Sag ich doch. Alles läuft in die richtige Richtung. Auf der Finanzebene gibt es viel Vertrauen zu AMP.
Keine weitere KE erforderlich, damit eine weitere Verwässerung unterbunden. SUPER!!!!
Erste Lieferung aus NL verläuft ohne große zeitliche Verzögerung. Eine weiterer Großhändler nimmt man mit ins Boot. Was will man mehr. Das Team um Feuerstein macht einen unaufgeregten, kompetenten Job. Es ist derzeit alles im Fluss.
Übrigens ist in CA mit 1835 Stück und drei Verkäufe der Kurs von 27 auf 24 Cent gedrückt worden. Hatte wohl jemand gehofft, dadurch günstige Stücke zu bekommen. Bei 12k zu 25 hat es auch geklappt. Pech für den Verkäufer. Geduld ist hier der Schlüssel zum Erfolg.
In diesem Sinne schönes Wochenende.

Bisher wurde der europäische Markt für medizinisches Cannabis von den durch die Coronavirus-Pandemie verursachten Störungen der Lieferkette verschont.
Dies steht in krassem Gegensatz zu den USA, wo Vape-Unternehmen, Verpackungsunternehmen und andere Unternehmen einen Mangel an in China hergestellter Hardware und Zubehör für Cannabis feststellen.

AMP German Cannabis Group Inc. has successfully increased the loan amount it can borrow on its drawn-down loan facility announced on Dec. 3, 2018, from 500,000 euros to one million euros to finance trade receivables from the import of medical cannabis from the Netherlands in the coming weeks. The amended drawdown facility will mature December 31, 2021, and borrowed amounts can be repaid at any time without penalty.
AMP German Cannabis Group has also closed its non-brokered private placement announced on January 8th, 2020, which raised total gross proceeds of $867,500 through the issuance of 3,470,000 common shares at a subscription price of $0.25 per share in the first tranche closing announced on March 6th, 2020.
Mr. Alex Blodgett, chief executive officer of AMP German Cannabis Group, commented: "We appreciate the support of our banking partner for increasing our loan facility. Accordingly, we decided not to accept further subscriptions for our private placement to avoid unnecessary dilution. In addition, due to strong demand for medical cannabis, we will be strengthening our distribution in Germany by adding additional pharmaceutical wholesalers as we begin imports from the Netherlands and Canada."
