The license covers the entire 5,961 hectares, which includes La Escarcha gold deposit as well as Gabby, Westhill and Brownfield targets. In addition, the environmental license has no expiry date and allows for any scale of open pit, underground and alluvial mining operations. If needed, the Company has the ability to apply for greater mining operations than anticipated in the license.

3.4 meters @ 8.27 g/t Au from 67.6 meters downhole (including 2.02 meters @ 11.82 g/t Au from 67.6 meters).

14.0 meters @3.57 g/t Au from 105 meters (including 8.8 meters @4.91 g/t Au from 108.1 meters). Due the receipt of additional assays, this result updates and replaces the previous result of 8.00 meters @ 3.78 g/t Au from 111 meters downhole (including 5.90 meters @ 4.85 g/t Au from 111 meters) as announced on October 26, 2022.

Drilling at the Santas Gloria Property will initially target four high-grade silver and/or gold vein systems:

Tembladera Vein System. The Tembladera veins have a cumulative strike length of 4 km. Previous underground channel sampling results ranged from < 5 g/t silver to 10,000 g/t silver, and surface channel sampling results ranged from < 5 g/t silver to 798 g/t silver.
San Jorge Vein System. The San Jorge veins have a cumulative strike length of 3 km. Previous underground channel sampling results ranged from < 5 g/t silver to 4,100 g/t silver, and surface channel sampling results ranged from < 5 g/t silver to 2,500 g/t silver.
Paquita Vein System. The Paquita vein crops out in the north of the Property over a strike length of almost 1.25 km. Previous surface channel sampling results ranged from < 5 g/t silver to 502 g/t silver and 0.05 g/t gold to 3.32 g/t gold.
Maribel Vein System. The Maribel vein crops out in the north of the Property over a strike length of almost 1.3 km. Previous surface channel sampling results ranged from < 5 g/t silver to 585 g/t silver and 0.05 g/t gold to 1.63 g/t gold.

In order to optimize its drill targeting, Mantaro carried out preliminary metallurgical test work ... with the bulk flotation flow-path producing a single gold, silver, lead and zinc rougher concentrate (15 minutes of flotation and 8.6% mass pull) with 10,545 g/t silver, 5.38 g/t gold, 5.17% zinc and 13.8% lead and recovering 88.1% of the silver, 80.9% of the gold, 64.4% of the zinc and 79.3% of the lead (see news release dated August 9, 2021).

2.40 meters @ 6.13 g/t Au from 119.58 meters downhole (including 1.14 meters @ 12.65 g/t Au from 119.58 meters) and 3.16 meters @ 2.26 g/t Au from 41.84 meters downhole in GH0002.
1.00 meter @ 16.7 g/t Au from 108 meters downhole in GH0001. Assay results pending between 129 to 182 meters.
4.28 meters @ 2.14 g/t Au from 111.91 meters downhole in GH0007. Assay results pending between 134 to 273 meters.

Mantaro Precious Metals Corp. Acquires 51% Interest in Golden Hill Property

In order to exercise its option to acquire an initial 51% of the shares of MGH, the Company issued a total of 2,000,000 common shares and 1,000,000 share purchase warrants, made cash payments of US $500,000 and incurred a minimum of US $250,000 of exploration expenditures at the Golden Hill Property during the last year. The Company continues to have the option to earn up to an 80% interest in MGH, which option terms as set out in detail in the news release dated August 25, 2021.

The Company's board of directors has made the decision to focus its capital on its core properties, the Golden Hill Property and Santas Gloria Silver Property. Accordingly, the Company has elected to relinquish its interest in its non-core San Jose Silver Property.

Mantaro Precious Metals Completes Initial Diamond Drill Program at Golden Hill Property

Erst einmal Bohrstop bis die Ergebnisse da sind.

Samples are presently being prepared at ALS in Oruro (Bolivia) for assay by screen fire at ALS Loughreah (Ireland). All assays are pending. Drilling by Leduc was much faster than anticipated with excellent core recovery and overall quality. As such, Mantaro is electing to temporarily suspend drilling until all assays are received. Assay results will assist Mantaro in designing the next phase of drilling, which will seek to further define the potential depth of the gold system at La Escarcha as well as the potential for other deposits along trend to the north and south.
