Hi, bin recht neu dabei .
Brokerjet.at is ja recht teuer imho.
Vielleicht weiß da wer nen besseren.
Danke ;-)

ich danke dir,
werde in jedem Fall dabei bleiben.

Anglo-Canadian Uranium Corp. is pleased to provide the following update
on its portfolio of uranium and gold projects, and would like to thank
all shareholders for their continued support of the Company. Management
recognizes that since the overall market's steep decline the stock
activity for the past one and a half years has been disappointing.
Although the share price is near its lows, we feel that the Company is
in a significantly better position today with the development of its
projects. Since January 2007, the Company has accomplished the
following highlights:
Joseph Uranium Project, Colorado
. Agreement with Denison Mines Corp. (DML on TSX) to open both the
portal and plugged air vent for access to two mines; one operated by
Anglo-Canadian. Both events have now been successfully completed.
Eula Belle Uranium Project, Colorado
. Twenty-six drill holes have been completed with encouraging results
announced for six; one hole demonstrating six feet of 0.193% eU3O8.
Further results will be reported when assays for uranium and vanadium
are completed.
Gunfighter Uranium Project, Colorado
. Calculated historical resource, drill permit received. Drilling in
progress.
King, Gunslinger and Lonestar Uranium Projects, Colorado
. Drill permits received
Big Mac Uranium Project, Quebec
. Line cutting completed, ground EM & magnetic survey completed and
targets identified. Contract signed to conduct an airborne radio metric
and mag survey to be followed by drilling.
Charles Uranium Project, Quebec
. Line cutting completed. Contract signed to conduct an airborne radio
metric and mag survey to be followed by drilling.
Princeton Gold Project, British Columbia
. Chip sampling program and prospecting on Rico has identified drill
targets. Two of the company's properties adjoin the Copper Mountain
Mining (CUM.V) new discovery. Drilling planned 2008.
Stirrup Gold Project, British Columbia
. Seven drill holes completed in 2007, Letter of Intent with China
group to option the claims.
Corporate
. Appointed new director, new advisory board member and appointed
corporate secretary
These accomplishments are significant in that the Company has
demonstrated its ability to continue exploration and development, with
each work program creating additional shareholder value. With a
fiscally responsible management team focused on putting money into the
ground, we should begin to see increased share activity as our projects
receive the merit they deserve. In addition, the Company has positive
Working Capital of $2,239,267 as of April 2008, which does not include
a previously announced flow-through private placement in the amount of
$200,000. These flow-through funds will be used to further advance the
Otish Basin Uranium Projects located in Quebec.
As part of our development strategy, we have a number of goals for the
upcoming period. As per our previous disclosure in past news releases,
we are focused on the following items:
Big Mac Uranium Project, Quebec
. Radiometric, Geological and geochemical surveys, drill program
Charles Uranium Project, Quebec
. Airborne radiometric and magnetic surveys, drill program
Gunslinger Uranium Project, Colorado
. Drill program to test old workings
Gunfighter Uranium Project, Colorado
. Drill program to develop and increase the resource
Princeton Gold Project, British Columbia
. Drilling program near Copper Mountain Mining's recent gold, silver
and copper discovery.
In addition to these disclosed items, we continue to discuss our
development program with Denison Mines Corp. for the Joseph Uranium
Project, and are exploring joint venture opportunities on other Uranium
and Gold projects. Our goal is to maintain a consistent exploration and
development program on a number of projects, and continue to announce
results as they occur.
Investors and shareholders may contact the Company with any questions
they may have regarding our progress, and we look forward to increasing
share values as projects mature. Questions and / or comments can also
be sent to the following email address: info@anglocanex.com
Thank you

was ich damit sagen will:

The "e" preceding the U3O8 assays indicates that these values were calculated using a gamma ray probe rather than a chemical analytical method.
The recent work confirms the presence of uranium mineralization in multiple sandstone beds ranging in depth from 529 feet to 787 feet. A review of the area has indicated several old drill-outs just north of the Eula Belle workings. A map outlining this drilling program is available on the company web site at: www.anglocanex.com.
* The distance between hole MC-19 and hole MC-24 is approximately 275m or 900 feet. Holes MC-15, 19, 20 & 24 occur in the Union Carbide drill-out where "ore grade" material is noted on historic maps.
Note: "ore grade" as used in this context is not a term consistent with NI 43-101 standards. Union Carbide used this term as a grade that they could potentially mine. The grade cutoff from Union Carbide's maps appears to be 0.025 % eU3O8.
The Eula Belle Uranium Project contains the Eula Belle uranium/vanadium mine which was operated by Union Carbide from 1901 to 1974 and produced 1,485,550 pounds of U3O8 and 5,234,387 pounds of vanadium (V2O5) and the King Uranium Project, covering two hundred and fifty claims. Both projects are located near a Department of Energy mineral reserve and the King Solomon uranium/vanadium mine that produced 3,172,420 pounds of U3O8 and 16,223,095 pounds of vanadium (V205) from 1974 to 1983.
With regard to the historical information referred to in this news release and details regarding the location of these historical resources, the Company considers them to be relevant but not to NI 43-101 standards.
The technical portion of this release has been approved by James A. Turner, PGeo, a qualified person under NI 43-101.

Also Augen auf!

UPFRONT
The decline in the spot uranium price, combined with tightening equity and credit markets, has dampened investor interest in the uranium explorers. Anglo-Canadian’s $2.3 million in cash, and its option to divest gold properties, should allow the Company to continue its operating strategy and remain focused on uranium exploration.
RECOMMENDATION
We are maintaining our Speculative Buy rating but reducing the one-year Target Price to $0.20 from $0.35, refl ecting the broad downturn in share prices for junior mining exploration companies and the general lack of investor interest in the sector. Looking ahead, the stock is recommended for longer-term investors who believe the drive for clean energy and low emissions is here to stay.
PROFILE
Anglo-Canadian Uranium Corp. (”Anglo-Canadian” or the “Company”) is an early-stage exploration company, focused on uranium and gold resources. The Company’s uranium properties are located in Quebec and the “Four Corners” region of the U.S., while its gold properties are in British Columbia.
HIGHLIGHTS
$2.3 million in cash along with a portfolio of 18 properties provides fl exibility to continue exploration in this challenging environment.
Upturn in spot uranium may revive prospects of joint development of Joseph property in Colorado with Denison Mines.
Encouraging results on Stirrup property in B.C. may lead to a joint venture with an overseas company.
Lean operations with controlled overhead expenses.
Low geopolitical risk, as all properties and exploration activities are in North America.
Lack of economic resource discovery is a key risk in the absence of NI 43-101 estimates.
Equity fi nancing risk for funding exploration and development activities over next few years.

Uranium Development Consortium Formed
VANCOUVER, BC--(MARKET WIRE)--May 6, 2009
-- Anglo Canadian Uranium Corp. (CDNX:URA.V - News) (the "Company") is pleased to announce it has entered into an agreement to bring southwestern United States uranium exploration properties and a state of the art mill project to the market place as a consolidated uranium resource play. This agreement is with Mancos Resources Inc. (MRI), Bluebird Partners, LLC and Drilling Consultants Inc. (DRI), and will enable the consortium of companies to effectively develop long term uranium production to supply the growing demand for nuclear power. This agreement is non-exclusive and will allow the Company to continue and maintain discussions with additional uranium exploration and production companies for further development of projects. This agreement also does not impact the previous arrangement with a senior uranium producer in the Four Corners region and the continued development of the URA mine located in the Bull Canyon region of Colorado.
Anglo Canadian Uranium is an advanced exploration and development company with thirteen (13) uranium and vanadium projects located in the Four Corners region of the United States. All projects are located in close proximity to historical uranium production operations, with some project areas containing historical resources. The Company has focused on continuing the permit process required for future exploration and production at its project areas, and views this new uranium consortium as instrumental in the continued development of the United States uranium industry.

Mancos Resources Inc. and their wholly owned subsidiary Bluerock Energy Corp, are U.S. corporations with offices in Green River, Utah, and Cortez, Colorado. MRI's conventional uranium mill project is located on 640 acres of private land near the town of Green River, Utah. MRI Principals spent two years implementing an exhaustive multi-state site selection process. The site selection criteria included regulatory, environmental, political, geologic, hydrologic, access, and infrastructure elements. The mill is in the geotechnical and environmental baseline data gathering phase of permitting. MRI's next phase of development is initiating a geotechnical drilling program, and crafting and issuing a Request for Qualifications / Request for Proposals from design/build firms for plant engineering design and construction.
BlueBird Partners, LLC is a grass roots geological and mineral property development company with experience, expertise, and uranium properties in the southwestern US.
Drilling Consultants Inc., a U.S. corporation, has extensive holdings in the uranium districts of Colorado, Utah, and New Mexico.

Anglo Canadian Uranium Corp. Announces Otish Basin Uranium Exploration Results
VANCOUVER, BC--(MARKET WIRE)--May 27, 2009 -- Anglo Canadian Uranium Corp. (CDNX:URA.V - News) (Frankfurt:AU3.F - News) (the "Company") is pleased to announce it has received a final interpretation report of the airborne survey completed on its Big Mac and Charles Uranium projects located in the Otish Basin, Quebec. This report has identified a number of targets for future exploration. Additional ground prospecting and geophysics utilizing a scintillometer and magnetometer will assist in defining targets prior to initiation of drilling. The Otish Basin is a highly prospective area for uranium, with a number of recent discoveries and exploration focused on further definition of potential uranium deposits. The geology of the Otish Basin is similar to that of the Athabasca Basin, and may host unconformity deposits.
Highlights from this report are as follows for both the Big Mac and Charles projects.
Big Mac Uranium Project, Otish Basin, Quebec
The Big Mac Uranium Project is located 350 km northwest of Chibougamau in central Quebec and within 0.5 km of the Cogema/Soquim's property and 2.5 to 3 km east of the L-Zone uranium deposit. The magnetic and radiometric surveys were flown on survey lines spaced at 100 meters, and identified the following three areas of interest for ground prospecting.
1. The large area in northeastern portion of the property associated with high surface conductivity and cluster of high uranium isotope counts. This area also encompasses the anomalous Uranium / Thorium ratio anomalies and a maxmin defined conductor.
2. The easterly trending magnetic anomaly associated with the northerly plunging low susceptibility pipe.
3. The anomalous uranium features that trend along the northwestern border of the property. These anomalies parallel a deep body and near surface contact.
The primary exploration target on the Big Mac Uranium Project is uranium mineralization similar to deposits found in the area such as the L zone and Matoush uranium discoveries. These previously identified deposits are associated with faulting and may be detectable by magnetic and / or conductivity trends. Initial ground prospecting will focus on locating and identifying the source of anomalous uranium readings. These sources should be at ground surface and are likely associated with outcrop or boulders. The discovery of radioactive boulders will require backtracking along the local glaciation direction to locate a bedrock source.
Charles Uranium Project, Otish Basin, Quebec
The Charles property is located 15 km southwest of the Big Mac and is close to the southern edge of the basin. The Eastmain winter road passes near the western boundary of the Basin. The magnetic and radiometric surveys were flown on survey lines spaced at 100 meters, and identified the following five areas of interest for ground prospecting.
1. The northerly trending lineation which is 2 km long and delineated by a series of small magnetic highs and anomalous uranium features. The combination of magnetic and photo lineaments could be indicative of faulting that crosses the regional geological strike. Included in this target area are two uranium ratio and ternary anomalies.
2. East - West elongated magnetic high with focus at the eastern and western ends that exhibit elevated uranium counts.
3. A series of elevated uranium and thorium anomalies straddling the southern claim boundary.
4. Elevated uranium anomalies in the northwest corner of the claim, coincident with intersecting magnetic lineaments.
5. The large northeasterly oriented magnetic trend and parallel radiometric high trend that cuts the SE corner of the property. A high proportion of potassium suggests the possibility that the magnetically delineated zone is associated with a hydrothermal alteration system. Very high radiometric readings in all channels coincide with the southeastern edge of the magnetic anomaly suggesting a geological contact.
This primary exploration target is also similar to the L zone and Matoush uranium discoveries. Ground prospecting is recommended with the use of a scintillometer.
The Company is very encouraged by this airborne survey, and will intiate the recommended ground prospecting program in summer 2009. This program will assist in the definition of potential drill locations, which will follow upon interpretation of ground results.
Detailed magnetic and radiometric maps will be available on the Company web site.

Copper / Gold Properties Acquired
Anglo Canadian Uranium Corp. (URA on TSX.V) (the "Company") is pleased
to announce it has expanded its interest in the vicinity of the Copper
Mountain mine by acquiring 28 mineral claims located 18.5 km south of
Princeton, British Columbia. These claims have a number of copper
showings and historical work has identified further copper prospective
zones for exploration. A significant amount of mining activity has
taken place in the Copper Mountain region, with production beginning in
1923 and ending in 1996 due to rising production costs and a lack of
low strip ration reserves. Infrastructure to support potential mining
activity is in place, with water and power available. The Company
intends to complete ground prospecting prior to initiation of advanced
exploration programs.
These claims are underlain by the eastern facies of the Upper Triassic
Nicola Group within the Copper Mountain Stock and consist of mafic
augite and hornblende porphyritic pyroclastics and flows. These rocks
are intruded by diorite and monzonite, locally pyroxenite and gabbro of
the Early Jurassic Copper Mountain and Lost Horse intrusions. The
claims lie within 1.5 km of the proposed Copper Mountain Super Pit to
be operated by Copper Mountain Mining Corporation.
As consideration of the 100% interest in the 28 claims, the Company
intends to issue 115,000 common shares of the Company and pay $45,000
over a period of 2 years. The Company has also agreed to a 2% net
smelter royalty with the vendor, with a buy back provision.
The Company would also like to announce the issuance of 500,000 stock
options to certain directors, officers and consultants at a price of
$0.15 per common share for a period of 2 years.
This acquisition and stock option grant are subject to TSX Venture
Exchange approval.

Anglo Canadian Stakes Four Yukon Gold Properties
* Press Release
* Source: Anglo Canadian Uranium Corp.
* On Wednesday July 15, 2009, 8:30 am EDT
Anglo Canadian Uranium Corp. (TSX-V:URA - News) (Frankfurt:AU3 - News) announces it has acquired, by staking, a 100% interest in four separate claim blocks in west-central Yukon Territory, in the general area of Underworld Resources Inc.'s new White Gold discovery.
Anglo Canadian's claim blocks cover approximately 2,800 hectares in 130 claims. The claims were selected to cover reported historic gold occurrences in a similar geologic setting that is present at the White Gold property. This area of the Yukon has recorded gold production exceeding 10 million ounces, from the well known Klondike District.
At the Armenius property, government records report that an 18 metre quartz vein is exposed on the ground. According to historic but unconfirmed reports, selected samples collected in the early 1900s from a hand pit graded over 300 g/t gold. This property lies approximately 50 km north of the Underworld Resources White Gold property.
The Dago Hill property consists of 78 claims and is underlain by graphitic schist and quartz-muscovite schist, with lesser quartzite, ultramafics and volcanics of the Yukon Tanana Terrane. The Dago Hill property lies approximately 70 km north-northwest of the Underworld Resources White Gold property.
The other two properties are located at Henderson Creek, 10 km northeast of Underworld's White Gold property. The properties cover prospective geology in a well-known active placer gold mining area.
"We are pleased to have acquired a 100% interest in such prospective ground for staking costs," said Len Harris, President and CEO of Anglo Canadian. "Our properties are appealing on their own merits, and being in close proximity to Underworld's new discovery and one of the world's largest gold producing areas enhances their value. We are mobilizing exploration crews to collect additional data to help plan for a drilling program later this year."
Historical results contained in this press release are based on data and reports from previous exploration programs. The Company has not completed the work necessary to have the historical results verified by a Qualified Person. The property will require considerable future exploration which the Company and their consultants intend to carry out in due course.
Harmen Keyser, P.Geol. (NWT), an independent consulting geologist, is the qualified person responsible for NI 43-101 compliance in this news release.
As consideration of a 100% interest in these claims, the Company has paid Cdn $125,000 to the staker. These claims were acquired by bill of sale.
This acquisition and fee are subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.

News!!!
Anglo Canadian Uranium Corp. (TSX-V: URA) is pleased to announce the
completion of the First Phase exploration program on its newly acquired
claims near Princeton, B.C. The claims totalling 28 units are located
immediately south-southeast of the Copper Mountain pits.
Work consisted of establishing a sixteen hundred (1600) meter baseline,
some road improvements, and hand trenching of six (6) separate
mineralized showings. One trench extended over a distance of seventeen
(17) meters and exposed copper mineralization over the entire length. A
company geologist examined all workings and took representative samples
which have been sent to a lab for assay. Results will be reported as
soon as they are available. The assay results will help to determine
Phase Two of the exploration program.
Copper Mountain History
The Copper Mountain district has a lengthy history of exploration
beginning in the 1890's. Production commenced in 1923, and has been
suspended and restarted as new ore bodies were discovered in the area.
Initial production was initiated by Granby Consolidated Mining,
Smelting and Power Company with 31.5 million tonnes of ore grading
1.08% Copper extracted from underground excavations from 1925 to 1930,
and from 1937 to 1957. Additional exploration commenced in 1966 by
Newmont Mining Corporation of Canada, with production commencing in
1972 from the Ingerbelle deposit. The entire deposit was sold again in
1988 to Cassiar Mining Corporation which operated under the name
Similco Mines Ltd. The mine closed down in November 1996, due to low
strip ratio reserves, rising production costs, and additional necessary
capital expenditures. Total production from the district to 1993 was
1.7 billion pounds of copper, 8.4 million ounces of silver, and 0.62
million ounces of gold. Recent activity has been documented by Copper
Mountain Mining Corp. (CUM on TSX), with new discoveries identified,
and a 25% equity interest sold to Mitsubishi Materials Corporation for
$28.75 million Cdn. In addition, Mitsubishi has agreed to use
commerically reasonable efforts to arrange a significant project loan
and purchase all copper concentrate from the mine.

Yukon Exploration Results
Anglo Canadian Uranium Corp. (TSX-V: URA) is pleased to announce that preliminary exploration efforts on the Armenius Property in the White River-Dawson District have identified the potential for precious metal (gold and silver) mineralization.
The Company has compiled all geological/geochemical data and mining assessment reports from the Yukon Energy Mines and Resources and from private reports and also completed a preliminary reconnaissance program which resulted in the identification of a number of key targets requiring additional exploration.
Len Harris, President and CEO noted that "The property is immediately adjacent to a placer operation in Eureka Creek that has been profitably mined for more than a decade. The source of the gold from that operation is yet to be traced but is known to occur within altered schists that are thought to extend into the property area. Previous exploration efforts from the property noted the presence of a significant mineralized quartz vein and visible gold reported to occur within quartz stringers and localized shear zones. These require further investigation to determine their existence and areal extent."
Previous exploration from rock samples collected in the Eureka Creek area from a chlorite-quartz schist assayed 75.38 g/t gold and 22.2 g/t silver. The extent of this mineralized schist into the Armenius property requires detailed prospecting, possibly trenching and soil surveys to identify anomalous zones. If such zones exists these would then be further examined with geophysical surveys to identify drill targets.
Harris further noted, "Access to the area is excellent. High quality placer roads extend to the property area and the property is also traversed by a winter trail system that will be used to facilitate exploration efforts."
The Qualified Person for this report is Kevin Brewer, a registered professional geoscientist with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.

Additional Staking and Sampling Program Completed at YK Property,
White River Area, Yukon
Anglo Canadian Uranium Corp. (TSX-V: URA) is pleased to announce that
they have completed the staking of eight additional claims and a soil
sampling program at their YK Property located in the White River gold
district in Yukon. This property is situated within the Tintina Gold
Belt and now consists of 20 lode quartz claims situated approximately
30 kilometers north-east of Underworld Resources Inc's White Gold
property. This additional staking in the southern portion of the YK
property was undertaken to cover a 70 meter wide alteration zone
comprised of brecciated quartzites with pyrite mineralization
identified during a previous reconnaissance effort in the area
completed by the Company.
The Company has also completed a limited soil program adjacent and
north of the alteration zone in an attempt to determine its possible
extent and whether the area is anomalous for gold. The remainder of the
property also requires prospecting and detailed mapping to determine
its potential to host a White River style deposit. Current efforts are
intended to identify anomalies in the area and define drill targets for
the 2010 field season.
The Qualified Person for current research efforts and future project
efforts will be Kevin Brewer, a registered professional geoscientist
with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of

Acquisition of Additional Gold / Silver Claims at Lucky Boy Gold Project
Anglo Canadian Uranium Corp. (TSX-V: URA) (the "Company") is pleased to announce the acquisition of additional gold and silver claims at the Company's Lucky
Boy Gold Project located 100 km south of Kelowna, south-central British Columbia. This project lies 3 km outside of the town of Beaverdell within the Beaverdell Silver Mining Camp, and lies in close proximity to the Highland Bell Mine which produced 34.6 million ounces of silver, 25.6 million pounds of lead and 30.6 million pounds of zinc. Additional producing mines in this region include the Wellington Mine that produced 1.5 million ounces of silver. These claims lie contiguous to the crown grants currently held by the Company, and all lie within a historic silver producing region. All claims are held 95% by the Company, and are subject to a 2% Net Smelter Royalty. These claims were acquired due to the increased interest in precious metals and continuing strong price for both gold and silver.
The Lucky Boy Project has seen exploration beginning in 1920's and as recent as the late 1990's. Most recent work includes geophysical and geochemical work at a number of prospective anomalies. The primary vein trends westerly where it was previously mined at the Inco-Ackworth mine. In 1997, significant mineralization was outlined in the main structure. Adits have been driven along several parallel mineralized veins with gold, silver, copper, lead and zinc mineralization occurring within shear-hosted quartz veins, at the contacts of sedimentary and intrusive units and within skarn style setting. There is road access to the Lucky Boy property and water, power and accommodation available.
These additional claims were acquired for $1,000 and 100,000 common shares of the company.

Princeton Copper / Gold / Palladium 5000 Meter Drill Program Application
Anglo Canadian Uranium Corp. (TSX-V: URA) (the "Company") is pleased to announce the Company has recently filed an application to undertake a 5000 meter drill program at the Princeton Copper / Gold / Palladium project located adjacent to the Copper Mountain project in south-central British Columbia. This drill program will focus on areas of interest identified by the recently completed soil sampling program and extensive copper showings throughout the property.
The Company initiated exploration efforts on the property in 2009, and identified two drill targets at locations which will not require timber cutting, road work and have minimal environmental impact. These proposed drill locations are in areas of extensive copper showings and trenching. In summer 2010, the company completed grid sampling in the north and west of historical sampling which demonstrated a copper anomaly extending to the northwest. It is expected that approval to commence drilling will be received in the fourth quarter. Recent prospecting programs conducted by company geologists and consultants demonstrated highlights including samples of 43% Copper (Cu), 28.16 g/t Gold (Au), and 18.19 g/t Palladium (Pd), and a 3 metre chip sample from this showing revealed 15.76 % Copper, 12.26 g/t Gold an >10 g/t Palladium. Sampling results were assayed by ACME Analytical Laboratories of Vancouver, B.C.
The majority of areas to be tested lie closest to the Copper Mountain proposed super pit. Copper Mountain has recently signed debt financing agreements for $322 million to continue the development and construction of the proposed mine to produce 105 million pounds of copper per year by June 2011.

For the last 15 years, Russian missiles have powered one out of every 10 televisions in the United States. It was done through the "Megatons for Megawatts" program, a 15-year-old deal where Russian nuclear missiles became fuel for U.S. nuclear power plants.
The thing is, that deal will expire in 2013. And that's one reason uranium will likely be the next big commodity story... like oil's 250% run from 2005 to 2008 and gold's 180% gain from 2006 to 2010.
Investors who get in position now will see returns that good or better. Here's why...
We can't produce enough today to meet everyone's needs. Mines supply only about 80% of worldwide uranium demand. So we have to turn to old, outdated Cold War weapons. Once they're gone, we're going to need a whole lot more mine production. That's going to take years to come online.
As a result, we're likely to see a run on uranium supplies over the next couple years. The uranium market has already begun pricing in the coming shortage. That's just the beginning. You see, while we're running out of our marginal supply of uranium... we also have a massive nuclear renaissance underway. Over the next 12 years, Russia will build 26 new nuclear power plants, doubling its current uranium demand. We're seeing similar moves in China and India.
According to the International Atomic Energy Agency, world demand for uranium was 135.8 million pounds in 2009. That will likely rise to 201.1 million pounds by 2020. To meet that demand, we'd need to almost double the amount of uranium mined worldwide in just 10 years.
That's a tall order...So nuclear power companies and uranium miners alike are jostling for control of existing supply. The Russian state-owned nuclear group, Rosatom, recently bought 17% of Canadian uranium miner Uranium One. The deal gives Rosatom the right to purchase up to 20% of Uranium One's global uranium production.
In a similar move to grab future production, Korea Electric Power (KEPCO) agreed to buy 20% of junior uranium company Denison Mines' production.
The Chinese aren't sitting idly by, either. China Nuclear Energy Industry Corporation, a subsidiary of China's largest nuclear generator, signed a deal with Cameco, the world's biggest uranium miner by production, to buy 23 million pounds of uranium through 2020. And China Guangdong Nuclear Power, which is building more nuclear power plants than any other company in the world, is negotiating long-term supplies with Cameco as well.
Also, China National Nuclear Corporation, which oversees China's nuclear industry, recently announced an agreement with French uranium miner AREVA to buy 440 million pounds of uranium over the next 10 years for $3.5 billion. That's $79.55 per pound... a 34% premium to the current price of uranium.
Nuclear power companies can afford to pay those kinds of premiums to lock in fuel supplies. The cost of fuel makes up less than 4% of the cost to generate electricity. That means power companies are not all that "price sensitive." It won't make much difference to them if they pay $60 a pound or $150.
In other words, the sky is the limit for uranium prices.
There are several ways to invest. You can buy the biggest, most liquid name in the space, Cameco (CCJ). You could also buy the Global X Uranium Fund (URA), made up of 23 uranium stocks. Or you could do what I did in my S&A Resource Report, and buy a handful of the best small-cap uranium miners.
Regardless of the method, you need to be on board the new uranium bull market. It's a large-scale, global trend that will propel us to triple digit gains over the next few years.
Good investing,
Matt Badiali

Princeton welcomes return of mining riches with open arms
By Derrick Penner, Vancouver Sun
Monday, November 29, 2010
To get a sense of Princeton's status as a revived boom town, Mayor Randy McLean advises you to take a stroll down the town's main street and the bustle makes it pretty obvious.
The 340 construction workers building Copper Mountain Mining Co.'s $458-million copper and gold mine some 20 kilo-metres out of town are keeping motels full and restaurants busy long past the traditional end of Princeton's tourism season.
And the influx of mine workers (140 of its eventual 267 operating employees have been hired to date) has set off a flurry of real estate speculation and surge of new building.
"A couple of years ago, Friday and Saturday could be pretty busy with people coming in to do their shopping or get their mail and stuff," McLean said, and the town of 2,600 would be relatively quiet for the rest of the week.
"Now, it's as if it's Friday and Saturday every day of the week. Sunday is probably the only slow day. The rest of the time, it's jammed with traffic downtown."
McLean wouldn't say that Princeton was in the doldrums, but the longtime resident had noticed that a lot of the town's vibrancy had faded away after their mine's previous incarnation -- the Similco mine -- shut down in 1996, taking some 250 jobs with it.
The decline in volunteer-ism and participation in sports leagues and recreational clubs became noticeable, he added.
And there was less wealth to share outside the usually frenetic tourist season for the local service industry.
Princeton's forestry industry kept the town relatively stable, McLean said. Its sawmill and associated industries haven't seen the same shutdowns and job losses.
But the mayor has been keenly aware that his town has been left more or less dependent on a single industry, and one that is likely to be eroded by the advance of the mountain pine beetle. Of course, Princeton has seen mining booms before.
McLean was there in 1971 when Newmont Mining Corp. reopened the Similco mine after a hiatus that lasted from 1957, and said the town now shares that same atmosphere.
"It's an equivalent kind of feeling and enthusiasm and everything else to the community," McLean said.
For Copper Mountain Mining it is also somewhat of a return to Princeton and the mine site.
Company CEO Jim O'Rourke was president of Princeton Mining Corp., the company that bought the former mine from Newmont in 1988 and operated it until low metal prices and a need for an onerous level of reinvestment forced its closure in 1996.
In an interview, O'Rourke said the exploration and development Copper Mountain has undertaken since taking over the deposit in 2006 is essentially the work that would have been required to extend the life of Similco if metal prices and financial conditions were more favourable at the time.
The company is in the middle of building new ore-milling and maintenance facilities on site and has begun the pre-production mining that will see the old mine's three existing open pits joined together into a "super pit."
"It's kind of nice to go back and start a mine that you closed," O'Rourke added.
And O'Rourke is bringing back a considerable number of Similco's former workers.
The Japanese conglomerate Mitsubishi was Princeton's buyer for the ore that it produced, and at the time Similco closed, it identified a new resource outside of Houston, B.C. that it charged O'Rourke's company with developing and operating. O'Rourke said any Princeton employees came along to work at what became the Huckleberry mine, and now some of them are returning, including Art Pratico, who will be Copper Mountain's manager of operations.
"I always knew [the Princeton] mine would start up again," Pratico said. "I didn't think it would take this long."
Pratico started at the old Similco mine in 1971 as a truck driver and worked his way up to management in the late 1980s, and moved to Houston in 1997 after Similco closed.
However, being born and raised in Princeton, Pratico said he and his wife Linda are happy to be back.
"The town is booming and everybody is excited to be back," Pratico said.

Anglo Canadian Uranium Corp. Announces Completion of the First and Second holes at its 100% owned Princeton Copper / Gold / Palladium Project Located near Princeton, B.C.
Jan. 4, 2011 (TheNewswire.ca) --
Anglo Canadian Uranium Corp. (TSX-V: URA)(the "Company") is pleased to announce the completion of the first and second holes at its 100% owned Princeton Copper / Gold / Palladium Project located near Princeton, B.C. Drilling will re-commence after the winter Christmas break on or about January 15th, 2011.
The Princeton Project is situated in well mineralized Quesnel Terrane, about 4 km south of Pit 1 and Pit 2 of the Copper Mountain Project, very significant alkalic porphyry copper-gold deposits scheduled for production commencing in June 2011. The December drilling program at the Princeton property targeted the same porphyry style mineralization hosted by Triassic-Jurassic Takla Group island-arch volcanic assemblages and co-magmatic monzonite to diorite plutons. Volcanic and intrusive rocks, both are host to predominantly hypogene copper mineralization in zones of intense fracturing, brecciation and hydrothermal alteration. Sulfide mineralogy includes pyrite, chalcopyrite, chalcocite, bornite, and pyrrhotite with associated significant magnetite contents.
The first drill hole of the program, PT10-01, was drilled southerly at -45° and completed to a depth of 200 metres. It was designed to test the extent of copper mineralization beneath strongly fractured and altered monzonite outcrops containing chalcocite, chalcopyrite and malachite that returned assays of 0.3% Cu, 0.03 g/t Au and 2.9 g/t Ag. The hole PT10-01 intersected variably altered, fractured and brecciated mafic volcanic rocks intruded by subordinate, monzonite porphyry dykes of the Nicola Group. Both mafic volcanic and intrusives rocks have undergone fracture-controlled and locally pervasive hydrothermal alteration, dominated by albite-K-feldspar-epidote-chlorite-calcite-pyrite-magnetite, similar to alteration associated with mineralization encountered at the Copper Mountain Project. From 3.3 to 40.0 metres, strong fracturing and alteration has associated copper mineralization as fracture-controlled and disseminated malachite, chalcocite, chalcopyrite and occasional bornite in strongly brecciated and altered volcanic rocks. Lesser malachite-azurite, chalcocite and chalcopyrite is encountered on fractures and as disseminations at the deeper part of this hole, from 163 to 186 metres, in variably altered, narrow monzonite porphyry dyke.
The second hole, PT10-02 was collared about 50 m north of PT10-01 and drilled northerly at -45° to a depth of 205.0 metres. This drill hole as with PT10-01 targeted the interpreted mafic volcanic-intrusive contact, known to host copper and precious metal mineralization in the nearby Copper Mountain deposit. The dominant lithology intersected was altered, moderately magnetic, fine grained diorite, lesser mafic volcanics (andesite/andesite porphyry) and hybrid zones of intermixed andesite-diorite. Several late, relatively unaltered (post-mineral) dykes were encountered intruding the Nicola Group rocks. Similarly to hole PT10-1, the copper mineralization shows close spatial and temporal relationship with zones of intense fracturing, brecciation and alteration (albitization, propylitization and potassic alteration). Mineralization is typically fracture-controlled and disseminated intermittent intervals of malachite-azurite, chalcopyrite, chalcocite and minor bornite. The most significant mineralization is observed from 37 to 97 metres hosted in strongly altered and brecciated, magnetite-bearing diorite intrusive and subordinate andesite porphyry.
In both PT10-01 and PT10-02, copper mineralization characteristics including host-rock types, brittle deformation, alteration assemblages and sulfide and oxide mineralogy is believed to be similar to the Copper Mountain copper-precious metal porphyry system. All drill core has been sent to AcmeLabs in Vancouver, BC. Results are expected to be released during Q1 2011.
Field supervision of the drill program is under the direction of Dasha Duba, MSc. The company employs a QA/QC program that employs introduction of certified analytical standards and blanks as well as secure sample chain of custody of samples from drill to laboratory. Technical information contained in this news release was prepared under the supervision of Dasha Duba, MSc and has been reviewed by Warner Gruenwald, P.Geo who is a Qualified Person as defined under National Instrument 43-101.
The majority of areas to be tested lie closest to the Copper Mountain proposed super pit. Copper Mountain has recently signed debt financing agreements for $322 million to continue the development and construction of the proposed mine to produce 105 million pounds of copper per year by June 2011.

Phase One Drilling Assay Results for Princeton Project
Anglo Canadian Uranium Corp. (TSX-V: URA) (the "Company") is pleased to announce the receipt of the first two (2) drill holes from the Princeton Copper / Gold / Palladium project located near Princeton, B.C. These first two holes are part of a focused exploration program designed to target the same porphyry style mineralization hosted by Triassic-Jurassic Takla Group island-arch volcanic assemblages and co-magmatic monzonite to diorite plutons. This drill program was designed to test two surface showings known as the Road and West (1km west) showings. Results from three (3) additional holes at the West showings will be released in Quarter 1. An additional three (3) holes on the Road Showing are being split and logged and will be sent for assay shortly.
The first drill hole of the program, PT10-01, was drilled southerly at -45° and completed to a depth of 200 metres. The second hole, PT10-02 was collared about 50 m north of PT10-01 and drilled northerly at -45° to a depth of 205.0 metres. Both drill holes targeted the interpreted mafic volcanic-intrusive contact, known to host copper and precious metal mineralization in the nearby Copper Mountain deposit.
The above results demonstrate the Road showing hosts important copper mineralization and further drilling is planned to verify its' limits. The company employs a QA/QC program that employs introduction of certified analytical standards and blanks as well as secure sample chain of custody of samples from drill to laboratory. Technical information contained in this news release was reviewed by Jim Turner, P.Geo who is a Qualified Person as defined under National Instrument 43-101.

Hole PT10-06 was logged by Richard Culbert, P.Geo., Phd.
Hole PT10-06, was drilled vertical (-90°), between holes 1&2 (figure 4 below) and completed to a depth of 251 metres. The first drill hole of the program, PT10-01, was drilled southerly at -45° and completed to a depth of 200 metres. The second drill hole, PT10-02 was collared about 50 m north of PT10-01 and drilled northerly at -45° to a depth of 205.0 metres. Both drill holes targeted the interpreted mafic volcanic-intrusive contact, known to host copper and precious metal mineralization in the nearby Copper Mountain deposit.
Hole PT 10-06 encountered Nicola group volcanics from 0 to 127 metres, with a thin 2 m dike (Lost Horse) encountered from 127 to 129 metres. The copper mountain diorite continues to the end of the hole at 251 metres. Copper mineralization occurs over 19.5 metres starting at 106.5 metres. A thin felsic dike at 124 to 125 metres was not assayed. This section also contained anomalous amounts of nickel, cobalt and Molybdenum. A section from 247 to 250 metres near the bottom of the hole ran 0.93% Cu.
The majority of holes drilled to date have demonstrated copper mineralization characteristics including Nicola volcanics and sediments, copper mountain intrusives, lost horse dikes, alteration and sulphides similar to the Copper Mountain alkaline porphyry system.
The following is a summary of holes logged by David St. Clair Dunn. P.Geo., Phd:
``In summary, most of the core I logged was fine grained diorite intrusive or Nicola volcanics, both with varying amounts of propylitic alteration, minor pyrite and very minor chalcopyrite. This is what you would expect to see 0.5 to 1.5 kilometres from a copper porphyry ore body. There were also unaltered, post mineral felsic and lamprophyre dykes. More importantly, there were two intersections of a highly altered granitic dyke: Hole 11B 126.9m-137.8m and Hole 12 114.2m-116.1m. These dykes contained abundant pyrite and minor chalcopyrite in blebs, that is, not on fractures or in stringers. These two dykes are probably part of the Lost Horse Intrusives that are intimately associated with ore bodies in the Copper Mtn. mine. All of this leads me to believe that the company is exploring too high in the porphyry system and that there could be mineralized bodies similar to those being developed at the Copper Mtn. mine at depth. Whether it is better to just deepen some holes down to 1,000 metres or it is best to first carry out deep penetration IP first is probably the critical question at this point.``
The above results demonstrate the Road showing hosts important copper mineralization and further drilling is planned to verify its' limits. The company intends to complete a 3D-Induced Polarization survey in conjunction with drilling to further define this exciting mineralization encountered in the above section.
The company employs a QA/QC program that employs introduction of certified analytical standards and blanks as well as secure sample chain of custody of samples from drill to laboratory. Technical information contained in this news release was reviewed by Jim Turner, P.Geo., and David St. Clair Dunn, P.Geo., Phd, who are Qualified Persons as defined under National Instrument 43-101.

Anglo Canadian Initiating 3D IP Survey at Princeton Copper / Gold / Palladium Project
Anglo Canadian Uranium Corp. (TSX-V: URA) (the "Company") is pleased to announce the signing of a contract to conduct a 3D Induced Polarization and Magnetic survey at our Princeton Copper / Gold / Palladium project located near Princeton, B.C. SJ Geophysics of Delta, BC will conduct the survey, which will consist of a minimum of 25 line kilometres. This area lies contiguous with the Copper Mountain Mining claims, and is located 2.5 km from the Oriole zone within the Copper Mountain project area. SJ Geophysics will also conduct an experimental EM survey over the area drilled by the Company. The survey is part of a focused program to test the mineralized contact with volcanics and the Copper Mountain intrusives. This contact zone hosts most of the mineralization found elsewhere in the Princeton area and is most prominent on the Copper Mountain Project. This IP, Mag and EM survey will provide more insight on the location of the contact zone which hosts the majority of the mineralization.
The survey is designed to investigate alkaline porphyry style mineralization found on a drill section which includes holes PT10-01, 02 and 06, as previously reported on January 31 and March 28, 2011. Hole PT10-06 produced a high grade section of 2.0 metres of 4.08 % Cu at a depth of 125 metres and 0.71 % Cu over 19.5 metres in a vertical hole; and Holes 1 and 2 produced 50 metres of 0.154 % Cu and 47.5 metres of 0.18% Cu respectively. These results demonstrate the Road showing hosts important copper mineralization and further drilling is planned to verify its' limits.
Recent results announced by Copper Mountain Mining indicate the porphyry system carries to depth and hosts thicker intervals and higher grades of copper. Copper Mountain uses a 0.15% Cu cut-off, and has reported 518,600,000 tonnes grading 0.31% Cu for a Measured and Indicated Cu Resource of 3,226,000,000 pounds, and has 390,700,000 tonnes grading 0.23% Cu for an Inferred Cu Resource of 1,758,200,000 pounds.
