Weiss ich...Nur hier gibts ne Chance... Bei Globetel gibts nur down under^^... Fakt is ich finds ne ok, was du hier treibst..lass doch den Leuten Amre!!!


(Soll heissen genauso könnte ich sagen, was du für nen Scheissgriff mit GTEL gemacht hast und hängst da selber noch drin!!!, und das könnt ich dir den ganzen Tag unter die Nase reiben!!!, tu ich aber nicht... nur du tauchst hier in einer fast schon krankhaften Regelmäßigkeit auf und machst das Papier nieder das ich mich echt frage ob du ne selber x Stück davon hälst und nur frustriert bist, oder aber du kein Hobby hast???)


Ausserdem kannst du auch ne alles wissen!, und so wie es aussieht gehts immer weiter hoch... Falls du Amre beobachtest immer ein Stückchen mehr, also mach ne alles Mieß!

guck dir bitte mal meine postings an, ich hab so gut wie jede richtung exakt angesagt, und das einzige was ich hier mache ist die leute darauf hinzuweisen das sie AMRE traden sollen, und nicht long & strong blind in den verlust rauschen sollen...

so typen wie Slaykleinpudeljäger der hier pusht aufs übelste ist deiner meinung also i.o.?

und wie ich schon häufig gesagt hatte, natürlich kann man mit AMRE geld verdienen... nur nicht long & strong...

Du hast auch gesagt wir sehen Kursen von AMRE unter 0.004 oder aber 0,004 .... Das steht auch aus!

Und das mit Long und Strong halt ich auch für Blödsinn!, nur wenns ein paar sind?.. Nicht noch in der Wunde rumbohren is ne lustisch^^

Ich hab mir dir kein Problem finds auch interessant was du postest aber sei halt ne immer so furchtbar pöööööse.... Allerdings zeigt sich im Moment eine stabile freundliche Entwicklung bei AMRE und das ist einfach gut ... und das Dicke für heute prophezeite Minus hattest du letzten Freitag glaube ich auch prophezeit und es kam nicht....

günstig? sogar 0.0001 ist zu teuer für amre, die frage ist nur wann kommt der nächste spike durch momo und den ganzen deppen die die story glauben...
und das wird noch lange auf sich warten lassen, 2-3 monate bestimmt... und bis dahin wird AMRE noch mal ordentlich billiger werden

Our system posted a BUY-IF today. The previous SELL recommendation was issued on 11.09.2006 (6) days ago, when the stock price was 0.0061. Since then AMRE has fallen -11.48% .


A bullish pattern has developed and a BUY-IF alert is issued today. The task is now to confirm the validity of this bullish pattern. We will guide you through this process but the prime star of this game is nobody but you. First you must do your homework. A good starting point may be to keep an eye on after-hours and futures trading to get preliminary hints about the direction of the market. Related news, events, economic data, and the world stock markets should also be closely followed prior to confirmation session.

There are three possible cases of confirmation. You have to follow the next session carefully to check if these cases will hold or not:

The market opens with an upward gap, signaling a bullish sentiment in the first case. Your benchmark will be the opening price. If the prices stay over the benchmark, go long. Any white candlestick with an upward gap is a valid confirmation criterion.

In the second case, the market opens at a level, equal to or below the previous day’s close. The benchmark is that closing price. If prices during the session stay over the benchmark, go long. Any white candlestick closing above the previous day’s close is the second confirmation criterion.

If, however, in both cases, the prices during the session start coming below the benchmark, avoid buying. Sell if you feel a definite tendency in prices to close the day below the benchmark.

The third case of confirmation is rarely observed. The market opens with a big downward gap suggesting a very bearish day, and the day ends with a long white candlestick, but still closing below the previous day’s close. However, such a day satisfies the third confirmation criterion and in this case the closing price of the long white candlestick will be taken as the price of confirmation.

If one of the three confirmation criteria is not fulfilled, or in case of a black candlestick or a doji on the confirmation day, the BUY-IF alert remains valid, however without confirmation and the three confirmation criteria are then sought in the following day. The only exception is the long black candlestick. Any long black candlestick following a BUY-IF alert makes it (the signal) void and invalid.

We do not suggest any new short positions given the bullish alert. The short sellers should consider covering their positions if the market confirms the BUY-IF signal. Otherwise, existing short positions should be carried.

AmeriResource Technologies, Inc. (the "Company") conducts operations primarily through its subsidiaries, including RoboServer Systems Corp. ("RBSY"), Self-Serve Technologies, Inc. ("SSTI"), Net2Auction, Inc. ("NAUC"), Net2Auction Corporation ("N2AC"), AuctionWagon Inc. ("AWI"), Auction Boulevard ("AB") BizAuctions Corp. ("BAC"), and Kootenai Corp. ("KNTI"). As of August 1, 2006, the Company owned approximately 38.7% of NAUC common stock and upon conversion of the SuperVoting Preferred collectively gives AMRE 69.6% control, which owns 100% of N2AC and AWI. NAUC is publicly traded on the Pink Sheets under the stock symbol "NAUC." As of August 1, 2006, the Company owned approximately 47.15% of RBSY's common stock and upon conversion of the SuperVoting Preferred would give the Company approximately 76.2% control, which owns 100% of SSTI. RBSY is publicly traded on the Pink Sheets under the symbol "RBSY." As of August 1, 2006, the Company's subsidiary, NAUC owns approximately 70% of KTNI's common stock and gives the company majority control. NET2AUCTION, INC.

Net2Auction is an operator of online auction drop-off locations and develops relationships with independently owned and/or franchised pack and ship centers. We believe Net2Auction is ideal for people who want hassle-free selling of their used goods online using eBay internet auction site. In addition to the millions of people who trade on eBay, we believe there is a large population of people who would like to participate on eBay, but lack the skills, time or inclination to sell online directly. Net2Auction serves this population by extending the reach of eBay.

Net2Auction handles all aspects of selling goods on eBay for its customers, including photographing the goods to be sold, posting a picture of the goods on eBay, drafting the product description for eBay, handling inquiries from potential purchasers, selling the goods, processing payments for the goods, and taking care of shipping the goods to the final purchaser. 4 AUCTION WAGON

AWI was incorporated in September of 2003 and became the first eBay consignment store in the Los Angeles market. AWI is the first company to qualify as both an eBay certified developer and an eBay Trading Post. AWI is a frontrunner in both the retail and software segments of the industry, being featured in Entrepreneur, the New York Times, and the Wall Street Journal. AWI currently markets its consignment software to drop-off stores, and maintains a national affiliate network of drop-off locations.

AWI's software, Store Manager Pro G2, performs virtually all of the functions needed by an eBay consignment store, from printing contracts, barcodes, and inventory labels to managing its inventory, payment, shipping, check writing, and integrating photo editing. The Store Manager Pro offers multiple levels of software supporting different business requirements and charges both a monthly fee and an initial fee. On September 14, 2005, NAUC acquired assets from AB. AB is an operator of online auction drop-off locations. Additionally, AB assigned to NAUC the lease to AB's principle place of business, located in Encino, California.

AB is a Trading Assistant, as determined by e-Bay, with operations and drop-off store

5 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS

The following discussion should be read in conjunction with the audited financial statements and notes thereto included in our annual report on Form 10-KSB for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2005, and should further be read in conjunction with the financial statements included in this report. Comparisons made between reporting periods herein are for the three and nine- month periods ended September 30, 2006, as compared to the same period in 2005.

Revenues for the third quarter ended September 30, 2006, increased to $261,154 from $42,405 in revenues for 2005. The Company's net loss for the quarter ended September 30, 2006, decreased to $426,273 from $468,327 in 2005. The Company's expenses for the third quarter ended September 30, 2006, as compared to 2005, are set forth below:

The increase in expenses for the third quarter of 2006 relative to the same period for 2005 is primarily related to the increase in general & administrative expenses to $1,113,960 for the quarter ended September 30, 2006, as compared to $672,535 for the same period in 2005, legal and professional expenses increasing to $119,507 for the quarter ended September 30, 2006, as compared to $109,510 for the same period in 2005, research and development expenses decreased to $ 0 for the quarter ended September 30, 2006, as compared to $66,350 for the same period in 2005, and cost of goods sold increasing to $266,107 for the quarter ended September 30, 2006, as compared to $93,874 for the same period in 2005.

LIQUIDITY AND CAPITAL RESOURCES

The Company's net cash used in operating activities for the nine months ended September 30, 2006, increased to $771,791 as compared to net cash used in operating activities of $481,581 for the same period in 2005. This increase is mainly attributable to the increase of operations and the acquisition of additional subsidiaries in the development stages of operations. The increase in net loss of $1,579,655 for the nine months ended September 30, 2006, compared to a net loss of $1,455,624 for the same period in 2005, was primarily due to an increase in G & A expenses.

Net cash used in investing activities increased to $ 403,259 for the nine-months ended September 30, 2006, as compared to $302,127 for the same period in 2005. This increase is due to the purchase of BizAuctions, Inc., and the purchase of inventory assets relating to various contracts the Company has with the retailer-wholesalers.

Net cash provided by financing activities was $1,216,128 for nine-months ended September 30, 2006, compared to $1,062,033 for the same period in 2005. This increase is due to increased borrowing and the issuance of common stock effected to facilitate our investing activities.

The Company has relied upon its chief executive officer for its capital requirements and liquidity, in addition to raising capital from investors at the subsidiary level. The Company's recurring losses, lack of cash flow, and lack of cash on hand raise substantial doubts about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. Management's plans with respect to these matters include raising additional working capital through equity or debt financing and acquisitions of ongoing concerns, which generate profits, ultimately allowing the Company to achieve consistent profitable operations. The accompanying financial statements do not include any adjustments that might be necessary should the Company be unable to continue as a going concern.

OFF-BALANCE SHEET ARRANGEMENTS

We do not participate in transactions that generate relationships with unconsolidated entities or financial partnerships, such as entities often referred to as structure finance or special purpose entities ("SPEs"), which would have been established for the purpose of facilitating off-balance sheet arrangements or other contractually narrow or limited purposes as part of our ongoing business. As of September 30, 2006, we were not involved in any unconsolidated SPE transactions.

gut für alle die am tiefpunkt rein sind.. aber die meisten die hier noch rumgammeln.. so auch ich.. sind bei mehr als 2 cent rein...und für die is das nur verlustminderung... ich glaub das is nur mal wieder einer der berühmten AMRE peaks....die seit monaten immer kleiner werden aber wie ne schockwelle auftreten und dann wieder abflauen....

Diese aktie beobachte ich von Anfang an, nicht nur weil ich paar mal erfolgreich getradet habe. Die Aktie explodiert förmlich von Zeit zu Zeit, meiner Meinung nach war das gestern eine Sammelaktion...das heisst erst werden stücke gekauft, dann wird fallen gelassen...falls man die Stücke noch nicht beisammen hat, dann wartet man, bis die Neueinsteiger wieder aussteigen und ihre Papiere abgeben...dann kann die nächste Kauf-Welle starten...usw.

Ich spekuliere mal, dass die aktie bald die 7 US-Cent-Marke knackt dann geht es schnell an die 10 ... warten wir mal die nächste woche ab.

ähem der wert von BZCN ist völlig irrelevant für die bewertung von AMRE da wir es hier mit einem pump&dump scam zu tun haben...

das einzige was für AMRE's kurs wichtig ist das es genug gutgläubige gibt, die die aktien nach einem anstieg oben auch kaufen in der hoffnung das sie weiter steigen!! problem dabei ist, es muss halt einer anfangen den kurs hochzumanipulieren!

JT, we've been trading AMRE(E) forever. Question.

I know we'll agree that AMRE, when it had subsidiaries without revenue, was nothing more than a very short term play. And while they still use a constant stream of S-8's for financing, I've noticed a big difference brewing since their eBay subsidiaries (BZCN and NAUC) started trading over a year ago. Finally, Delmar managed to come up with an idea that actually brings in revenue. Even though BZCN began the first month of trading way over-valued and Stocklemon ran it into the ground, I've been watching the Business Auctions inventory liquidation site for the past 6 months. IMO, every word of this overlooked PR is true.

AMREE 10QSB finally out. Revenue up 498%.

Revenues for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2006, were $892,424 from
$149,321 for the same period ended December 31, 2005. This represented an
increase of $743,103 or 498% from 2005 to 2006.

RESULTS OF OPERATIONS

The following discussion should be read in conjunction with the audited
financial statements and notes thereto included in our annual report on Form
10-KSB for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2006, and should further be read

REVENUES

Revenues for the 1st Qtr. ended March 31, 2007 were $471,353 from
$108,218 for the same period ended March 31, 2006. This represented an increase
of $326,135 or 336% from 2006 to 2007.

Expenses

Operating expenses for the 1st Qtr. ended March 31, 2007 and March 31,
2006, were $780,865, and $816,177, respectively. This is an decrease of $35,312
and is attributed to less expenses for legal and professional fees of $62,311
for 2007 and $122,555 in 2006.

wenn ichs richtig gelesen habe, haben amre derzeit auch über 200k dollar in den kassen. ist verhältnismäßig viel für die firma!
deshalb frag ich mich derzeit auch, da auch immer wieder geld über bzcn rein kommt, wieso über aupt derzeit shares ausgegeben werden müssen.
wenn ich aber das filling mit den shares durchlese, gibt es für mich auch ne ungereimtheit, dass das filling sich auf den stockoptionsplan von 2005 bezieht!

cyba ist eigentlich der der hier die meiste ahnung hat, weshalb man ihn fragen sollte, was er dazu denkt!
was auch komisch ist, dass das filling in gleicher form im januar diesen jahres, oder ende kletzten jahres schon mal so kam (glaube mich daran zu errinnern)!

On June 22, 2007 AmeriResource Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation

Landis's business plan calls for the acquisition of an additional four (4)
Salons, within the next two calendar years. Landis Lifestyle Salons uses
the Aveda{reg-trade-mark} product line exclusively in its operations and these
products are rated as one of the best in the health and beauty care industry.
Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, AmeriResource will retain its
Twenty-Five Million (25,000,000) shares of common stock in Net2Auction, Inc.
and remain a shareholder. All assets and liabilities of Net2Auction, Inc. will
be transferred to AmeriResource prior to the close of the transaction with

Richard Surber, president of Nexia Holdings, Inc., said, "Given the strong consecutive quarter-over-quarter sales increases reported in our single Landis Lifestyle salon, Nexia believes now is the right time to create a public vehicle to raise funds and further grow the Landis salon concept. We would expect at some point to use this new organization as the basis to raise up to $1 million in capital to be used for the growth of our salon business. Raising capital in this separate entity may also alleviate some of the dilution occurring in Nexia."

Landis is an independently operated salon that exclusively sells and uses AVEDA(TM) products. According to Aveda.com, 89 of America's top 200 fastest-growing salons/spas are part of the growing Aveda network. "Our intention is to use our new public vehicle to roll up additional salons that sell AVEDA(TM) products, and potentially other environmentally conscious health and beauty companies. We are considering acquiring up to four established salon operations during 2007, and are in final discussions on the acquisition of the Reflections salon for which a Letter of Intent was signed on June 20th."

Surber added, "Depending on the growth and success of our salon operations, we will consider either a spin-off or distribution of a stock dividend providing ownership in our new publicly-traded company to existing shareholders of Nexia Holdings."

The Stock Exchange Agreement provides for Nexia to acquire 90% of NAUC's preferred stock, which would transfer voting control to Nexia, in exchange for the transfer of $300,000, equating to approximately 60,000 shares, of Series C Preferred Nexia Stock to the current holder of the preferred shares. These shares of Series C Preferred Stock will be locked up for a period of two years. The agreement provides that the closing of the transfer will take place in 30 days. At the time of transfer, NAUC will be a non-operating entity with no assets or liabilities.
