@Bandicoot For those who don’t know, North American helium just secured a $150million credit facility back in March($100million in October, $50million more in March) They also generate 9figures a year in revenue.

Ed said it himself in the news release “It will now allow us to continue to advance our asset base for the benefit of shareholders through Company and **potentially partner-funded exploration and development programs,”**

Now what better company to have fund your cash poor project than North American Helium, who has 18 producing helium wells, 9 production facilities, 3 more wells that will be brought into production in the coming 12months due to a partnership arrangement, and a 9 well drill p+ 281 more words. Hey all,
Looking back, we have been at 0.20 CAD before we started with producing light oil and using > 8 mio CAD operating cash flow for developing our asset base further.

And yes, the current market conditions are unfavorable for generally raising venture capital in our sector and especially for small caps - but:
- HELI raised since inception more than $22 million of investment capital and deployed it mainly (!) to its portfolio of projects, land, infrastructure and agreements.
- HELI has successful wells and still has a path to commercial HE production until end of 2024 and has an inventory of high impact drill locations for He and light oil too.
- so in total, a sum of > 30 mio CAD has been pumped into HELI´s projects, land, infrastructure and agreements (OK, but also in it´s here well discussed G&A for the Mgmt. too...)

But anyway, I think that beside the burned funds for G&A, there is an incredible mismatch between the "value", created until today and the recent "market cap" of HELI. Since fear is big, its hard to "feel" that mismatch actually.
The insiders for sure know if (and if yes) what HELI owns - and if they will take over the majority of this company soon by buying 60 mio shares for solely 3 mio CAD, we should also "feel" again what we own...
So what should we do now? Sit it out and wait for the closed PP and then add - or add like hell now at this laughable 0.05 CAD level?
I think that we reached now the "tipping point" to the worst or to the very best.

Kannst du mir sagen warum es nicht weiter geht? es sind doch Umsätze vorhanden .. alles ist doch gut

das hört sich alles sehr gut und schlüssig an. Ich suche nach Meldungen die den schwachen Kurs begründen.
Was denkt ihr warum es nicht läuft....
