Bei der vorherigen Meldung war es der gleiche Ausdruck "Sonstiges Zugang von Optionen", ist aber keinem aufgefallen. Da war der Preis der Option der Anlass zu schwerer Kritik, jeder hatte die 0,01 CHF als Kaufpreis für 1 Aktie angesehen.
Die heutige Meldung hat einen Kaufpreis von 1,09 USD und sehe ich als angemessen an.

Der Ausdruck "Zugang von Optionen" ist wirklich nicht klar beschrieben. Ein Kauf von Aktien ist es wohl nicht, aber was dann?

Wirtz . Stimmt . Das Thema hatten wir mal. Hatte ich nichtmehr im Fokus.

Geschäftsbericht 2017 IQ
Zu diesen neuen Business-Treibern zählen mit dem patentierten Verfahren
ConCast-Plus neuartige Produktionsanlagen für das kontinuierliche Gießen von
Bleigittern für die Herstellung von positiven und negativen Gitterbauteilen für Batte-
rien. An diesem neuartigen Verfahren teilen sich die iQ Power Licensing AG und der
Entwicklungspartner gemeinsam das eingereichte Patent. Hinzu kommt eine neue
Technologie zur Verbesserung der metallurgischen Kristallstruktur von Bleioxid mit
Hilfe elektronisch modulierter Magnetfelder, was die Zyklenfestigkeit und Lebens-
dauer von Batterien für automobile wie auch stationäre Anwendungen verbessert.
Diese Technik wird nun für die Serienproduktion weiter optimiert.

Trotzdem kann man es nicht grundsätzlich ausschließen, denn was alles von N4 Innovations LLC, USA an Patenten verwaltet wird, weiß nur ein Insider. Hier ein Zitat aus Meldung von 31. Juli 2019:
Das Unternehmen baut auf seinem internationalen Patentportfolio von 54 Patenten und 40 angemeldeten Patenten auf.

Meine Vermutung ist, Nektar Energy hat PV-Anlagen in ihrem Programm aber keinen Ansprechpartner dafür. Man braucht einen Partner für eine entsprechende Installation und da hat Kevin Loman gewiss schon entsprechend vorgearbeitet. Die iQ Powersolar wäre der geeignete Partner.

Jedenfalls ein wichtiges Thema für die GV.
