RAO “Rosneftegazstroy” (RNGS) executed repayments of its semi-annual promissory notes issued in July 2000.
On the 14th of December RAO “Rosneftegazstroy” (RNGS) executed repayments of its semi-annual promissory notes issued in July 2000.
Dr. Ivan I. Mazur the RNGS President mentioned that the Company successfully completed all its obligations relating to the implementation of the 2000 Construction Program.
As he pointed out, the following works have been completed:
-East Siberia: the 1st stage of the Yurubchen field development.
-Yakutia (Sakha): the Viluy river crossing along “Mirny-Aikhal-Udachny” trunk gas pipeline.
-Zelenograd (Moscow region): sewage system.
-Moscow: residential real estate totalling 100,000 sq m of living space.
Next year the RNGS schedules to continue installation of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) facilities, construction and rehabilitation works in the Chechen Republic, construction of trunk gas pipeline in Yakutiya, development of Coastal Field in Nizhniy Urengoy, oil and gas field exploration and development in East Siberia and Central part of Russia.

A decision concerning registration of the report on issue of the RAO Rosneftegazstroy’s ordinary registered non-documentary shares was taken by the Federal Securities Exchange Committee of the Russian Federation (FSEC).
December 13th a decision concerning registration of the report on issue of the RAO Rosneftegazstroy’s ordinary registered non-documentary shares was taken by the Federal Securities Exchange Committee of the Russian Federation (FSEC). Ordinary registered non-documentary shares of the Russian Company for Oil and Gas Construction RAO Rosneftegazstroy were placed through the open (free) subscription, State Registration Number: 1-07-00763-A dated July 4, 2000. According to the report on securities issue provided to the FSEC of the Russian Federation, the issuer placed as follows:
-Number of the shares issued: 2 477 000 000.
-Par value of each share issued: Rbls. 0,1.
-Total nominal value of the issue: Rbls. 247 700 000.

RAO “Rosneftegazstroy” paid off its promissory notes in full value at maturity.
November 27th RAO “Rosneftegazstroy” (RNGS) fully repaid in due terms its promissory notes issued at the end of October 2000 to be matured in one month. President of RAO “Rosneftegazstroy” Dr. Ivan I. Mazur stated that: “First successful appearance of the company in the Russian investment market has taken place. Certainly, one of the strategic goals of the company is the formation of its equity market which will ensure successful financing of prospective investment projects and dynamic development of the company as a whole”. On the 12th of December RAO “Rosneftegazstroy” will execute repayment of its semi-annual promissory notes issued in July 2000. Presentation of the promissory notes for repayment was implemented by major investment companies and banks. That was confirmed to the REUTER by Gennady Launer, Vice President of the “Russian funds” Investment Group, who is acting as a RNGS financial consultant. According to him the results of the first RAO “Rosneftegazstroy” promissory note programs could be regarded as highly successful.

Die Gesellschaft zieht eine KE im Verhältnis 1:107 durch. Bezugskurs 0,2Cent. EX-Tag war im Juli.

Die Flut an neuen Papieren kommt in diesen Tagen. Dann wird jeder versuchen schnelle Gewinne zu machen und viele Ahnungslose bekommen die wertlosen Stücke ans Bein.

Für mich alles ein einziger Betrug!

was mach ich mit 50000 St. die ich vorige Woche zu
0.26 Euro gekauft habe? Zu 0.07 verk. oder abwarten ?

Ich weiß zwar nicht den Grund welcher dich letzte Woche dazu bewegt hat, aber Ich würde in den nächsten zwei Tagen Kurse über 8 Cent zum Ausstieg nutzen. Ich selbst habe keine alten mehr und werde die neuen nicht unter 10 Cent verkaufen. Sollte Ich einen Teil zu 10 Cent in den nächsten Tagen verkaufen können , so werde Ich diese dann nach möglichkeit später zurückkaufen. ( 4 -5 Cent )
Dies könntest Du Heute probieren ca.8 Cent ausstieg und wenn Ende der Woche der ganze neue Schwung kommt , die doppelte Menge zu 4 Cent kaufen.
Ich denke hier längerfristig, werde mir ca.200000 Stück für die nächsten 2-3 Jahre weglegen. Bin auch schon seit 2 Jahren dabei.
