Toronto, ON – July 29, 2021 – White Gold Corp. (TSX.V: WGO, OTC – Nasdaq Intl: WHGOF, FRA: 29W) (the
“Company” or “White Gold”) is pleased to announce it has closed its previously announced brokered private
placement consisting of the sale of units (the “Units”), premium flow-through units (the “FT Units”) and common
shares issued as “flow-through shares” (the “FT Shares”, and together with the Units and FT Units, the “Offered
Securities”), for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $4.18 million (the “Offering”).

Our 2021 field season is now well underway, focused on highly anticipated new targets, recent discoveries, and our
existing mineral resources as we seek to further demonstrate the expansiveness of gold mineralization in the White

Wieder gute Ergebnisse, wieder keine Share Preis Reaktion. Die Kursentwicklung ist mehr als enttäuschend.Das Major Backing hat denen nicht geholfen. Kinross und Newmont sitzen auf 35% der Shares, trotzdem bewegt sich hier nichts.

Jetzt gíbt es die typischen Vancouver Promoter Pump Aktien welche in den letzten Wochen teilweise absurde Steigerungen erfahren haben (und das ganzen nach unten dann wiederholen).
Und dann muss man sich eingestehen dass man wenn man diese erwischt deutlich mehr Performance erreicht als manche high quality Aktien.
Wenn ich auf meine "high qualities" schaue, Nighthawk Gold, Irving Resources, Integra Resources, Lion One - da sieht es gerade etwas mühsam aus.
White Gold hat es gestern bei mir zu 0,79CAD ins Depot geschafft.
Hatte den Wert schon 1-2 getraded und das letzte Jahr auf der Watchlist.
Die Ergebnisse von Anfang 2019 haben sich nicht geändert, da war der Wert beim doppelten Kurs, bei einem Goldpreis der deutlich niedriger war.
Warum der Einstieg:
- Market cap aktuell 80M USD
- Tier #1 Mining Area, White Gold besitzt ein riesiges Land package, überall kommt Gold zum Vorschein
- 2Moz Resource, still growing
- Grades für open pit top (alleine Golden saddle open pit 2,3g/t --> 1,1Moz)
