Okay, fragt doch bitte bevor ihr solche Schlussfolgerungen macht. Das hat nichts mit Microvast zu tun sondern ist SPAC typisch. Ein SPAC hat ein Ablaufdatum, zu dem das Kapital eben zu den 10,22 USD zurückgezahlt wird - wie oben erwähnt. Findet der SPAC kein Übernahmeziel, wird das Geld zurückbezahlt. Dieses Datum wäre jetzt Anfang Dezember erreicht - dementsprechend wird das Shareholder Meeting (Hauptversammlung) darüber abstimmen, die Laufzeit des SPACs bis in den April zu verlängern. Mehr nicht! Dass die Verlängerung durchgeht ist bei >70% institutional ownership gesichert.

Wie gesagt, ich rechne in den kommenden zwei Wochen mit News zum Agreement.

Ernsthaft... es ist nichts, NICHTS über eine Verlängerung in den April offiziell kommuniziert worden. Was soll das "habe ich gelesen"? Dann bitte den Link hier einstellen, wenn es so ist. Ich habe darüber nichts gelesen und ich lese sehr viel.

Wie ist die aktuelle MK bei 12,33$ im Falle eines Mergers? Und gibt es verlässliche Umsatzprognosen?

Ja, das habe ich gelesen.
Das kann mehrere Gründe haben. Welche dahinter stecken weiss ich leider nicht.
Ich bleibe erstmal investiert. Das Downsidepotenzial ist gemessen an den Chancen für mich zu gering.

Habe ich das richtig verstanden, dass die Verhandlungsperiode bis in den April 2021 verlängert wurde?

Das ist aber auf den ersten Blick eine arg große Verschiebung, was dafür spricht, dass man sehr weit auseinander liegt oder man sogar damit rechnet, dass man sich um eine andere Firma kümmern muss.

Wie ist deine Einschätzung? Bei aktuell über 12$ riskiert man immerhin 17%. Bisher habe ich SPACs (GRAF, GMHI, NBAC) immer unter $10.50 ergattert. Microvast wäre eine tolle Sache, aber die Verschiebung bis April irritiert mich.

So ist es. Und wenn es mit der Fusion nicht klappt, dann geht man eben mit 10 USD nach Hause (10,22 USD um genau zu sein). Lässt sich verkraften, zumindest wenn man vernünftige Positionen eingegangen ist.

Ich rechne in den kommenden zwei Wochen mit einer News hierzu. Wenn die da ist und positiv ausfällt, hat man kurzfristig gleich weitere Kurstreiber: Die Fertigstellung der Anlage in Brandenburg (voraussichtlich im Dezember) sowie der Produktionsanlauf im ersten Quartal (vermutlich schon im Januar).
