Picasso met Francoise Gilot, a young French student, who became his favorite model while he was living in Paris. She appeared in several of his works of art between the years of 1940-1950. Images of Francoise Gilot are in high demand in the market and have constantly proven to yield top dollar. According to www.TimesOnline.com Picasso's pieces can range from $5 Million to $150 Million.
"The purchase of this original Picasso art piece will increase Artfest International's asset base as we continue to meet the requirements of becoming listed on a higher exchange such as the NASDAQ or the AMEX," stated Edward Vakser, CEO of Artfest International, Inc.

Da werden andere werte bis in den tiefsten keller geprügelt wenn die zahlen nur knapp verfehlt werden und hier werden die anleger hingehalten und strafen nicht wirklich dafür ab...

Artfest Internationl, Inc. (the "Company") has not completed the process of preparing the restated interim financial statements or its interim financial statements for the second quarter of 2010. As a result, the Company was unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to finalize its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2010 (the "Form 10-Q") by the August 16, 2010 filing deadline. The Company will file the Form 10-Q no later than the fifth calendar day following the filing deadline.

Wer am 29.10.2009 (bereits nach einem 1:50 RS) 24.000 Aktien zum Preis von 0,10 USD erwarb und dafür 2.400 USD zahlte besitzt heute (nach einem erneuten RS 1:24.000) 1 Aktie im Wert von 0,18 USD.
Gründlicher kann man sein Geld nicht vernichten.

Darum sei bereits zu diesem Zeitpunkt ein kleiner Nachruf erlaubt:
Du warst ein schönes Beispiel für die unglaublichen Möglichkeiten, die dreiste Abzocker in manchen Börsensegmenten (hier OTC.BB, .PK, Grey Market) vorfinden, und du - bzw. deine "Betreiber"- hast//haben sie professionell genutzt:
- fantasievolle "NEWS": Kinderfilm-Produktion, Frauen-Football-Team, Firmen-Übernahmen
- fantastische Deals : Kauf einer Picasso-Statue aus Privatbesitz: Gewinnmöglchkeit von rd. 50 Mill USD, wenn ein Verkauf zum "Schätzpreis" erfolgt. Leider hat es bei Ebay (kein Scherz) nicht geklappt
- Reverse Splits auf höchstem Niveau: 1 zu 50 am 28.10.2009 und 1 zu 24.000 am 18.11.2010
Gesamt-RS innerhalb von rd. 12 Monaten damit: 1 zu 1, 2 Millionen
- eine Dividende in Form von Shares an einer neu gegründeten Tochtergesellschaft wurde zwar offiziell ausgeschüttet, ist aber nie bei den Aktionären angekommen
- Milliarden von Shares wurden umgesetzt (oder besser : abgesetzt)
- mehrere (kurzlebige) Generationen von Pushern haben auf "Investorshub" ihr Bestes gegeben, mit teilweise psychopathischer Verbissenheit und abenteuerlichen Begründungen die enormen Chancen bejubelt und die Schuldigen für den Preisverfall identifiziert: Shorties natürlich sowie gierige Aktionäre, die nicht den Weitblick haben, durch Käufe aus dem "Ask" eine Kurslawine auszulösen und - besonders perfide - Frankfurter Wertpapierhändler, die aus Wut über die Weigerung von Artfest, diese Aktie auch in Deutschland zu listen und so die Deutschen am Aufstieg dieser Firma partizipieren zu lassen, den Kurs drückten (nochmals: kein Scherz von mir).
