Wenn die Filings nicht lügen, eine brauchbare Empfehlung mit moderater Bewertung. Allerdings wirklich sehr klein, aber Zahlen scheinen okay zu sein.

Das ist jetzt keine Anlageberatung, musst dir selber die Filings von Sedar ziehen.

Werde wohl eher die Finger davon weglassen und auf andere Aktien setzen, die ich kenne bzw. deren Management ich ggf. auch kenne. Da bin ich wohl zu weit weg.

Werfen wir nun einen Blick auf die aktuellsten Zahlen. In den ersten neun Monaten des laufenden Geschäftsjahres 2007/2008 konnte Serenic den Umsatz um mehr als 40 Prozent auf 7,78 Mio. CAD steigern. Der Nettogewinn wuchs um 145 Prozent auf 407.000 CAD. Der Zwischengewinn pro Aktie lag bei 0,03 CAD. Der Kassenbestand beträgt nun rund 2,9 Mio. CAD. Serenic ist weiterhin schuldenfrei.

Wir rechnen mit einem starken vierten Quartal (per Ende Februar 08) und einem Umsatzsprung über 10 Mio. CAD. Die Strategie des Managements ist es, die Gewinne sofort wieder in Wachstumsinitiativen zu investieren, um die Marktposition von Serenic immer weiter zu verbessern.

Was würde das für den Börsenwert von Serenic bedeuten?


FAZIT: Unabhängigen Experten zufolge sind im Branchenvergleich Umsatz-Multiples von 3 zur Ermittlung des fairen Unternehmenswertes anzusetzen. Ergo liegt der faire Wert von Serenic auf Basis des per Ende Februar ablaufenden Geschäftsjahres bei 30 Mio. CAD. Bei rund 15 Mio. ausstehenden Aktien wären das 2 CAD pro Aktie bzw. rund 1,36 Euro.

Aber an der Börse wird ja schließlich die Zukunft gehandelt, die von einem Umsatzwachstum in Höhe von 30-40 Prozent ausgeht. Erkennen Sie das immense Potenzial? Im Vergleich dazu liegt der aktuelle Börsenwert von Serenic nämlich nur bei 7,7 Mio. CAD bzw. 0,50 CAD pro Aktie!

In den nächsten Wochen und Monaten erwarten wir einen sehr positiven Newsflow von Serenic. Als erstes Tradingziel sehen wir das alte 52-Wochen-Hoch bei rund 0,70 Euro.
