Naja, schwaches Management würde ich jetzt so nicht unterschreiben. Geplant war ja den Boden mit dem höhergradigen Silbergehalt im zweitem habjahr 2020 abzubauen für den Streik und Covid 19 konnte das Management nichts. Galena scheint ja nach Plan zu laufen und Relief Canyon läuft jetzt auch endlich nach anfänglichen Problemen wie kaputter radial stacker zu hoher Silbergehalt im Boden usw. an. Mexico sollte aber jetzt langsam wieder an den Start gehen.

ich habe nach langer Zeit ein bischen quergelesen in den 2020Q3-Berichten (FS + MD&A).

Ich war angesichts der operativen Schwierigkeiten etwas überrascht von der (vermeintlich) guten Qualität der Bilanz (auch wenn das Working Capital immer noch ~null ist, was es aber auch schon vor COVID19 war Ende 2019 und zuletzt wieder von außen Kapital zugeführt werden musste).

V.a. vor dem Hintergrund der Blockade/Besetzung in MEX (Cosalá Operations).

Dazu schreibt Americas Gold and Silver in den Notes to the condensed interim consolidated financial statements ganz allgemein:

Non-current assets are tested for impairment or impairment reversals when events or changes in circumstances suggest that the carrying amount may not be recoverable. No impairment or impairment reversal were identified for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2020 for each of the Company’s cash-generating unit, including nonproducing properties and properties placed under care and maintenance.

The Senator for Sinaloa and candidate for the candidacy for the Morena party for governor in the 2021 elections, Rubén Rocha Moya, was accused of belonging to a group of power that prevents the salary and labor improvements of the workers of the San Rafael mine in Cosalá, Sinaloa.


This morning during the morning press conference of the president of Mexico, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, evidence and a call for help from the Cosalá miners were presented to him, after the San Rafael mine has been closed since January for a union dispute.


Given these events, the President acknowledged that he is aware of the issue, but he thought it was already resolved and immediately requested the Secretary of Labor, Luisa María Alcalde, to initiate talks with the Mining Union, the workers of Cosalá and the Canadian company Americas Gold & Silver, in charge of exploiting the San Rafael mine.


This mine has about 300 workers and more than 327 families depend on the sources of employment that emanate from it and it is this group of workers together with their leaders, who accuse Senator Rubén Rocha Moya before the President of Mexico of being part of a power group with interests against that of the mine workers.


The miners assure that they do not have any type of medical security, they receive salaries of 250 pesos for 12 hours of work; In addition, the Canadian company is accused before the Mexican authorities of polluting the environment near the mine and of evading taxes by not clearly reporting the amount of minerals that it takes out of it.


The miners assure that those who impede negotiations between the company and the union is a group of power in which the names of Senator Rubén Rocha Moya, former Undersecretary Ricardo Peralta; Carlos Pavón Campos, deputy of the PRI and the union leader of the CTM, Javier Villarreal from Sonora, who have some kind of dark interest and in which it is intended to harm the miners.


As part of the tests, a photograph of a video taken on November 6 in the restaurant of the Hotel Lucerna was shown, in which Senator Rubén Rocha Moya and former Undersecretary Ricardo Peralta are shown in which they would be talking about the issue of the mine San Rafael.

Dave E. ist ein Trüffelschwein unter den EM Mining Firmen.

Soweit ich weis ist er selbst in dem Unternehmen investiert und hält viel von der Geschichte die USAS aufbaut.

Americas hat sich restrukturieret und einen klaren Focus auf PM genommen. Der Markt hält es Ihnen nach das Mexiko Projekt still steht und will es nicht wahr haben dass in den anderen Bereichen gute Arbeit geleistet wurde.

MUX und USAS sind die einzigen mir bekannten Unternehmen die von dem Gold und Silber run des Jahres nichts hatten. Dabei sind beide sehr stark für EM Abbau aufgestellt(man darf das Kupfer Projekt bei MUX nicht vergessen).

Ich werde selber eine Position bei USAS bis zum Ende des Jahres aufbauen.

In Mexico läuft auch nix und bis Galena mal Geld verdient steht auch in den Sternen.
Ich hatte hier mehr erwartet, aber auser viel Geld zu verbrennen hat man hier nicht viel gschafft jedenfalls nix was die aktuelle Bewertung rechtfertigt.
2021 kann nur besser werden.

Jetzt ist zumindest der im Vergleich zu anderen Minern überdurchschnittliche Absturz der vergangenen Woche klar. Ich hoffe, es geht irgendwann, wenn die meisten die Verwässerung nicht mehr so auf dem Schirm haben und jetzt endlich bei der Produktion mal alles glatt läuft und der Goldpreis nicht unerwartet einbricht, nochmals hoch, denn dann bin ich sofort raus. Die Firma wird Jahre an Gewinnen benötigen, um die Finanzierungen zurückzuzahlen und die Minen produzieren ja nicht unendlich lange. Habe mir eigentlich viel erhofft. Na ja, bisher waren meine Hoffnungen bei einem Invest immer ein Kontraindikator. Warum sollte es dieses Mal anders sein? Aber das ist nicht das Thema hier.

Americas Gold and Silver Corporation’s focus has begun shifting to exploration to extend the asset’s mine life, as it is confident that significant exploration potential exists on the 11 700 ha land package. The company estimates that only 20% of the property has been explored so far.

The company is looking to add mineral resources at the southern end of the ultimate pit and has identified two targets, the South Pit Extension and SW Target with infill drilling, which could extend the mine life of the currently planned pit.

In addition, two satellite areas on the property will be targeted, including the Coal Canyon target and the Blackjack target, which have both shown early potential with additional drilling and mapping planned in the near term.

And America’s Gold & Silver (symbol USAS in the United States and USA in Canada) is one of those where if you look at the results that they’ve been putting out on their Galena property, the intercepts that they are seeing, and the discovery of the new silver zone in the hundreds of grams per tonne (800-900 grams per tonne silver), I mean it is fascinating, it is really interesting. Plus there is like 2%-5% copper on top of that. And so in terms of equivalent, you are looking at 40+ ounces of gold equivalent per tonne. Well that’s like $1,000+ per tonne material, like something the ‘old timers’ would see. Plus they are finally getting good results at Relief Canyon — their gold project.

And it looks like they are finally going to get started back in Mexico. They are getting agreements done with all of the various parties. They are finally getting that sorted out with the help of the federal government. So things are finally coming together and the stock is selling for less than .4 NAV (Net Asset Value). Well, I love buying a thing for 40 cents on the dollar and then being able to sell them at full (plus rising) NAV. And that’s why I’ve been saying to you that it’s a great deal and why I’ve been picking up stock in the market. And yes, I do own about 5% of the company.”

Andere Minengesellschaften verdienen in diesen Zeiten massiv Geld, zahlen Schulden zurück und Dividende und USA benötigt immer wieder Geld. Was funktioniert bei diesem Unternehmen überhaupt?
Sprott kauft demnächst sicher noch gerne einige Prozente von Galena.
Relief Canyon müsste schon einige Monate cash-flow liefern, aber auch dort nur Probleme.

Darren Blasutti hat doch erst Ende Januar verwässert und 34Mio. CAD finanzielle Mittel eingeworben. Bei den letzten Interviews wirkte der CEO nur noch ausgelaugt und ratlos.

Da können einem die gutgläubigen Aktionäre nur leidtun!

Aber ich hoffe, dass ich mich vielleicht irre und es doch einmal anders kommt. Die Hoffnung stirbt zuletzt, aber letztendlich stirbt sie.

ich bin selbst kein Glücklicher Anleger von USAS(Mit knapp - 20% des Einstiegspreises) was mich bewogen hat am Freitag den Hörer zu nehmen und die Firma anzurufen.

Darren und sein Team haben sehr viel Kredit verspielt und in den guten Silber/Goldphase verschlafen das richtige zu machen. Wobei Covid und die Mexiko Behörde dem Unternehmen nicht in die Karten gespielt haben. Für die Gold/Silber Konsolidierung kann weder das mgm noch das Unternehmen etwas.

Man muss sehen wo das Unternehmen her kommt, was erreicht wurde und was vor uns steht. Gute Relief Canion Zahlen, Steigende Produktion in Galena und Wiedereröffnung bei Cosala sollten dem USAS Aufschwung geben.

MUX und wir sind die zwei die nicht wirklich von dem ersten Goldanstieg Profitiert haben, jedoch glaube ich das wir beide es jetzt werden und aus meiner Sicht haben wir hier mehr potenzial.

Leider hat sich Darren Blasutti in den letzten 1-2 Jahren verpokert und Pech kam natürlich auch dazu. Vor Jahren hat er bei USA ein guten Job gemacht. Die letzten Interviews mit Darren Blasutti, die ich gesehen habe, lassen mich nur wenig Vertrauen in die kurzfristige Performance haben.
USA muss Relief Canjon endlich wie geplant ins Laufen bringen - dann erzielt man auch ordentlich cashflow. Wenn nicht, ja dann....?

Man lese auch diese Vereinbarung aus der letzten Finanzierung:
"The debenture is secured by the Company’s interest in the Galena Complex and will be secured by the shares of one of the Company’s Mexican subsidiaries."

Dann lese oder höre ich manchmal "alleine Galena sei so wertvoll wie die MK von USA"!
Aber USA besitzt nur noch 60% und die anderen 40% hat Sprott für 20Mio. US$ erworben. Ich sehe hier vielmehr die Gefahr, dass USA bei ungünstigem Verlauf den gesamten Galena Complex verliert - siehe hierzu auch die vorgenannte Vereinbarung.

Sprott hätte diese Silbermine sicher gerne zu 100% - oder?

Da ich derzeit diese Gefahren sehe bin ich seit einiger Zeit nicht in USAS investiert. Potential sehe ich sehr wohl - die Entscheidung fällt aus meiner Sicht in diesen Monaten aber in Nevada.

Dieses Ergebnis muss man als Produzent erst man erzielen ! Alle Achtung - immerhin sogar 10,2Mio. US$ Umsatz. Das riecht gewaltig nach weiterem Geldbedarf - damit kennt sich Darren Blasutti aber bestens aus und für 10Mio. US$ übernimmt Sprott sicher gerne weiter 20% von Galena.

den Teil hatte ich noch gar nicht gelesen. Wahnsinn was der CEO in diesen Zeiten aus diesem Laden gemacht hat. Bei den letzten Interviews von Darren Blasutti war der Angstschweiß und die Verzweiflung durch den Monitor zu spüren. Jetzt wird mit dem ATM-Programm der letzte Joker gezogen.

Es gibt kein PP!
Das verkündete Instrument ist viel, viel schöner! Es ist ein ATM-Programm und USA verschafft sich darüber je nach Bedarf Liquidität. Bei fallenden Kursen gibt das eine gewaltige Verwässerung. Jedenfalls konnte man keine gewöhnliche PP mehr platzieren und es wurden auch bereits Eigentumsrechte verpfändet! Ich vermute tatsächlich das USA den Galena-Complex in naher Zukunft opfern muss und Sprott diese Mine komplett übernimmt.

Hier ein Ausschnitt aus der Meldung:

Wenn wir zum Ende des Bullenmarktes kommen wird alles nach oben geprügelt was den Begriff Gold und Silber im Namen hat.... Schau dir einfach mal den Chart an, dann weißt du wann dieser AG regelmäßig das Ende angedichtet wird und wie schnell es dann zum Gegenteil kommt! Auch im letzten Bullenmarkt gab's hier echt üble Zeiten.... Dann über Nacht steil nach oben!

hmhh, hab schlampig bzw. gar nicht vor Kauf recherchiert und bin völlig baff, was für eine Klitsche das offensichtlich ist. Hatte auf KITCO ein Interview mit der Mining-Legende Pierre Lassonde gesehen. Er ist fett in der Company drin. Ob er pump and dump betreibt kann ich mir bei seiner Reputation nicht vorstellen.
Gibt es Eurer Ansicht nach denn eine wirklich tragfähige Perspektive für die Company?
Hat man vielleicht bewusst den ganzen Horror auf den Tisch gelegt, um grossen Adressen den Einstieg zu versüßen?

Das Problem ist, dass jedes mal wenn die die Karte des "ATM Program" ziehen eine Menge neuer Aktien auf den Markt kommen die dieser "verdauen muss". 50M is ne Menge Holz, und ganz blöd werden die ja auch nicht sein, soll heißen, dass sie schön warten werden dass sich der Kurs etwas erholt, bevor die nächste Tranche auf den Markt kippen.

Wenn überhaupt vielleicht mit ner "Stop buy Order" für den Fall dass News von Belang rauskommen, aber ich fass die Bude lieber erstmal nicht mehr an.

Summary

Americas Gold And Silver released its Q1 results this week, and took the cake for the worst report of the sector, with a massive net loss per share of $0.72.
Relief Canyon continues to massively underperform the mine plan, and what was supposed to be a cash-flow machine for the company, but has been a headache since the first gold pour.
Given the disastrous start to the year, we should see another year of net losses per share, and more dilution is likely around the corner, weighing on annual EPS.
There's no question that the stock looks cheap, but the goal is to buy great companies at cheap prices, and with constant misses, there's no way to have confidence in this team to deliver.

Moin, ist die Platzierung neuer Aktien bereits durch, oder kommt das erst noch?

Die Investition von Legenden wie Sprott und Lasange schützt auch vor Absturz nicht!

Ich hatte in meinem Statement vorher betont dass Casala definitiv nicht dem Management geschuldet ist und auch dafür plädiert dass es besser wird nach der Telco - da man Casala wieder Betriebsfrei stellt. Jedoch ist RC voll auf die Kappe des Managements zu schreiben. Eine Mine die zu Cash Cow werden sollte ist jetzt ein riesen Problem.

Ich weiß nicht warum Blasutti sich jetzt so eindeckt, denn auf der nächsten Versammlung darf er mMn gehen. Er und sein Team sind nicht Tragbar bei den jetzt gegebenen Umständen.

Ein Invest in USAS ist zur Zeit dead money und wird leider Zeit brauchen um sich wieder Vertrauen der Anleger zu gewinnen. Es kann unter Umständen sein dass der Bull Run dann zu Ende ist wenn RC als Problem gelöst wurde.

Ich bin hier mit 5% meines Portfolio drin und werde erst mal die Stücke auf long legen mit der Hoffnung, wie Joe geschrieben hat, dass es ein Wunder gibt zum Ende der Gold/Silber phase

Die Problembehandlung wird sicherlich nicht von heute auf morgen geloest - ich vermute durch den Management change auch noch mal verzoegert - dadurch ist aus meiner sicht eine positive Entwicklung des Sentiments wenig relevant - leider.

An dieser Stelle kann es nur 2 logische Erklärungen geben, weil ich nun nicht den Consultant und seinen Technical Report zu Relief Canyon bashen will (aber **immer** gilt: Exploration ist Käse => Technical Report ist Käse => Minenbetrieb ist Käse):

ich bin hier nur loser Beoachter (der den TR zu Relief Canyon von 2018/Pershing Gold nur nach Stichwörtern durchsuchte), aber ab nun wird es mMn für Americas Gold and Silver (USAS) ganz schwer.

Wie USAS am 17.5. geschrieben hat, gräbt man nun quasi um das kohlenstoffhaltige Material (~) herum --> "Additional efforts focussed on improving mining selectivity including the use of a hydraulic excavator operating on split (10 foot) benches when required."

Hinzu kommt noch dieses schwerwiegende Problem: "Phase 2 mining, which commenced in late Q4‐2020/early Q1‐2021, has demonstrated a more structurally complex area than initially interpreted, caused by additional faults and folds."

Aber zurück zu (~): laut AIF2020 hat und nutzte USAS bislang u.a. dieses:

TORONTO, ONTARIO - July 21, 2021 - Americas Gold and Silver Corporation (TSX: USA) (NYSE American: USAS) (“Americas” or the “Company”) is pleased to provide an update to the re-opening plan for the Company’s Cosalá Operations.

After signing an agreement with the Mexican government and the SNM Union (“Union”) to permanently re-open the Cosalá Operations on July 6, 2021, the Company jointly inspected the facilities with Union representatives and Government Labour inspectors. Both the mine and the mill appear to be in good condition. A re-start plan has been developed by local management and reviewed by the Corporate office.

Mexican government inspectors from the Mexican Ministry of Labour will be in Cosalá this week to review the re-start plans, which will allow the Company to begin recalling employees immediately following the completion of the inspection assuming compliance with the terms of the July 6, 2021 agreement.

Based on the favourable condition of the mine, the Company anticipates that both the mine and the mill will be operating by the end of August 2021 and for the Cosalá Operation to be at full capacity by the start of Q4-2021. The operation also has approximately 70,000 tonnes of ore in stockpile that can be processed as a contingency.

Once production has been initiated, it is anticipated that the current higher silver prices will allow the Company to target the higher-grade silver ores in the Upper Zone of San Rafael and develop the silver-copper EC120 project. Mining these silver-rich areas of the Cosalá Operations is expected to significantly increase silver production to over 2.5 million ounces of silver per annum in the years following the re-start. Coupled with the exploration success at the Galena Complex in Idaho, where the Company is targeting to reach peak historical annual production levels of approximately 5 million ounces per year, the Company expects to significantly increase silver production over the next few years.

Zu dieser AG wird immer nur positives und für die Zukunft rosiges geschrieben. Aber die AG bleibt im Silbersektor einer der schlechtesten AG`s die es überhaupt gibt. Lustig ist, dass es einer der ersten Werte in meinem Depot war die ich als Aktien von Minenaktien gekauft habe. Aber auch der schlechteste von meinen 30 Minenaktien die ich habe....Ich habe jetzt nochmal eine Position nachgekauft da wir hier an der Stelle durchaus eine Gegenbewegung vollziehen könnten. Kommt diese, werde ich sobald ich +/- 0 erreiche das Weite suche.....Denn eine Sache hat das Management beeindruckend gezeigt. Sie sind nicht in der Lage einen Mehrwert / Outperformance gegenüber den Gesamtmarkt zu erzielen. Wir stehen jetzt auf einen Niveau wo wir auch schon 2015 standen, da stand Silber bei unter 15 USD heute stehe wir bei über 25 USD. Selbst mit physisches Silber hätte man mehr Geld als mit dieser AG verdient. Wenn sie es jetzt nicht geschafft haben für den Aktionär einen positiven Mehrwert zu erwirtschaften, wann dann? Wenn Silber bei 500 USD steht vielleicht.....

Danke für die Auffrischung Das hatte ich irgendwie schon wieder ganz beiseite gewischt. Obwohl ich mich damals noch tierisch darüber aufgeregt habe. Ich dachte mir damals, warum man so etwas in der Situation macht. Es war für mich übersetzt "momentan möchten wir nicht das der Kurs steigt, wir machen alles das er niedrig bleibt". Vielleicht gibt es ein Interesse, dass der Kurs unten gehalten wird oder noch tiefer gehen soll. So eine AG billig zu übernehmen hat natürlich so sein Geschmäckle... Dennoch traurig wie man so eine Unternehmenspolitik betreiben kann...schade...

Erfahrungsgemäß ist ein ATM-Programm eine der letzten Finanzierungsmöglichkeiten, wenn die Investoren nicht mehr gewillt eine weitere Kapitalerhöhung zu zeichnen. Dieses Instrument war und ist bei erfolglosen Biotechs auch sehr beliebt und meistens laufen die Kurse dann Richtung 0.
Weiterhin ist es für den CEO ein schönes Instrument monatlich die Löcher zu stopfen ohne groß Erklärungen abgeben zu müssen und mit 50Mio. US$ hat er sich einen ordentlichen Rahmen geschaffen.
Schau Dir doch einfach die Umsätze von USA an - da wird doch kein Geld verdient! Bringt Darren Blasutti "Relief Canjon" nicht schnell in die Spur, dann ist USA Galena ganz schnell los - soweit ich weiß ist der USA-Anteil an Galena an Sprott verpfändet für Sprott-Kredite. Ich bin hier sehr skeptisch - Einstieg erst wenn Relief Canjon cashflow generiert! Meine Meinung und Gruß.

Ja wer hätte das gedacht. Was wurden alles für rosa rote Wolken über diese AG geschürt..... Nun steht sie da als einer der schlechtesten AG's im Gold und Silberbereich.... Der Kurs wird weiter gedrückt und irgendwann zwischen 0,50 und 1 Euro kommt dann die Nachricht, dass diese scheiß 50 Mio eingefädelt von diesem miesen Managements ausgeübt wurden.... Und hinter dem Vorhang klopfen sie sich gegenseitig mit Champagner auf die Schultern wie sie ein weiteres Mal die Kleinaktionäre über den Tisch gezogen haben.... Diesem Management gehört definitiv das Handwerk gelegt...

Ich investiere in diese Bude nichts mehr, war mein letzter Versuch und genug Geld ist verbrannt...immer wieder kommen aus irgendeiner Ecke neue Gründe die für das Versagen des perfiden Management herhalten müssen. Wenn die Produktion in Mexico wirkllich in diesem Jahr wieder anläuft, wird man frühstens im Q1 2022 dort wieder Gewinne erwirtschaften und ob das reicht die Schulden und die Kosten der anderen Minen zu finanzieren wage ich zu bezweifeln.

Ich habe jetzt gerade meine letzten Stücke verkauft - und das mit einem fünfstelligen Verlust. Es ist einfach ein Fehler, sich in eine Aktie zu verlieben; allerdings bin ich seit 2008 dabei und eher mit dem Kostolany-Spruch „Kaufen und sich schlafen legen“ groß geworden, eine - wie sich hier gezeigt hat - einfach dumme und nicht mehr zeitgemäße Strategie. Habe hier immer gehofft, dass das noch richtig etwas wird; zumindest habe ich gedacht, dass bei drei Projekten mit Relief Canyon, Cosalá und Galena eine gewisse Absicherung vorhanden ist und nicht allzu viel nach unten passieren kann. Dass das Ganze aber in solch einer Katastrophe enden könnte, lag völlig abseits meiner Vorstellungskraft. Für mich ist das Kapitel gemäß dem Motto „Lieber ein Ende mit Schrecken als Schrecken ohne Ende“ nun beendet und ich werde eine Aktie aus dem Minenbereich höchstens noch einmal zum Traden anpacken.

Diese AG fällt eigentlich schon ewig. Wir befinden uns seit 1 Jahr ca in einem neuen Bärenmarkt was Gold / Silber/ Minenaktien angeht. Es kommt drauf an wo dann Gold / Silber im neuen Bärenmarkt landen ob dann noch Geld für irgendwas übrig bleibt ....Aber am Ende sollte man bei so einem Management einen großen Bogen um diese AG machen...denke nächstes Ziel sollte nun das letzte Bärenmarkttief sein ca. 0,50 USD....

was willst Du hier zocken? mit 150Mio. US$ noch viel zu teuer - kein cash, keine Schuldentragfähigkeit mehr gegeben - wer soll die Kredite wie zurückzahlen? Anteil an Galena ist an Sprott verpfändet! Da ist aus meiner Sicht leider keine Substanz mehr vorhanden.
Und gegen die Klage muss sich USA auch im Rechtsstreit wehren. Und der CEO hat seine Aktionäre lange im Unklaren gelassen und in Interviews aus meiner Sicht unzutreffende Aussagen getätigt.
Es gibt viele interessante und günstige Miner - warum USA?

Respekt, dafür das du dir immer noch so viel Arbeit machst, mit dieser Schrottaktie. Die aber auch wieder steigen wird, sobald Gold und Silber abheben werden. Ob es dann langfristig ist, werden wir sehen, Voraussetzung, das Vertrauen ist bei den Analysten und Aktionären wieder hergestellt. Hoffe wir werden den Tag noch erleben. Warte noch etwas ab, bis ich hier nochmals investiere, gibt mittlerweile so viele gute Minenaktien, die nach oben möchten und vor allem auch fundamental dahin gehören.

Hallo jacomo,

Nach meiner Ansicht ist die Market Cap ziemlich niedrig für das Portfolio. USAS ist eher high risk/high reward. Wenn Mexico wieder läuft sollte USAS über den Berg sein, ich hoffe das alles glatt läuft aber sicher sein kann man sich da nicht. Ohne Cosala wird es in der Tat schwierig mit Cash.

Viel Dilution kann Blasutti nicht mehr machen mit seiner ATM at the market, das verkraftet der Kurs nicht.

Cosala ist derzeit insbesondere eine Zinc Mine. Zinc ist jetzt bei über $1,50

Im folgenden einige positive Aspekte aus dem Video (ohne Gewähr, man kennt Blasutti ja...)

Galena produziert ab Q3 jetzt 330 tsd ounces Silver, in Q2 und Q1 waren es so um die 230 tsd.

Genug cash in der Kasse für schwierige Zeiten haben die auf jeden Fall nicht. Wenn es gut läuft ohne weitere Schwierigkeiten in Mexico ist laut CEO "the risk of further equity dilution significantly reduced".

Die Gretchenfrage wird denke ich wie es mit Relief Canyon weitergeht und wieviel Kohle für den Restart gebraucht wird. Cosala dürfte im Quarter so um die 7-8 Million Gewinn machen. Galena braucht auch weitere Investitionen. (Galena Complex targeting 2 million ounces from current infrastructure with replacement of Galena shaft and continued development of 3700 and 4300 levels (approximate capital of $20 million on a 100% basis))

Highlights

For Q1-2022, consolidated attributable production totalled approximately 300,000 silver ounces and 1,274,000 silver equivalent[1] ounces. This represents a 45% increase in silver production and an 80% increase in silver equivalent production compared with Q4-2021.
The Company estimates consolidated Q1-2022 cash cost[2] per silver ounce of negative $9.55 per ounce and consolidated Q1-2022 all-in sustaining cost2 per silver ounce of $0.42 per ounce.
Silver production is expected to continue to increase into the second half of 2022 as production ramps-up into the higher-silver grade Upper Zone of the San Rafael deposit at the Cosalá Operations and the Galena Hoist project at the Galena Complex is completed.
The Company’s silver equivalent production guidance remains at 4.8 to 5.2 million ounces in 2022 with further increases forecast at 7.0 to 7.4 million ounces in 2024, increases of approximately 240% and 375%, respectively, compared with 2021.
The balance sheet continues to improve with the resumption of mining at the Cosalá Operations in Q4-2021 and stronger metal prices. The Company has a cash and cash equivalents balance of $7.1 million as of March 31, 2022, compared with a cash and cash equivalents balance of $2.9 million as of December 31, 2022. The working capital deficit is estimated to also have improved since December 31, 2021 as a result of increased production and cash flows from the Cosalá Operations and notification of loan forgiveness under the U.S. CARES Act.

uuh, ist eine Klitsche. Ich bin vor 2 Jahren rein, weil der ehemalige Boss von FrancoNevada an Bord ist. Aber viel zu früh, bin 70 Prozent im Minus. Wenn sie ihre Mine in Nevada an den Start bekämen wäre das wohl ein game changer. Da gibt es technische Probleme.

Die letzten Monate ging es ja überall stark in den Keller, hier schaut's zumindest mal nach Bodenbildung aus.

Hole 49-626 encountered high-grade mineralization approximately 10 meters above the 5500 Level and approximately 350 meters east of the nearest development on the 5500 Level. This area contains no current mineral reserve or mineral resource and has potential to be a new high-grade zone production zone for the property.

Wir bewegen uns langsam in die richtige Richtung, nur noch ein Verlust von 2 Cent, ein weiteres Quartal, um profitabel zu werden und der Silberpreis über $ 30,00 liegt, dann brennt hier die Hüte. Heute zu 0,37 Nachgekauft.

Die konsolidierte zurechenbare Silberproduktion im dritten Quartal 2023 stieg um 17% auf rund 0,39 Millionen Unzen gegenüber rund 0,33 Millionen Unzen im dritten Quartal 2022.
Konsolidiertes zurechenbares Silberäquivalent1 Die Produktion im dritten Quartal 2023 betrug ungefähr 1,0 Millionen Unzen, verglichen mit ungefähr 1,3 Millionen Unzen im dritten Quartal 2022. Die gemeldete Silberäquivalentproduktion wurde im dritten Quartal 2023 gegenüber dem dritten Quartal 2022 von höheren Silberpreisen und niedrigeren Zinkpreisen beeinflusst, da das Unternehmen in seinen Berechnungen realisierte Quartalspreise verwendet. Diese Preisänderungen wirkten sich negativ auf die Berechnung der Silberäquivalente im dritten Quartal 2023 im Vergleich zum dritten Quartal 2022 aus.

Darüber hinaus hat der Bergbau in der Übergangszone zwischen der oberen Zone von San Rafael und der Zone 120 begonnen, wobei bisher etwa 10.000 Tonnen abgebaut wurden. Das Unternehmen erwartet kurzfristig einen Anstieg der Silberproduktion aufgrund der höherwertigen Silbergebiete in der oberen Zone und der Übergangszone.
Die Produktion wird voraussichtlich im vierten Quartal 2023 für den Kalender 2023 am höchsten sein. Beide Betriebe erreichen jetzt die höchsten Silbernoten des Jahres.

Gegen Ende des dritten Quartals 2023 konnte der Galana-Komplex aufgrund der Verfügbarkeit mobiler Minengeräte keine gezielte Erzproduktion aufrechterhalten. Das Problem wurde weitgehend gelöst, und obwohl Verbesserungen zu spät waren, um sich positiv auf die Ergebnisse des dritten Quartals 2023 auszuwirken, hatte der Oktober einen starken Start. Das Unternehmen hat einen spezialisierten Auftragnehmer gefunden, der im November die schwer beschädigten Meter des Galena-Schachtes reparieren wird.

Die Cosalá Operations produzierten im dritten Quartal 2023 ungefähr 178.000 Unzen Silber, 2,8 Millionen Pfund Blei und 9,0 Millionen Pfund Zink, verglichen mit ungefähr 186.000 Unzen Silber, 3,8 Millionen Pfund Blei und 9,4 Millionen Pfund Zink im dritten Quartal 2022. Die Produktion während des Quartals wurde durch eine kumulierte Betriebszeit von 14 Tagen verlorener Mühle aufgrund starker Niederschlags- und Rückstandswartung negativ beeinflusst. Der Großteil des Rückgangs der Silberäquivalentproduktion im Vergleich zum Vorjahreszeitraum ist auf 25% höhere realisierte Silberpreise und 25% niedrigere realisierte Zinkpreise zurückzuführen, Auswirkungen auf die Berechnung um 0,3 Millionen Unzen. Die Produktion wird voraussichtlich im vierten Quartal 2023 steigen und von den höherwertigen Silberflächen in der oberen Zone der San Rafael-Mine und der Lagerproduktion aus der Lagerstätte der Zone 120 profitieren.

..bin auch weiter am Nachkaufen, im Moment bei Impact Silver. Schon unglaublich, Zahlen waren ok und die Aussichten. Auch da, Kurse wie bei einem Explorer, wo man noch gar nicht weis, ob überhaupt produziert wird. Impact hat vor nicht so langer Zeit bei 70-80 Cent gestanden, jetzt bekommt man sie für 0,12...und die Zahlen sind nicht schlechter. Verstehe ich nicht mehr..
