ja, dass sehe ich ähnlich. das positive ist, dass der preis mit 45 cent dem gegenwärtien kurs entspricht. daraus kann man ja ableiten, dass sirona von höheren kursen ausgeht, sonst macht das ja keinen sinn.
aber das ist reine spekulation.

= rund 270 M Aktien voll verässert.

Sirona muss jetzt aufpassen, dass sie das Kapital nicht zu sehr verwässern wird .. immer ist nochein strategisches Investement im Raum... und wenn dann grössere Investoren kommen haben kleine Firmen oft die tendenz günstige Aktien für "strategische" Zwecke rauszugeben... Aber in den meisten Fällen, sind strategische Investoren einfach gute Verkäufer, die den Firmen selten weiterhelfen.

2020 sein. Mich würde interessieren was man daraus für Erkenntnisse schliessen kann und vorallem wie sich der Kursverlauf dann entwickeln wird?
