Lateral Lake stock. This zone has an arcuate strike length of approximately 10 kilometres. This drilling has highlighted the fact that the main zone has not been closed off. These areas will be the subject of continued drilling in April.

Only the eastern margin of the stock has been explored in any detail by Rio Algom and MPH Ventures, resulting in the partial delineation of a 1.5-kilometre strike length of near-surface molybdenite mineralization. This zone is open along strike and likely is geologically connected with other poorly explored molybdenite occurrences located along the district-scale Lateral Lake stock country rock contact zone. MPH's claim blocks cover the vast majority of the mineralized intrusive margin of the stock as well as the unexplored central portion of the stock.

The Pidgeon molybdenum deposit is located between Dryden and Sioux Lookout in Ontario. The project has an all-weather logging road running through the property to the CN railway 20 kilometres to the north. There is also a major power line running through the property.

At the Pidgeon molybdenum deposit property, the drill core is sawn into halves with one-half being sent for analysis and the other kept for future reference. All samples were prepared and analyzed at TSL Analytical Labs in Saskatoon using a four-acid digestion with additional multielement analysis by induced couple polarization (ICP). A stringent program quality control was employed throughout with duplicates, standards and blanks being entered into the sample stream at 30-sample intervals.

David J. Busch, BA, BSc, PGeo, MPH's project manager, is the qualified person under the meaning of National Instrument 43-101, and has reviewed the data in this news release.

MPH Ventures Not to Proceed with Option Agreement for Mineral Concessions Located in Ecuador

      --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Vancouver, BC -- MPH Ventures Corp. (TSX-V: MPS) (FWB: IJA1) (the "Company") announce that the Company will no longer be proceeding with its Option Agreement with Lateegra Gold Corp. ("Lateegra") regarding certain mineral concessions located in Ecuador.

Recently, the government of Ecuador has cancelled most of the mineral concessions in the country and suspended all operations within the country for at least 180 days.

As a consequence of the actions of the Ecuadorian government, it is no longer possible to proceed with the Option Agreement dated for reference December 4, 2006.

The expropriation and governmental decree restricting operations in Ecuador has triggered the "Force Majeure" clause in the Option Agreement (Section 13). In addition, these same governmental actions have frustrated the contract and it is no longer possible to carry forward as contemplated in the aforesaid agreement.

Al Cole, our VP Exploration, is now coordinating winding up operations within Ecuador and we will provide Lateegra with all data and information required under section 11 of the Option Agreement.

In other news, MPH Ventures announced on April 28, 2008 that a drill rig has been secured to start the next phase of drilling on the Company's 100% owned Pidgeon Molybdenum Deposit project located at the east end of Lateral Lake near Dryden in NW Ontario.

The first phase of drilling completed in February 2008 confirmed the historic molybdenum resource data provided by Rio Algom and Strathcona Mineral Services as well as providing evidence of both depth and lateral extensions of the known mineralized zones. The recommendations for the phase 1 drill program was set out in a National Instrument 43-101 report written for MPH Ventures by Wardrop Engineering Inc.

The drilling rig is expected to arrive on site within the next two weeks. The phase 2 drill program will include some infill and confirmation holes as well as testing along strike, as the Company feels the main zone is likely geologically connected with other poorly explored occurrences located along the district scale Lateral Lake stock - country rock contact zone.

MPH Ventures Corp. is a molybdenum and precious metal exploration company focused on mineral development within Canada.

Was halten Sie persönlich von Ihrem aktuellen Aktienpreis?

Phase 2 Drilling Commences on Pidgeon Molybdenum Deposit in NW Ontario

      --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Vancouver, BC -- MPH Ventures Corp. (TSX-V: MPS) (FWB: IJA1) (the "Company") is pleased to announce a drill rig has been mobilized onto the Company's 100% owned Pidgeon Molybdenum Deposit project located at the east end of Lateral Lake near Dryden in NW Ontario and the next phase of drilling has commenced.

Click Here for Pidgeon Molybdenum Deposit location map

The phase 2 drill program has been designed with the intent of demonstrating that the molybdenum deposit can be increased significantly in size. The drill program will consist of up to 16 holes totaling approx. 3000 metres to extend the known molybdenum mineralization along both open ends of the deposit. The plan is to define molybdenum mineralization to a vertical depth of 100 metres, as this would conform to open pit design parameters.

The first phase of drilling completed in February 2008 consisted of 16 holes totaling 3061 metres, which confirmed the historic molybdenum resource data provided by Rio Algom and Strathcona Mineral Services (1978-1981) as well as providing evidence of both depth and lateral extensions of the known mineralized zones. This drilling has not only confirmed the significant historic molybdenum mineralization, it has highlighted the fact that the main zone is not closed off and is open along strike. Only the eastern margin of the Lateral Lake stock has been explored in any detail by Rio Algom and MPH Ventures resulting in the partial delineation of a 1.7 kilometre strike length of near surface molybdenum mineralization. The recommendations for the phase 1 drill program was set out in a National Instrument 43-101 report written for MPH Ventures by Wardrop Engineering Inc.

Click Here for 3D Video on Pidgeon Molybdenum Deposit drilling

The historic resources were not calculated to NI 43-101 standards and therefore could not be relied upon.

The location in Northwestern Ontario is a significant advantage this deposit has in terms of development. The molybdenum deposit is located in a stable and favorable political jurisdiction. Hydroelectric power and an all weather road cut through the property, rail transport is 30 kilometres away and the area has a strong mining infrastructure.

MPH Ventures drills eight holes at Pidgeon

      2008-06-19 09:38 ET - News Release

      Mr. Jim Pettit reports

MPH VENTURES' SIGNIFICANTLY EXTENDS LENGTH OF PIDGEON MOLYBDENUM DEPOSIT IN NW ONTARIO

MPH Ventures Corp. has provided an update regarding the Company's phase 2 drill program on its 100 percent-owned Pidgeon Molybdenum Deposit project located at the east end of Lateral Lake near the town of Dryden, Northwestern Ontario.

Pidgeon Molybdenum Deposit location map: http://www.mphventurescorp.com/s/Image.asp?i=maps/MPS-ON-Pid…

The Pidgeon Molybdenum Deposit property contains an indicated resource of 8.5 million tonnes with an average grade of .09% Molybdenum (see Wardrop Engineering report filed on Sedar November 27, 2007). The Phase 2 drill program has been designed with the intent of significantly increasing the size of the existing molybdenum deposit, which remains open both to the northeast and southwest.

3D Video on Pidgeon Molybdenum Deposit drilling: http://www.mphventurescorp.com/i/misc/PM2.wmv

MPH Ventures has now completed 8 drill holes of the phase 2 drill program. All 8 holes drilled to date have encountered significant molybdenum mineralization and have succeeded in significantly extending the length of the molybdenum zone. Several of the intercepts seen to date have exceeded the average in terms of the width of the known molybdenum zone. The objective of this phase 2 drilling is to demonstrate that the known inferred Pidgeon Molybdenum resource can likely be expanded to over 20 million tonnes with only a modest drill program. The Company is of the opinion that this goal is within reach and may be exceeded during this phase of drilling. MPH Ventures is of the opinion that the Pidgeon Molybdenum Deposit property has the potential to host as much as 50+ million tonnes at surface.

Holes PM08-1 and PM08-2 were collared in the heart of the known molybdenum zone to confirm past data indicating higher molybdenum grade in the interior zone. Molybdenum mineralization has been encountered in a 50+ metre intersection in drill hole PM08-1 and a 42+ metre intersection in drill hole PM08-2.

Hole PM08-3 and PM08-4 were designed to test the southwestern extension of the molybdenum zone as indicated in past news release on March 26, 2008. Both holes have encountered significant widths of molybdenite with Hole PM08-3 intersecting 40+ metres and hole PM08-4 with a 24+ metres intersection. These two holes demonstrate that the Pidgeon molybdenum zone does not break at the southwestern end of the known deposit and is likely continuous in a more westerly direction than previously indicated. This is significant because it indicates the western continuation of the main zone has not been previously tested.

Holes PM08-5 through PM08-16 all are designed to test the northeastern extension of the known Pidgeon molybdenum deposit. These holes are being drilled along strike on the molybdenum zone with approximately 50 metres spacing between holes. These holes are being drilled at a dip of 50 degrees with an azimuth of 320 degrees to a depth of approximately 100 metres. Holes PM08-5 to PM08-8 have been completed and have encountered significant molybdenum. PM08-5 intercepted 45 metres of molybdenite mineralization and PM08-6 intercepted 46 metres. Holes PM08-7 and PM08 are currently being logged and sampled. The reported core lengths are considered to be close to the true widths of the molybdenum zone.

All Phase 2 holes to date have intersected molybdenum within 100 metres of surface. MPH Ventures is of the opinion that a possible open pit situation exists for the Pidgeon Molybdenum Deposit property. The property has excellent infrastructure in that the project has an all weather road going across the property, location to paved highway is only 10 km south and location to major CN rail line is only 10 km to the north of the property. A major existing power line also traverses the Company's property.

MPH Ventures has announced a $1 million non brokered private placement as a funding mechanism to extend its Phase 2 drill program on the Pidgeon Molybdenum Deposit project. It is the Company's intent to fully and thoroughly explore this property for its molybdenum content. MPH Ventures intents to fully delineate the deposit and bring much of the inferred resource to drill indicated status.

At the Pidgeon Molybdenum Deposit property, the drill core is sawn into halves with one-half being sent for analysis and the other kept for future reference. All samples were prepared and analyzed at TSL Analytical Labs in Saskatoon using a four-acid digestion. A stringent program quality control was employed throughout with duplicates, standards and blanks being entered into the sample stream at 30 sample intervals.

MPH Ventures drills 11.9 m of 0.41% Mo at Pidgeon

      2008-07-22 07:29 ET - News Release

      Mr. Jim Pettit reports

MPH VENTURES CONTINUES TO SIGNIFICANTLY EXPAND MOLYBDENUM DEPOSIT IN PHASE 2 DRILLING

MPH Ventures Corp. has provided a progress report on the company's continuing phase 2 drill program on its 100-per-cent-owned Pidgeon molybdenum deposit project located at the east end of Lateral Lake near the town of Dryden, Ont.

MPH Ventures has now completed 24 drill holes in its continuing phase 2 drill program. Assays have been received for the first five holes only with partial assays received on hole No. 6. The phase 2 drill program consists of a series of step-out holes and is designed to intersect ore-grade molybdenum within 100 metres of surface.

The drilling continues to confirm the company's opinion that a possible minable open-pit situation exists for the Pidgeon molybdenum deposit property. The Pidgeon molybdenum deposit property has excellent infrastructure with an all-weather road going across the property, location to paved highway is only 10 kilometres to the south and location to the major trans-Canada Canadian National railway is only 10 kilometres to the north of the property.

The original Pidgeon molybdenum deposit property is known to contain an indicated resource of 8.5 million tonnes of molybdenum with an average grade of 0.09 per cent per tonne Mo (see Wardrop Engineering report filed on SEDAR on Nov. 27, 2007). A phase 1 drill program completed in February, 2008, confirmed the known resource potential of the Pidgeon molybdenum deposit. This phase 2 drill program is designed to significantly increase the size and tonnage of the existing molybdenum deposit, and MPH Ventures is confident that this objective is being achieved.

The molybdenum mineralization continues to remain open ended to both the northeast and to the southwest of the reported known deposit. The company remains optimistic that it will achieve the goal of greatly increasing the size of the existing deposit with this drill program. Possibly twofold to threefold.

Phase 2 drill holes No. 1 and No. 2 were collared in the known zone of molybdenum to confirm past data indicating higher molybdenum grade in the interior zone.

Drill holes No. 3 and No. 4 were designed to test the west-southwest extension of the main molybdenum zone with 50 m spacing. Both holes have encountered significant widths of molybdenite. These two holes now demonstrate that Pidgeon molybdenum zone continues in a more westerly direction than previously indicated. This is a very significant development as drill information indicates a continuation of the main molybdenum zone to the west that has never been previously drill tested.

Drill holes No. 5 and No. 6 are part of a larger series of drill holes that are designed to test the northeast extension, along strike, of the known molybdenum zone using 50 m spacing. Only partial assays have been received from drill hole No. 6. MPH Ventures is very encouraged because drilling to date has confirmed the molybdenum zone is expanding to the northeast.

The current drilling continues to substantiate a positive 0.09 per cent molybdenum average grade on the property, with higher-grade intersections also being seen in many holes.

Compilation of all data collected during this phase 2 drill program combined with the phase 1 drill program and historical exploration data continue to confirm that significant molybdenum mineralization is present within the pegmatite vein swarm along the contact of the Archean-age Lateral Lake stock. This zone has an arcuate strike length of approximately 10 kilometres. This round of drilling highlights the fact that the main molybdenum zone is not closed off. The company continues to expand its drill program along strike of the known molybdenum deposit area.

Geology of the Pidgeon molybdenum deposit

The Pidgeon molybdenum deposit is a unique deposit as it is not considered a porphyry deposit. Molybdenite at the Pidgeon molybdenum deposit property is located in a pegmatitic phase of a large granite intrusive body. The pegmatite occurs as a continuous phase along the linear margin of the granite for a strike length of approximately 10 kilometres. The pegmatite averages 30 metres in true thickness and has a shallow dip. The linearity of the zone and a uniform shallow dip make the deposit very amenable to open-pit extraction.

Molybdenite appears to have been emplaced late in the system and may be controlled by an extensive fracture network. Grades in any given section are highly variable, however, the average content between individual sections shows the grade has significant continuity with an average overall grade of 0.09% molybdenum.

In addition to the margin of the granite, recent drilling has identified molybdenum-bearing pegmatitic phases within the granite itself, as well as mineralized pegmatite splays into the granite.

These recently identified aspects of the deposit indicate new prospective settings as the resource continues to be expanded.

Molybdenum continues to trade on the open market at a price of approximately $34 (U.S.) per pound. At 0.09 per cent molybdenum, the Pidgeon molybdenum deposit property has an average grade of approximately two pounds Mo per tonne.

Drill core is sawn into halves, with one-half being sent for analysis and the other kept for future reference. All samples were prepared and analyzed at TSL Laboratories in Saskatoon using a four-acid digestion method. A stringent program of quality control is employed throughout the exploration program with standards, duplications and blanks being entered into the sample stream at 30-sample intervals.

MPH Ventures has also initiated a large surface stripping program with a D5 tractor and a backhoe. This will enable the geologists to have a fresh look at previously unexposed molybdenum zones that lie near surface. Geological surface mapping will better enable the company to further expand the known Pidgeon molybdenum zone.

David Busch, BA, BSc, PGeo, MPH's project manager, is the qualified person under the meaning of National Instrument 43-101 and has reviewed the data in this news release.

      22. Juli 2008
MPH Ventures verzeichnet bei Phase-II-Bohrungen im Nordwesten von Ontario
      weiterhin beträchtliche Erweiterungen der Molybdänlagerstätte
Vancouver, BC – MPH Ventures Corp.
      geben.
      Karte der Molybdänlagerstätte Pidgeon:
      http://www.mphventurescorp.com/s/Image.asp?i=maps/MPS-ON-Pid…

Aktuell ca. 33 USD Wert also 594 Millionen USD.

Medicure trims Q1 loss, needs to raise money after 2009

      2008-10-14 17:39 ET - News Release

      Dr. Albert Friesen reports

MEDICURE ANNOUNCES FIRST QUARTER FISCAL 2009 FINANCIAL RESULTS

Medicure Inc. has released its results of operations for the three-month period ended Aug. 31, 2008.

      Aggrastat update

Net revenue from the sale of Aggrastat for the first quarter of fiscal 2009 increased 58 per cent over the net revenue for the previous quarter and by 144 per cent compared with the same period in fiscal 2008. This is the third consecutive quarter of growth in net revenue for the product and is the first time that Medicure has announced growth over same quarter of the previous year since it acquired Aggrastat in August, 2006. The growth in revenue can be attributed to a variety of factors including the strategic changes made to the organization in fiscal 2008; notably, the redirection of the company's focus from MC-1 development to Aggrastat, and an increase in the efficiency and effectiveness of Medicure's field-based sales team.

The recent progress in rebuilding Aggrastat's place in the market leads management to anticipate additional progress through the remainder of fiscal 2009.

"Our entire commercial organization has risen to the challenge and demonstrated its ability to leverage Aggrastat's clinical and economic advantages into expanded sales. Much of our current commercial momentum is directly attributable to the effort of our focused field-based sales organization and their ability to convert new accounts to Aggrastat," commented Dr. Albert D. Friesen, PhD, Medicure's president and chief executive officer. "The fiscal first quarter of 2009 was our third consecutive quarter of revenue growth and, for the first time since we acquired Aggrastat, provided growth over the same quarter a year ago. We can now say with confidence that we have reversed an eight-year-long downward trend for this clinically proven, but long under promoted, product."

      Clinical update

Medicure has prudently reduced its clinical expenditures, while still maintaining promising clinical and preclinical programs involving the use of MC-1 in lipid lowering and in neurological conditions. These programs benefit from the 10 years of work that Medicure put into the study of MC-1, providing valuable information and physical assets that will reduce costs and speed development for these new uses. As the fiscal year progresses the company will provide shareholders further information on these new clinical initiatives.

      Financial results

Net product revenues for the first quarter of fiscal 2009 were $1,171,000 compared with $479,000 for the same period in fiscal 2008. Net product revenues for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2008, which ended May 31, 2008, were $741,000.

Net Aggrastat sales are higher for the three-month period ended Aug. 31, 2008, as compared with the same period in fiscal 2008. This is attributable to factors including, but not limited to, changes made by the company to commercial operations during the first quarter of fiscal 2008 and the efforts of its internal sales organization.

Research and development expenditures were $511,000 in the first quarter of fiscal 2009 as compared with $11,238,000 in the same period of fiscal 2008. Research and development expenditures decreased significantly for factors including, but not limited to, the completion of the Mend Cabg II study in fiscal 2008 and the recovery of costs associated with the study which the company realized during the first quarter of fiscal 2009. Research and development costs are expected to be lower during fiscal 2009 as the company focuses on its commercial product, and only on selected research and development programs.

Selling, general and administrative expenditures decreased by $1,313,000 to $1,911,000 during the three-month period ended Aug. 31, 2008, as compared with $3,224,000 in the same period in fiscal 2008. Selling, general and administrative expenditures for Aggrastat decreased during the three-month period ended Aug. 31, 2008, as compared with the same period in fiscal 2008 due to the restructuring of the commercial operations as discussed above which resulted in reduced selling and logistics expenses. Other selling, general and administrative expenditures decreased during the three-month period ended Aug. 31, 2008, as compared with the same period in fiscal 2008 due to a reduced level of staff.

The financial results for the three-month period ended Aug. 31, 2008, include a consolidated net loss from operations of $3,008,000 or two cents per share, compared with $15,083,000 or 13 cents per share for the three-month period ended Aug. 31, 2007.

At Aug. 31, 2008, the company had cash and cash equivalents totalling $6,893,000, as well as $12,744,000 of restricted cash, as compared with $11,905,000 of cash and cash equivalents as well as $11,916,000 of restricted cash as of May 31, 2008.

Based on the company's operating plan, its existing working capital is not sufficient to meet the cash requirements to finance the company's currently planned operating expenses, capital requirements, working capital requirements, long-term debt obligations and commitments beyond the 2009 fiscal year without additional sources of cash and/or deferral, reduction or elimination of significant planned expenditures. The company's plan to address the expected shortfall of working capital is to secure additional financing, to increase operating revenue and reduce operating expenses. There is no certainty that the company will be able to obtain any sources of financing on acceptable terms, or at all, or that it will increase product revenue or reduce operating expenses to the extent necessary.

The ability of the company to continue as a going concern and to realize the carrying value of its assets and discharge its liabilities when due is dependent on many factors, including, but not limited to the actions taken or planned, some of which are described above, which management believes will mitigate the adverse conditions and events which raise doubt about the validity of the going concern assumption used in preparing the company's financial statements. There is no certainty that these and other strategies will be sufficient to permit the company to continue as a going concern.

The company's financial statements do not reflect adjustments that would be necessary if the going concern assumption were not appropriate. If the going concern basis was not appropriate for these financial statements, then adjustments would be necessary in the carrying value of assets and liabilities, the reported revenues and expenses, and the balance sheet classifications used.

An expanded version of management's discussion and analysis and the financial statements for the three-month period ended Aug. 31, 2008, is accessible on Medicure's website.

      JOINT NEWS RELEASE

      March 31, 2009

      Skyharbour and MPH VenturesIncreaseLand Holdings

At HeysonRedLake Gold Property, NW Ontario

Vancouver, BC – Skyharbour Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: SYH) and MPH Ventures Corp. (TSX-V: MPS) (FWB: IJA1) announce a further land acquisition to their existing 50% / 50% Joint Venture Heyson gold property in Heyson and Byshe townships located in Red Lake, Northwestern Ontario. The companies have acquired, by staking, an additional 7 claim blocks immediately adjacent to their Heyson gold showing. The companies now have 21 mineral claim blocks consisting of 284 units (approx. 11,360 acres).

The Heyson property lies immediately southeast of the former Howey and Hasaga gold mines in the southern portion of the central RedLake gold belt and 5 km south of the operating GoldcorpRedLake and Campbell gold mines.

      Red LakeOntario Heyson Project Map:

      http://www.mphventurescorp.com/i/maps/Heyson.gif

Skyharbour and MPH Ventures have previously identified a large, well-defined "gold-in-till" anomaly (Sully Creek Till Anomaly) on the property. The width of the anomaly covers 350 metres along a strike length of 1.5 kilometres. Sampling indicates the source of the gold-in-till anomaly is on the property. The probable source area is low ground covered by tills and capped by lacustrine clays. Drilling in 2003 tested the Sully Creek Till Anomaly and identified gold values within a distinct hematite-epidote alteration system with the most significant intercept grading 59.4 grams per tonne over 0.4 metres.

Only a small part of the Heyson property has been explored to date. The companies remain optimistic that an exploration drill program could greatly enhance the value of the Heyson property in RedLake, Northwestern Ontario.

Skyharbour and MPH Ventures are preparing a budget for a 2009 exploration and drill program on the Heyson project.

MPH Ventures Acquires Five Gold Properties in Southeastern Ontario
MPH Ventures Corp. (TSX.V: MPS) (FWB: IJA1) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has entered into an acquisition agreement (the "Agreement") with certain vendors (the "Vendors") to acquire a 100% interest in five non-contiguous gold exploration properties referred to as the Raney Project, Big Mac property, Geneva Lake property, Shining Gold property and Gould Gold property comprised of approximately 735 hectares located in the Porcupine, Sudbury, Larder Lake and Sault Ste. Marie Mining Divisions of southeastern Ontario (the "Properties"). The Properties host gold showings in varying stages of exploration, discovered, and developed by the vendors.

The Raney Gold Property, located 110 km southwest of Timmins, covers several historical gold occurrences. Previous operators identified a gold bearing silica-pyrite-sericite alteration system intersected with three diamond drill holes. The alteration system contains two parallel zones spaced approximately 20 metres apart. The wider lower zone contains higher gold grades (Table 1), including a 13.77 gm/t Au over a 1.70 m interval (R-08-4). The holes were completed on two sections spaced 50 metres apart.

Table 1 - Raney Gold Project Historical DDH Intersections

DDH Zone From m To m Width m Assay gm/t

      R-08-04 Lower 109.70 111.40 1.70 13.77

      * The Company has not yet completed the work necessary to verify the historical results and since they are historical in nature and are non-compliant with NI 43-101, the results should not be relied upon.

Exploration will commence on the Raney Project with a diamond drill program to establish general geometry and dimensions to the gold bearing alteration system and to evaluate the near surface potential of the system. In addition, the Company will review the drill core from past programs to assist in the evaluation of the zone.

The other four projects, the Big Mac property, Geneva Lake property, Shining Gold property and Gould Gold property, included in the purchase consist of historically documented gold showings and have received minimal exploration work. The properties display exploration characteristics associated with known gold deposits and were advanced by the work and ideas of the property vendors.

The exploration program is being carried out under the direction of Todd Keast, P. Geo. The information in this news release was prepared by Todd Keast, P. Geo., a qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101.

Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, the Company has agreed to issue an aggregate of 2,272,728 common shares to the Vendors in accordance with their respective interests in the Properties. The Properties are subject to a 2% net smelter return royalty (the "NSR") in favour of the Vendors. The Company has been granted a right to purchase one-half of the NSR on the Properties by paying the Vendors the sum of $1,000,000 for the 1% NSR acquired. The Company will pay up to a 10% finder's fee of 227,272 common shares of the Company, in connection with these property acquisitions.

The above transaction is subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.

MPH Ventures Corp. is a gold and molybdenum exploration company focused on mineral development within Canada.

MPH Ventures Drilling Completed on Raney, Exploration Update on Godfrey Gold, Timmins, NE Ontario

      * Press Release
      * Source: MPH Ventures Corp.
      * On 9:00 am EST, Monday November 23, 2009

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 23, 2009) - MPH Ventures Corp. (TSX VENTURE:MPS - News; FRANKFURT:IJA1 - News; the "Company") is pleased to provide a drilling update on exploration activities on the Raney gold project and the Godfrey Gold project, both located southwest of Timmins, within the Porcupine Mining Division of northeastern Ontario.

A four hole, 800 metre diamond drill program on the 3500 acre Raney project has been completed. Drilling was planned to test the down dip continuity of a gold bearing structure which has returned significant gold intersections including 7.7 g/t Au over 6.8 metres in hole R-09-04, 6.5 g/t Au over 8.0 metres in hole R-09-08, and 3.5 g/t Au over 6.8 metres in hole R-99-01.

Raney gold property location map: http://www.mphventurescorp.com/s/Image.asp?i=maps/MPS_Raney_…

The four drill holes have intersected typical alteration and quartz veining associated with the structure. Drill core is currently being logged and split and are being sent to ALS Chemex for analysis. Drill locations are limited to the north and east by wet ground, but will be accessible for additional drilling during a winter drill program.

In other news, ground geophysical surveys are now complete on the 700 acres Godfrey Gold project which is located in the active West Timmins area. Induced polarization surveys have delineated a prospective chargeability anomaly coincident with a resistivity anomaly extending for 275 metres across the prospective portion of the property. Five grab samples collected during the initial property visit returned assay values between 0.01 g/t Au to 76.4 g/t Au. The higher grade sample of quartz vein material contained pyrite and chalcopyrite.

Godfrey Gold property location map: http://www.mphventurescorp.com/i/maps/MPS-Godfrey-Gold-Proje…

Diamond drilling is planned to commence on this prospective property shortly.

MPH president Jim Pettit commented "We are happy with the progress made on the Raney and Godfrey Properties to date and look forward to a continued winter program on both. We are also acquiring additional ground tied on to our Big Mac Property and hope to have additional prospecting and stripping done before the weather turns."

The exploration program is being carried out under the direction of Todd Keast, P. Geo. The information in this news release was prepared by Todd Keast, P. Geo., a qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101.

The Company has a quality control program to ensure best practices in the sampling and analysis of drill core. At the drill site, the BQ size core is placed in core boxes and delivered to a secure core processing facility. The core is "split" using a diamond saw by experienced exploration technicians and logged by Todd Keast. Half of the core is left in the core box as a permanent reference of the interval sampled and half of the designated sample interval is delivered in sealed bags for preparation at ALS Chemex Prep Lab located in Sudbury, Ontario, with the pulps shipped to ALS Chemex Assay Laboratory in Vancouver, B.C. All samples are assayed for gold by Fire Assay with an AA finish, using 30 gram samples. Accuracy of results are tested through the systematic inclusion of blanks and reference standards. ALS Chemex is an ISO 17025 certified Laboratory.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Dec. 14, 2009) - MPH Ventures Corp. (TSX VENTURE:MPS - News; FRANKFURT:IJA1 - News; the "Company") reports drill core assay results from the fall phase 2 exploration program on the Company's 100% owned 3500 acre Raney Gold Project located southwest of Timmins, northeastern Ontario. The recently completed program focused on extending the limits of the previously discovered gold bearing structure at and below the 100 metre vertical level.

Raney gold project location map: http://www.mphventurescorp.com/s/Image.asp?i=maps/MPS_Raney_…

This 2nd phase consisted of a four hole, 800 metre diamond drill program. Drill locations were limited to the north and east by wet ground, but will be accessible for additional drilling during a phase 3 winter drill program.

MPH president Jim Pettit commented "This drill program was planned to test the limits of this gold bearing structure at or below the 100 metre level. The results from the small number of drill holes to date indicate excellent potential for the discovery of a continuous zone of gold mineralization. The system appears to be open to the east and the Company looks forward to a winter drill program to test this theory in the new year. Due to the unusually mild weather through November we were not able to test the strike extension to the east because of poor ground conditions."

The exploration program is being carried out under the direction of Todd Keast, P. Geo. The information in this news release was prepared by Todd Keast, P. Geo., a qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101.

MPH Godfrey Gold Phase One Drill Program Completed, West Timmins, Ontario
      marketwire

Press Release Source: MPH Ventures Corp. On Wednesday February 24, 2010, 9:02 am

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Feb. 24, 2010) - MPH Ventures Corp. (TSX VENTURE:MPS - News; FRANKFURT:IJA1 - News; the "Company") announces results from the first phase of exploration drilling on the Godfrey Property. The 100% owned Godfrey Gold Project is located 20 km west of Timmins, Ontario and 9 km northwest of the Lakeshore Gold Timmins Mine.

All three holes drilled to date encountered a wide zone (+60 metres) of the heavily altered felsic intrusion. The quartz sericite alteration contains quartz veins and fine disseminations of pyrite. The third hole confirmed the altered intrusion at depth.

Godfrey Gold property drill hole location map, West Timmins: http://www.mphventurescorp.com/i/maps/MPS-2010-Phase-1-Drill…

The three holes have identified a strong alteration system along 100 metres of strike extent to a vertical depth of 300 metres. An associated Induced Polarization anomaly extends across the southern portion of the property for 400 metres. Significant gold assays were not encountered in the three holes drilled, however the increasing alteration intensity at depth and remaining untested portions of the IP anomaly remain to be evaluated.

This first phase of work on the Godfrey Gold property was located in the southwest corner of the property and was designed to test a Magnetic and IP geophysical anomaly. Based on historical geophysics, stripping, and sampling there are more structures to be tested to the north of this first phase of drilling.

The Company is currently reviewing the geological and geophysical data and evaluating additional plans for the Godfrey Gold property.

In other news, MPH Ventures announces that line cutting has been completed on the Company's 100% owned 3500 acre Raney Gold Project located southwest of Timmins, Ontario.

The line cutting was in preparation for a tightly spaced IP and Magnetic geophysical survey now underway over the Raney property gold occurrence. This survey will be extended 300 metres to the west and 300 metres to the east on strike with the known gold zone. The data from this survey will be used to determine the next drill program for the Raney gold zone.

      Hi Frank,
The market was anticipating better results from the drill program. Looks like the bull boards got the market going. It really had nothing to do with us. The news is out now and the market is finding reality. It was only the first phase on the Godfrey property and we have identified a large zone of heavy alteration (good geologically). Now we need to find out where the gold is in the system. We are also doing geophysics on the Raney gold property with hopes of drilling in the near term. I am also having a new 43-101 resource calculation done on the Pidgeon Moly deposit. This will add the 48+ holes we drilled in 07 and 08. This is in anticipation of higher moly price in the second half of this year.
      Best regards
