It is analogous to a list of ingredients on food packaging. An SBOM is useful to those who develop or manufacture software, those who select or purchase software, and those who operate software. Developers often use available open source and third-party software components to create a product; an SBOM allows the builder to make sure those components are up to date and to respond quickly to new vulnerabilities. Buyers can use an SBOM to perform vulnerability or license analysis, both of which can be used to evaluate risk in a product. Those who operate software can use SBOMs to quickly and easily determine whether they are at potential risk of a newly discovered vulnerability. A widely used, machine-readable SBOM format allows for greater benefits through automation and tool integration.”

Trotzdem glaube ich noch an ein Hüpferchen.

Bock habe ich auch nicht mehr, aber mit Minus werde ich hier nicht rausgehen.

Sie bekommen selbst große Aktien- oder Optionspakete (Optionen sind ja nur später herauszugebende Aktien) und sie verschleudern das Geld, was bei den Finanzierungsrunden durch die kleinen Anleger hereinkommt, also das Firmenvermögen.
Schaut man sich die Bilanzen dieser Bruchbuden an, so sind die größten finanziellen Posten immer die Gehälter der Vorstände (Board) und Beraterfirmen bzw. Börsenbriefschreiber.
Die zweitgrößten Posten sind die Werbeausgaben.
Income... in Bilanzen einiger dieser Bruchbuden gar nicht zu finden, also teilweise NULL Einkommen und NULL Gewinn.
Aber das "stupid german money" fällt auf die erfundenen Geschichten immer wieder herein. Das besondere dabei: Die Geschichten sind teilweise so gut, dass selbst Anleger, die bereits ausgestiegen waren, erneut darauf hereinfallen.

Wenn die Masche beginnt, aufzufliegen und der Kurs der Aktie in den Keller gesunken ist:
- neue "namenhafte" Bord-Mitglieder begrüßen
- neue supertolle Ideen promoten, die mit der alten Idee gar nichts mehr zu tun haben (siehe Hemopalm zu IoT-Sicherheit oder Nahrungsergänzungsmittel gegen Corona oder Fionet-Plattform bei Relay)
- Firma umbenennen (ChroMedX zu Relay Medical)
- neue Board-Mitglieder einsetzen

Es fällt mir schwer an solche Zufälle zu glauben. Vor allem die Hinweise auf Pollinger und Bullvestor werden besonders schnell gelöscht. Was da Sache ist sollte eigentlich jedem klar sein, der auch nur halbwegs kritisch denken kann.
Die ganzen Kurshochrechnungen wo schon von Kurse in Höhe von 4,5 Euro fabuliert wurden blieben jedoch stehen.
Klar, die Plattform hier verdient mit den Werbeanzeigen von Bullvestor und Co sicher auch richtig gut an der ganzen Börsenbriefmasche mit.
