mal ne verdammt HEISSE geschichte, die entweder im weiter SO ´endet´......oder
mit management- wechsel oder merger/ übernahme ( MEU, AGS....) gen BLUE SKY

Those people who thought that $1 million was a good price for Jumbuck, those people who couldn't organise that sale, those people who have agreed to sell Eureka for under $1 million, those people who thought that a bid of $2,250,000 was better than a bid of $2,600,00 those people who issued themselves shares illegally, those people who said they would hold a meeting by mid September but then forgot to send out the invites. You mean those people.
TYX still has good resources and I think that the share price will improve as soon as we remove those people.

August 2020 regarding the grant to Warriedar Mining Pty Ltd (Warriedar) of an option to acquire
tenements owned 100% by Tyranna and its wholly-owned subsidiary Coastal Shipping Logistics Pty Ltd,
collectively referred to as the “Eureka Gold Project” (Option).
The tenements included in the Eureka Gold Project are M24/189, M24/584, M24/585, M24/586 and
L24/234 (Tenements).
The Company is pleased to announce Warriedar has exercised the Option and has paid both the Initial
Payment and second payment which was due on receipt of Ministerial Approval, collectively totalling
$900,000.
The transaction is now conditional on Tyranna obtaining ministerial approval for the transfer of the

On Dec 5th 2018 Tyranna Resources announced high grade drilling results at Eureka
On May 24th 2019 Tyranna announced that 2 months of mine operation would generate a $2.6 million profit at that time gold was selling for $A 1800
On August 17th 2020 Tyranna Resources announced the sale of the Eureka gold project to Warriedar Mining for $1.4 million with the last $500,000 being paid to Tyranna after 5 years and after Warriedar have extracted 20,000 ounces of gold from Eureka.
A quick look at the basic facts of this transaction give an indication that there is something very, very wrong with this deal.
The sale is dependent on gaining Ministerial approval.
I am writing to you today to warn you that giving this deal approval would case a dark stain upon the excellent reputation that Western Australia has for regulating its mining industry.

Honestly people we give the board a hard time but look at it from their point of view. Every time theres a knock at the door they must wonder "is this the police" and they hold a vote to rubber stamp the sale of Jumbuck only for the ungrateful shareholders to vote NO. So they have to get their friends to make another fake bid and hope that the share holders are too stupid to know that $2,250,000 is less than $2,600,000. Maybe they can get the sale past us this time well good luck with that.
Now they want to give, sorry sell Eureka for $1,500,000. Do they think we cant read? $500,000 is contingent on the new owners extracting more than $50,000,000 in gold from Eureka. So they really think that theres $50,000,000 of gold in Eureka but want to sell it for $1,500,000 ($500,000 of which we will never see) And they think that they will get Ministerial approval for this. Have they never heard of ICAC?
Anyhow I feel sorry for the board because they aint selling Jumbuck and they aint selling Eureka and they may end up in the cell once occupied by Allan Bond.
But we must play our part Vote NO sale of Jumbuck
Vote against any of the current directors at the up coming AGM
Write to the relevant minister in WA to stop any ministerial approval of the sale of Eureka.
