ich erwarte heute bei steigendem Goldpreis (aktuell über 61,8%Fibu drüber) einen weiteren Schub nach oben. Aktuell sind das hier noch gute Einstiegskurse.

Hier also der Grund...der Großaktionär hat den Preis im Vorfeld gedrückt, damit sie nun wieder aufstocken können.

WEST RED LAKE GOLD MINES CLOSES $852,500 FINANCING
West Red Lake Gold Mines Inc. has completed a non brokered private placement of flow-through units for aggregated gross proceeds of $852,500.
The company issued 4,262,500 flow-through units at a price of 20 cents per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $852,500. Each flow-through unit consists of one common share in the capital of West Red Lake issued on a flow-through basis pursuant to the Income Tax Act (Canada) and one-half of a common share purchase warrant. Each full warrant issued in connection with the flow-through units entitles its holder to purchase one common share in the capital of the company at an exercise price of 35 cents per share for a period of 18 months from the date of issuance.
Gross proceeds from the flow-through units will be used by the company for exploration expenditures on its 3,100-hectare West Red Lake project, which contains three former gold mines and is located in the prolific Red Lake gold district of Northwest Ontario.
In connection with the financing, West Red Lake paid finders' fees consisting of $58,135 in cash to qualified registrants. As a result of the financing, Accilent Capital Management Inc., a principal shareholder of the company, as a finder and also as a subscriber of flow-through units through its affiliate Pavilion Flow-Through LP, has increased its direct and indirect holding of the voting securities of the company from 26.3 per cent to 27.7 per cent on a fully diluted basis.
The company has also issued 771,776 common shares at a deemed price of 20 cents per share for $154,355 of services to the company by several providers, and it has granted a total of 350,000 options to consultants at an exercise price of 20 cents per share for a term of three years.

Lately, I have been disappointed with the performance of the company, not because of what has been happening with the drilling. It is more about focus for me, I see two targets on the project, one is the Rowan Lake target and the other is the Hinge Zone of the Newman Todd Structure. This Hinge Zone target is a classic Red Lake target and what the focus of drilling should be on. I’ve tried on several occasions to spend time with management explaining the importance of the target, but based on the last news release after the last drilling results, it is clear to me that they don’t agree with me about the key target and want to spend their time working on Rowan and the Hinge Zone target. That would be fine if the company was well financed and had a small share structure. But they aren’t well funded and they are over 100 million shares out, it is getting to a point where they need to focus every dollar they can raise on the target that gives them the best chances for success. If I were running the company, I would put all my focus on the Hinge Zone target and do a better job of explaining the target and the importance of drilling it.
