Denn neben Tongling Nonferrous Metals sind auch noch Teck Resources und Korea Zinc Großaktionäre und Investoren in ZincX Resources. Aber des sollte auch rausgeholt werden,so Schätzungen hören sich immer sehr toll an .Es sollten jetzt auch mal taten folgen .Und Zincx sollte sich da auch nicht auf andere Unternehmen oder sogenannte Investoren verlassen ,die wollen nur billig rein !! Und Billig nach den vielen Kommentaren sind die ja schon !!

Pensionplan20 -- in the current resource market I think a company can spend alot of $$$ (and time and energy) flying around trying to promote -- and wind up with very little interest / results to show for all that effort and expense. The resource market is so bad right now (and has been for such a long time). It seems like Varshney is currently focused on discussions with potential strategics and mining groups. Hopefully the efforts pay off. We know the resource / deposit / company is worth perhaps 10x what is currently trading at !!

I do follow a number of zinc plays (TK, NZC, FOM, FWZ etc)...if one looks at them all closely (size of deposit, grade, metallurgy, juridiction / location, ease of access, exploration potential) -- as I said before ZNX clearly stands out at the top, in my opinion.

Yes, ilikezn, I guess you are right about promoting. It's better to be prudent on shareholder's money, enough examples on the exchange where companies think otherwise...and, as the project is still growing (let's see what this year's drill results will be), it will eventually promote itself. I hope that this, or otherwise next year, a deal is possible. Before that, I would like to accumulate on these ridiculous SP-levels. Confident about the project. Ich bin der Meinung, dass diese aktuelle "Bestätigungsbohrung" dazu dient, um die finale Entscheidung eines Majors zu vereinfachen, und diesen letztendlich zu überzeugen.
Deshalb vermutlich auch die vermeintlich geringe Meterzahl der Bohrungen...
Wie ich bereits erwähnt hab: stimmen die Ergebnisse, ist Zincx vom Markt verschwunden und alle sagen: Peeyush, alles richtig gemacht...! 😁

Looks like the aggressive seller out of Cormark is finally out (must have been some fund manager being forced to sell due to fund redemptions). I think time to start buying again as the offer side looks pretty clean now.

Hopefully moves back to proper valuation over the coming weeks - with the drill program well underway ! It's incredible -- in a "proper" market - ZNX has to be worth $1.50 minimum per share

Es sieht so aus, als ob der aggressive Verkäufer von Cormark endgültig ausfällt (muss ein Fondsmanager gewesen sein, der aufgrund von Fondsrücknahmen zum Verkauf gezwungen wurde). Ich denke, es ist Zeit, wieder mit dem Kauf zu beginnen, da die Angebotsseite jetzt ziemlich sauber aussieht.

Wir hoffen, dass wir in den kommenden Wochen wieder zu einer ordnungsgemäßen Bewertung zurückkehren können - und das Bohrprogramm bereits angelaufen ist! Es ist unglaublich - in einem "richtigen" Markt muss ZNX mindestens 1,50 USD pro Aktie wert sein

2010 bin ich eingestiegen 2010, 2011, 2012, 2016 nachgekauft - schooooon viele Jahre.
Wenn sie nur die Akie Liegenschaft verkaufen (nicht ganze Firma) die ca 30% der Fläche
aller Liegenschaften ausmacht müssten ca. 2 - 5% des Wertes bezahlt werden.
Bei ca. 6,5 mrd € sind das ca. 130 - 325 mio €
Bei ca. 167 mio Aktien sind nur das ca. 0,80 - 2,00 € pro Aktie + REST Liegenschaften.

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / July 30, 2019 / ZincX Resources Corp. (“ZincX Resources” or “the Company”, TSX Venture Exchange: ZNX) is pleased to provide an update on the diamond drilling program on the Akie Project. The Company previously announced a 2,500 metre large-diameter HQ diamond drilling program that will focus on the Cardiac Creek deposit and build on the positive and robust results from the 2018 Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA).

Highlights

Over half of the planned program has been completed with greater than 1,250 metres drilled.
Two holes have been drilled to their intended depths with a third to be completed shortly on high priority targets within the high-grade core of the Cardiac Creek deposit.
Samples have been submitted for analysis from the first two holes with results expected in late summer to early fall.
2019 Exploration Program

Drill Objectives:

The 2019 exploration program has focused on the central high-grade core of the deposit targeting the initial five years of future mine production identified in the PEA. The program is designed to:

Provide additional close-spaced drill intercepts to increase confidence in the current resource model
Extend the high-grade core of the deposit further to the southeast
The 2019 drilling program will also allow for the collection of key technical data including:

The collection of geotechnical and geomechanical data to improve the understanding of the rock mass characteristics of the deposit and provide advanced engineering data for future underground mine design
The ongoing collection of structural data to assess ground support requirements and provide input data for stope dimensions
Cardiac Creek Deposit

The Company has completed the first two drill holes of the program and the third hole is nearing completion. The first two holes of the program were completed from the same drill setup targeting the southeastern side of the high-grade core with the intent of expanding this enriched area of the deposit.

Drill Hole A-19-150 targeted the upper portion of the high-grade core along its southeastern edge. The Cardiac Creek zone was intersected at a downhole depth of 490.89 metres and continued in the zone until 537.14 metres representing a downhole thickness of approximately 46.25 metres. The zone is characterized by an abundance of thickly bedded, planar laminated sulphide beds with an increasing proportion of sphalerite and galena mineralisation downhole. An increase in the presence and development of “mottled” textured sulphide beds was noted below 502.31 metres which is generally indicative of higher-grade Zn and Pb mineralisation. The hole was completed to a depth of 563.00 metres within the calcareous siltstones of the Road River Group. A total of 86 samples, including industry standard QA/QC samples, were collected.

Drill hole A-19-151 targeted the lower portion of the high-grade core along its southeastern edge. The Cardiac Creek Zone was intersected at a depth of 568.42 metres continuing to 595.15 metres representing a downhole interval of 26.73 metres. The zone consists of thickly bedded sulphides comprised of laminar pyrite interbanded with steel-grey sphalerite and galena. Higher grade mottled textured sphalerite with galena interbanded with laminar pyrite occurs within an approximate 15 metre zone at a depth of 580.90 to 595.15 metres.

A smaller 5.50 metres footwall zone of mineralization is present from 603.38 metres to 608.80 metres. This zone consists primarily of thick beds of laminar pyrite with a few localized, steel grey sphalerite bands, and mottled textured sphalerite bands. In addition to the Cardiac Creek Zone and associated Footwall Zone, a small 1.30 metre pyritic massive sulphide lens underlies the main body of mineralisation within the debris flows of the Paul River formation. The hole was terminated at a depth of 617.00 metres within the calcareous siltstone of the Road River Group. A total of 100 samples, including industry standard QA/QC samples, were collected.

The 186 samples collected in holes A-19-150 and A-19-151 have been shipped to Acme Laboratories (A Bureau Veritas Company) in Vancouver for analysis. Results are expected in late summer to early fall.

The Akie Zn-Pb-Ag Project

The 100% owned Akie property is situated within the Kechika Trough, the southernmost area of the regionally extensive Paleozoic Selwyn Basin and one of the most prolific sedimentary basins in the world for the occurrence of SEDEX zinc-lead-silver and stratiform barite deposits.

Drilling on the Akie property by ZincX Resources (formerly Canada Zinc Metals Corp) since 2005 has identified a significant body of baritic-zinc-lead SEDEX mineralization known as the Cardiac Creek deposit. The deposit is hosted by siliceous, carbonaceous, fine grained clastic rocks of the Middle to Late Devonian Gunsteel Formation.

The Company updated the estimate of mineral resources for the Cardiac Creek deposit in late 2017 based on additional drilling completed in 2017, as follows:

The Company announced robust positive results from the 2018 Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA). The PEA envisages a conventional underground mine and concentrator operation with an average production rate of 4,000 tonnes per day. The mine will have an 18-year life with potential to extend the life-of-mine (LOM) through resource expansion at depth. Key parameters for the PEA are as follows:

The base case used metal prices are calculated from the 3 year trailing average coupled with two year forward projection of the average price; and are: US$1.21/lb for zinc, US$1.00/lb for lead and US$16.95 for silver. A CDN$/US$ exchange rate of 0.77 was used. The NPV discount rate is 7%. 2. DMS = dense media separation. 3. All dollar amounts expressed in Canadian dollars.

The PEA is considered preliminary in nature and includes mineral resources, including inferred mineral resources that are considered too speculative geologically to have the economic considerations applied to them that would enable them to be categorized as mineral reserves. Mineral resources that are not mineral reserves have not yet demonstrated economic viability. Due to the uncertainty that may be attached to mineral resources, it cannot be assumed that all or any part of a mineral resource will be upgraded to mineral reserves. Therefore, there is no certainty that the results concluded in the PEA will be realized.

Kechika Regional Project

In addition to the Akie Project, the Company owns 100% of eight of eleven large, contiguous property blocks that comprise the Kechika Regional Project including the advanced Mt. Alcock prospect. The Kechika Regional Project also includes the Pie, Yuen and Cirque East properties within which the Company maintains a significant 49% interest with partners Teck Resources Limited (TSX: TECK.B) and Korea Zinc Co. Ltd. These properties collectively extend northwest from the Akie property for approximately 140 kilometres covering the highly prospective Gunsteel Formation shale; the main host rock for known SEDEX zinc-lead-silver deposits in the Kechika Trough of northeastern British Columbia. These projects are located approximately 260 kilometres north northwest of the town of Mackenzie, British Columbia, Canada.

klar, das ist doch ganz einfach, Schau Dir mal den 10 Jahres Chart an und schreib Dir die Daten auf, bei denen die Kursspitzen aufgetreten sind. Jetzt such Dir raus, zu welchen Termin die Aktie gepusht wurde (Namenänderung nicht vergessen) und schon hast Du die Antwort auf Deine Frage

dann informiere Dich aus neutralen Quellen zum Thema Zink und gleiche es mit den Ankündigungen ab und Du hast eine Antwort darauf, ob diese noch eintreten werden

Es sieht so aus, als ob der aggressive Verkäufer von Cormark endgültig ausfällt (muss ein Fondsmanager gewesen sein, der aufgrund von Fondsrücknahmen zum Verkauf gezwungen wurde). Ich denke, es ist Zeit, wieder zu kaufen, da die Angebotsseite jetzt ziemlich sauber aussieht.

Wir hoffen, dass wir in den kommenden Wochen wieder zu einer ordnungsgemäßen Bewertung zurückkehren können - mit dem Bohrprogramm, das bereits im Gange ist! Es ist unglaublich - in einem "richtigen" Markt muss ZNX mindestens 1,50 USD pro Aktie wert sein.

In Anbetracht der potenziellen bevorstehenden Entwicklungen werden diese Preise höchstwahrscheinlich nicht mehr angezeigt. Die Marktkapitalisierung von 6 Milliarden US-Dollar am Boden beträgt 20 Millionen US-Dollar. Sehr starke PEA-Zahlen aus dem letzten Jahr. Das Projekt wird einen hervorragenden Cashflow aufweisen. Das Spitzenzink spielt sich dort ohne Zweifel ab.

Hallo Glorianer,
Gerade bei den Beiträgen von den Usern ilikezn und ndiamond aus dem Stockhouse-Forum wäre ich extrem vorsichtig. Das sind m.E. Pusher die dort sehr umstritten sind.
Ich glaube denen kein Wort...
Geben immer wirre Kursziele an und erzählen mit Varshney telefoniert zu haben.

"The market is always right", so judging at the SP right now, the ongoing talks and discussions, where Peeyush was refering too, must have ended. The Asians (Koreans, Chinese?) are taking their time, as they tend to do in these cases. But, as I read somewhere, zinc - after molybdenum - is the second commodity to be mined out. This will be the case within 50 years. And, considering a mine will take 5 to 8 years to permit, be build and produce, it doesn't seem such a long period anymore. Maybe the interested parties are going to cut their own fingers by playing the waiting game too long?? Time will tell. Good luck to all my fellow shareholders!

I called the company's office and spoke to Varshney. Very good update -- for sure there are large mining groups that continue to be interested in the Akie project / ZNX -- and dialogues are ongoing.

I have been adding to my position over the past week. At these share price levels -- put out a glove and catch whatever you can. Very likely won't see these prices again given the potential upcoming developments. $6 billion in the ground -- market capitalization is $20 million. Very strong PEA numbers put out last year. The project will have excellent cash flow. The top zinc play out there without a doubt.

Explorationsprogramm 2019

Bohrziele

Das Explorationsprogramm für 2019 konzentrierte sich auf den zentralen hochgradigen Kern der Lagerstätte, der auf die ersten fünf Jahre der künftigen Minenproduktion abzielte, die in der PEA identifiziert wurden. Das Programm wurde entwickelt, um:
• Bieten Sie zusätzliche Bohrabschnitte mit geringem Abstand an, um das Vertrauen in das aktuelle Ressourcenmodell zu erhöhen
• Erweitern Sie den hochgradigen Kern der Lagerstätte weiter nach Südosten

Das Bohrprogramm 2019 sollte auch die wichtigsten technischen Daten erfassen, darunter:
• Die Erfassung von geotechnischen und geomechanischen Daten, um das Verständnis der Gesteinsmasseneigenschaften der Lagerstätte zu verbessern und fortgeschrittene technische Daten für die zukünftige Untertagebauauslegung bereitzustellen

Cardiac Creek Deposit

Das Unternehmen berichtete zuvor über die ersten beiden Löcher des Programms. Dieses Update enthält eine kurze Beschreibung der letzten beiden Löcher: DDH A-19-153 und A-19-154.

Das Bohrloch A-19-153 zielte auf den oberen Teil des hochgradigen Kerns der Lagerstätte in einem Gebiet oberhalb des Bohrlochs A-17-137, das 2017 gebohrt und gemeldet wurde, und durchschnitt einen phänomenalen Abschnitt von 57,79 Metern ( wahre Breite) mit einem Gehalt von 11,79% Zn + Pb und 19,1 g / t Ag; Einschließlich eines hochgradigen Kernintervalls von 22,61% Zn + Pb und 36,2 g / t Ag über 15,44 Meter (wahre Breite).

Das Bohrloch A-19-153 durchteufte die Cardiac Creek-Zone in einer Tiefe von 453,93 Metern und setzte sich im Bohrloch bis zu einer Tiefe von 507,23 Metern fort, was einer Bohrlochdicke von ungefähr 53,34 Metern entspricht. Die Zone zeichnet sich neben Baryt, Carbonat und Quarz durch dicht eingebettete, laminare Sulfidbetten und häufige Fleckenbildung (zunehmendes Bohrloch) mit einer Abnahme von Pyrit und einer Zunahme von Sphalerit-Laminierungen aus. Galena tritt in der mineralisierten Zone auch als Ausbreitung in gesprenkelten Abschnitten und in Spannungsrissen auf. Mottling-Texturen treten häufig in Betten auf und nehmen nach 490 Metern proportional zu, wonach bis zum Ende des Abschnitts starke Mottling-Texturen auftreten. Mottling-Texturen weisen im Allgemeinen auf eine hochgradige Zn- und Pb-Mineralisierung hin. Das Loch wurde bis zu einer Tiefe von 545,75 Metern fertiggestellt. Insgesamt wurden 166 Proben, einschließlich QA / QC-Proben nach Industriestandard, gesammelt.

The Company previously announced a 2,500 metre large-diameter HQ diamond drilling program to focus on the Cardiac Creek deposit and build on the positive and robust results from the 2018 Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA).

2019 Akie Drill Program Highlights
4 large-diameter HQ drill holes competed for a total meterage of 2,347 metres
All holes were drilled successfully to their intended depth
All holes successfully tested the Cardiac Creek Zone with excellent recovery of thick intervals of sphalerite-galena-barite mineralization; including highly mottled textures which at Cardiac Creek indicate higher than typical zinc grades

2019 Exploration Program

Drill Objectives

The 2019 exploration program has focused on the central high-grade core of the deposit targeting the initial five years of future mine production identified in the PEA. The program was designed to:
Provide additional close-spaced drill intercepts to increase confidence in the current resource model
Extend the high-grade core of the deposit further to the southeast
The 2019 drilling program was also intended to collect key technical data including:
The collection of geotechnical and geomechanical data to improve the understanding of the rock mass characteristics of the deposit and provide advanced engineering data for future underground mine design
The ongoing collection of structural data to assess ground support requirements and provide input data for stope dimensions
Cardiac Creek Deposit

The Company previously reported on the first two holes of the program. This update provides a brief description of the final 2 holes: DDH A-19-153 and A-19-154.

Drill Hole A-19-153 targeted the upper portion of the high-grade core of the deposit in an area up-dip of hole A-17-137 which was drilled and reported in 2017, and intersected a phenomenal intercept of 57.79 metres (true width) grading 11.79% Zn+Pb and 19.1 g/t Ag; including a high-grade core interval of 22.61% Zn+Pb and 36.2 g/t Ag over 15.44 metres (true width).

Drill Hole A-19-153 intersected the Cardiac Creek zone at a downhole depth of 453.93 metres continuing downhole to a depth of 507.23 metres representing a downhole thickness of approximately 53.34 metres. The zone is characterized by thickly bedded, laminar sulphide beds and frequent mottling (increasing downhole) with a decrease in pyrite and an increase in sphalerite laminations, in addition to barite, carbonate and quartz. Galena also appears in the mineralized zone as disseminations in mottled sections and in tension gashes. Mottling textures are seen frequently in beds throughout, increasing in proportion after 490 metres after which strong mottling textures occur until the end of section. Mottling textures are generally indicative of higher-grade Zn and Pb mineralisation. The hole was completed to a depth of 545.75 metres. A total of 166 samples, including industry standard QA/QC samples, were collected.

Drill hole A-19-154 targeted the lower portion of the high-grade core at its approximate center. The holes was drilled successfully from the footwall rocks “up” into the zone and finished above the zone in hangingwall rocks. This hole was specifically designed to gather as much geotechnical information as possible in order to facilitate further development of mine design engineering.

The Cardiac Creek Zone was intersected at a downhole depth of 349.04 metres continuing to 410.27 metres representing a downhole interval of 61.23 metres. Cardiac Creek mineralisation is characterized by appearance of steel grey sphalerite in thickly bedded, laminar sulphide beds bearing sphalerite, pyrite and barite. Mottling textures are common throughout the section in which fine grained metallic galena is seen. Individual mineralized beds are locally interbedded with black siliceous shale beds. The hole continued “up-section” and was completed at a depth of 584.0 metres in hangingwall Gunsteel shale. A total of 140 samples, including industry standard QA/QC samples, were collected.

All samples have been shipped to Acme Laboratories (A Bureau Veritas Company) in Vancouver for analysis. Results are expected in late summer to early fall.

The Akie Zn-Pb-Ag Project

The 100% owned Akie property is situated within the Kechika Trough, the southernmost area of the regionally extensive Paleozoic Selwyn Basin and one of the most prolific sedimentary basins in the world for the occurrence of SEDEX zinc-lead-silver and stratiform barite deposits.
Drilling on the Akie property by ZincX Resources (formerly Canada Zinc Metals Corp) since 2005 has identified a significant body of baritic-zinc-lead SEDEX mineralization known as the Cardiac Creek deposit. The deposit is hosted by siliceous, carbonaceous, fine grained clastic rocks of the Middle to Late Devonian Gunsteel Formation.

The Company updated the estimate of mineral resources for the Cardiac Creek deposit in late 2017 based on additional drilling completed in 2017, as follows:

The Company announced robust positive results from the 2018 Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA). The PEA envisages a conventional underground mine and concentrator operation with an average production rate of 4,000 tonnes per day. The mine will have an 18-year life with potential to extend the life-of-mine (LOM) through resource expansion at depth. Key parameters for the PEA are as follows:

A CDN$/US$ exchange rate of 0.77 was used. The NPV discount rate is 7%. 2. DMS = dense media separation. 3. All dollar amounts expressed in Canadian dollars.
The PEA is considered preliminary in nature and includes mineral resources, including inferred mineral resources that are considered too speculative geologically to have the economic considerations applied to them that would enable them to be categorized as mineral reserves. Mineral resources that are not mineral reserves have not yet demonstrated economic viability. Due to the uncertainty that may be attached to mineral resources, it cannot be assumed that all or any part of a mineral resource will be upgraded to mineral reserves. Therefore, there is no certainty that the results concluded in the PEA will be realized.

Kechika Regional Project

In addition to the Akie Project, the Company owns 100% of eight of eleven large, contiguous property blocks that comprise the Kechika Regional Project including the advanced Mt. Alcock prospect. The Kechika Regional Project also includes the Pie, Yuen and Cirque East properties within which the Company maintains a significant 49% interest with partners Teck Resources Limited (TSX: TECK.B) and Korea Zinc Co. Ltd. These properties collectively extend northwest from the Akie property for approximately 140 kilometres covering the highly prospective Gunsteel Formation shale; the main host rock for known SEDEX zinc-lead-silver deposits in the Kechika Trough of northeastern British Columbia. These projects are located approximately 260 kilometres north northwest of the town of Mackenzie, British Columbia, Canada.

Ich sehe sehr oft an ihren Beiträgen, dass ihr von eine Übernahme träumt.
Wann begreift ihr endlich, dass es keine Übernahme gibt.
Der Ziel ist den Zink aus dem Boden zu holen. Dafür braucht man Investoren.
Wer ist so DUMM nach Ergebnissen für ca. 1/3 des Gebietes die Firma zu verkaufen.
Warum sollten die Käufer annehmen, dass Rest des Gebietes genauso Ertragreich ist.
Es gibt nur die Alternative dieses Gebiet zu verkaufen, aber nicht ZincX.

nicht zuletzt, weil ich so beschimpft worden bin, dafür, möchte ich Dir hier eindeutig widersprechen,
ich habe immer und immer wieder darauf hingewiesen, dass die in den Börsenblättern beschriehene Zinkpreisentwicklung nicht geben wird und dass der sich durch gestiegene Recyclingzahlen ganz anders entwickeln wird. Ich habe dies vielmals durch mehrere Quellen belegt, so überraschend sollte also die Erkenntnis eigentlich nicht gewesen sein, sorry.

ZincX Resources has implemented a rigorous quality assurance/quality control program at the Akie property using best industry practices. All drill core is logged for geology, structure, veining, alteration, mineralisation, and geotechnical parameters. Sections of sulphide mineralisation are marked for sampling by a geologist and a series of standards, duplicates and blanks are inserted into the sample stream for QA/QC purposes. Prior to the cutting of samples, all core boxes are photographed for due diligence and record keeping purposes. The samples are split by a diamond saw, tagged and bagged and forwarded by bonded carrier to Acme Labs (a Bureau Veritas Group Company) of Vancouver, BC, for analysis. Documentation recording the chain of custody is kept for each shipment.

Assays for zinc, lead and silver are obtained using Acme Labs AQ270 analytical package with sample digestion using aqua regia solution followed by ICP-ES and ICP-MS analyses. Barium content is determined by Acme Labs LF301 analytical package using LiBO2/LiB4O7 fusion and ACS grade nitric acid followed by ICP-ES analysis. Overlimit values of lead are rerun using Bureau Veritas AQ371 analytical package using a hot aqua regia solution followed by ICP-ES analyses. Overlimit values for zinc are rerun using Bureau Veritias GC816 analytical package, using a multi-acid digestion, followed by hydroxide precipitation and EDTA titration analysis. Specific gravity measurements are taken using the SPG01 procedure.

Check assays on drill pulps are routinely conducted by ALS Minerals of North Vancouver, BC with their OG46 analytical package using aqua regia digestion and ICP-ES analysis. All remaining drill core is stored at the Akie exploration camp.

The Akie Zn-Pb-Ag Project

The 100% owned Akie property is situated within the Kechika Trough, the southernmost area of the regionally extensive Paleozoic Selwyn Basin and one of the most prolific sedimentary basins in the world for the occurrence of SEDEX zinc-lead-silver and stratiform barite deposits.

Drilling on the Akie property by ZincX Resources (formerly Canada Zinc Metals Corp) since 2005 has identified a significant body of baritic-zinc-lead SEDEX mineralization known as the Cardiac Creek deposit. The deposit is hosted by siliceous, carbonaceous, fine grained clastic rocks of the Middle to Late Devonian Gunsteel Formation.

The Company updated the estimate of mineral resources for the Cardiac Creek deposit in late 2017 based on additional drilling completed in 2017, as follows:

The Company announced robust positive results from the 2018 Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA). The PEA envisages a conventional underground mine and concentrator operation with an average production rate of 4,000 tonnes per day. The mine will have an 18-year life with potential to extend the life-of-mine (LOM) through resource expansion at depth. Key parameters for the PEA are as follows:

The base case used metal prices are calculated from the 3 year trailing average coupled with two year forward projection of the average price; and are: US$1.21/lb for zinc, US$1.00/lb for lead and US$16.95 for silver. A CDN$/US$ exchange rate of 0.77 was used. The NPV discount rate is 7%. 2. DMS = dense media separation. 3. All dollar amounts expressed in Canadian dollars.

The PEA is considered preliminary in nature and includes mineral resources, including inferred mineral resources that are considered too speculative geologically to have the economic considerations applied to them that would enable them to be categorized as mineral reserves. Mineral resources that are not mineral reserves have not yet demonstrated economic viability. Due to the uncertainty that may be attached to mineral resources, it cannot be assumed that all or any part of a mineral resource will be upgraded to mineral reserves. Therefore, there is no certainty that the results concluded in the PEA will be realized.

Kechika Regional Project

In addition to the Akie Project, the Company owns 100% of eight of eleven large, contiguous property blocks that comprise the Kechika Regional Project including the advanced Mt. Alcock prospect. The Kechika Regional Project also includes the Pie, Yuen and Cirque East properties within which the Company maintains a significant 49% interest with partners Teck Resources Limited (TSX: TECK.B) and Korea Zinc Co. Ltd. These properties collectively extend northwest from the Akie property for approximately 140 kilometres covering the highly prospective Gunsteel Formation shale; the main host rock for known SEDEX zinc-lead-silver deposits in the Kechika Trough of northeastern British Columbia. These projects are located approximately 260 kilometres north northwest of the town of Mackenzie, British Columbia, Canada.

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / September 23, 2019 / ZincX Resources Corp. ("ZincX Resources" or "the Company", TSX Venture Exchange: ZNX) is pleased to announce the second set of assay results from the 2019 diamond drilling program on the Akie Project.

The Company recently completed a 4-hole large-diameter HQ diamond drill program that focused on the Cardiac Creek deposit totalling 2,347 metres. All four holes successfully intersected the Cardiac Creek Zone with excellent recovery of thick intervals of sphalerite-galena-barite mineralization; including highly mottled textures which generally indicate greater than average zinc grades. Over 480 HQ drill core samples have been submitted for analysis. Results from drill hole A-19-151 are presented below.

2019 Akie Drill Result Highlights

Drill hole A-19-151 returned 9.8% Zn+Pb and 15.5 g/t Ag over a true width of 16.37 metres including 10.74% Zn+Pb and 16.74 g/t Ag over a true width of 14.24 metres

Drill hole A-19-151 targeted the lower portion of the high-grade core along its southeastern edge down dip of the pierce point obtained from hole A-19-150. A broad envelope of mineralisation was intersected from 560.00 metres to 608.80 metres representing a true width of 30.85 metres that returned 5.9% Zn+Pb and 9.7 g/t Ag. Within this envelope the Cardiac Creek Zone is present from 568.42 metres to 594.40 metres, grading 9.8% Zn+Pb and 15.5 g/t Ag over a true width of 16.37 metres. Higher-grade intervals are present including10.74% Zn+Pb and 16.74 g/t Ag over a true width of 14.24 metres from 571.15 to 593.75 metres. The Footwall Zone was intersected below the Cardiac Creek Zone from 603.30 to 608.80 and returned 3.2% Zn+Pb and 5 g/t Ag over a true width of 3.51 metres.

The Cardiac Creek Zone is comprised of thickly bedded sulphides comprised of laminar pyrite interbanded with steel-grey sphalerite and galena. Higher grade mineralisation is associated with the "mottled" textured sphalerite with galena bands present within the laminar pyrite. This higher grade mineralisation occurs over a 15-metre downhole interval from 580.90 to 595.15 met

"The market is always right", so judging at the SP right now, the ongoing talks and discussions, where Peeyush was refering too, must have ended. The Asians (Koreans, Chinese?) are taking their time, as they tend to do in these cases. But, as I read somewhere, zinc - after molybdenum - is the second commodity to be mined out. This will be the case within 50 years. And, considering a mine will take 5 to 8 years to permit, be build and produce, it doesn't seem such a long period anymore. Maybe the interested parties are going to cut their own fingers by playing the waiting game too long?? Time will tell. Good luck to all my fellow shareholders!

Certainly was another set of excellent drill results. Base metals across the board are still struggling to get the attention of the market / find an audience. But there will be a time when they all come rushing back in to the highest quality projects - companies like ZNX. Just need patience. And that is the opportunity -- buy / load up when the market isn't interested !

A takeover is always a strong possibility here...

zink ist ausreichend verfügbar. wenn Du in NEUTRALEN Quellen (ich habe diverse hier gepostet) recherchierst, wirst Du verstehen, warum niemand Interesse hat, soviel Geld in die Hand zu nehmen

2019 dürfte der globale Bedarf um 1 % anziehen, was mit einem Angebotsdefizit von 125.000 Tonnen einhergeht.

Drill hole A-19-153 returned 13.78% Zn+Pb and 19.7 g/t Ag over a true width of 30.14 metres including 19.59% Zn+Pb and 27.0 g/t Ag over a true width of 14.65 metres
Drill hole A-19-153 targeted the central area of the high-grade core in proximity to the spectacular hole A-17-137. A pierce point was obtained up-dip from hole A-17-137 and along strike from similar high-grade holes A-15-121 and A-07-50. A broad envelope of mineralisation was intersected from 443.00 metres to 532.50 metres representing a true width of 50.71 metres that returned 9.37% Zn+Pb and 14.2 g/t Ag. Within this envelope the Cardiac Creek Zone is present from 454.00 to 507.25 metres, grading 13.78% Zn+Pb and 19.7 g/t Ag over a true width of 30.14 metres. Inclusive higher-grade intervals include 17.24% Zn+Pb and 24.1 g/t Ag over a true width of 22.93 metres from 466.78 to 507.25 metres, and 19.59% Zn+Pb and 27.0 g/t Ag over a true width of 14.65 metres. The Footwall Zone was intersected below the Cardiac Creek Zone from 518.82 to 532.50 metres that returned 6.81% Zn+Pb and 11.8 g/t Ag over a true width of 7.81 metres.

The Cardiac Creek Zone is comprised of thickly bedded sulphides consisting of lessor amounts of laminar pyrite interbanded with steel-grey sphalerite and galena. Higher grade mineralisation exhibiting strongly developed "mottled" textures within sphalerite and galena-rich sulphide bands are present throughout the interval. The sulphides are interbedded with the black siliceous shales of the Gunsteel Formation.

The Footwall Zone was intersected from 518.82 to 532.50 metres and consists primarily of massive white to cream coloured barite with light grey bands of sphalerite and pyrite with minor seams of coarser grained galena interbedded with the shales of the Gunsteel Formation. The barite represents approximately 70% of the Footwall Zone.

A thin 2.38 metre, pyrite rich, massive sulphide lens enriched in silver is present from 541.36 to 543.74 metres. Silver grades within the massive sulphide lens grade up to 20.8 g/t Ag. The hole was terminated within the debris flows of the Paul River Formation at a final depth of 545.75 metres.

QA/QC

ZincX Resources has implemented a rigorous quality assurance/quality control program at the Akie property using best industry practices. All drill core is logged for geology, structure, veining, alteration, mineralisation, and geotechnical parameters. Sections of sulphide mineralisation are marked for sampling by a geologist and a series of standards, duplicates and blanks are inserted into the sample stream for QA/QC purposes. Prior to the cutting of samples, all core boxes are photographed for due diligence and record keeping purposes. The samples are split by a diamond saw, tagged and bagged and forwarded by bonded carrier to Acme Labs (a Bureau Veritas Group Company) of Vancouver, BC, for analysis. Documentation recording the chain of custody is kept for each shipment.

Assays for zinc, lead and silver are obtained using Acme Labs AQ270 analytical package with sample digestion using aqua regia solution followed by ICP-ES and ICP-MS analyses. Barium content is determined by Acme Labs LF301 analytical package using LiBO2/LiB4O7 fusion and ACS grade nitric acid followed by ICP-ES analysis. Overlimit values of lead are rerun using Bureau Veritas AQ371 analytical package using a hot aqua regia solution followed by ICP-ES analyses. Overlimit values for zinc are rerun using Bureau Veritias GC816 analytical package, using a multi-acid digestion, followed by hydroxide precipitation and EDTA titration analysis. Specific gravity measurements are taken using the SPG01 procedure.

Check assays on drill pulps are routinely conducted by ALS Minerals of North Vancouver, BC with their OG46 analytical package using aqua regia digestion and ICP-ES analysis. All remaining drill core is stored at the Akie exploration camp.

The Akie Zn-Pb-Ag Project

The 100% owned Akie property is situated within the Kechika Trough, the southernmost area of the regionally extensive Paleozoic Selwyn Basin and one of the most prolific sedimentary basins in the world for the occurrence of SEDEX zinc-lead-silver and stratiform barite deposits.

Drilling on the Akie property by ZincX Resources (formerly Canada Zinc Metals Corp) since 2005 has identified a significant body of baritic-zinc-lead SEDEX mineralization known as the Cardiac Creek deposit. The deposit is hosted by siliceous, carbonaceous, fine grained clastic rocks of the Middle to Late Devonian Gunsteel Formation.

The Company updated the estimate of mineral resources for the Cardiac Creek deposit in late 2017 based on additional drilling completed in 2017, as follows:

The Company announced robust positive results from the 2018 Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA). The PEA envisages a conventional underground mine and concentrator operation with an average production rate of 4,000 tonnes per day. The mine will have an 18-year life with potential to extend the life-of-mine (LOM) through resource expansion at depth. Key parameters for the PEA are as follows:

The base case used metal prices are calculated from the 3 year trailing average coupled with two year forward projection of the average price; and are: US$1.21/lb for zinc, US$1.00/lb for lead and US$16.95 for silver. A CDN$/US$ exchange rate of 0.77 was used. The NPV discount rate is 7%. 2. DMS = dense media separation. 3. All dollar amounts expressed in Canadian dollars.

The PEA is considered preliminary in nature and includes mineral resources, including inferred mineral resources that are considered too speculative geologically to have the economic considerations applied to them that would enable them to be categorized as mineral reserves. Mineral resources that are not mineral reserves have not yet demonstrated economic viability. Due to the uncertainty that may be attached to mineral resources, it cannot be assumed that all or any part of a mineral resource will be upgraded to mineral reserves. Therefore, there is no certainty that the results concluded in the PEA will be realized.

Kechika Regional Project

In addition to the Akie Project, the Company owns 100% of eight of eleven large, contiguous property blocks that comprise the Kechika Regional Project including the advanced Mt. Alcock prospect. The Kechika Regional Project also includes the Pie, Yuen and Cirque East properties within which the Company maintains a significant 49% interest with partners Teck Resources Limited (TSX: TECK.B) and Korea Zinc Co. Ltd. These properties collectively extend northwest from the Akie property for approximately 140 kilometres covering the highly prospective Gunsteel Formation shale; the main host rock for known SEDEX zinc-lead-silver deposits in the Kechika Trough of northeastern British Columbia. These projects are located approximately 260 kilometres north northwest of the town of Mackenzie, British Columbia, Canada.

Den chart siehst du? Das volumen siehst du? Und die Beteiligungen spielen doch absolut keine Rolle, wird halt abgeschrieben und gut ist.. Oder vlt geht hier in ein par jahren ja auch nochmal die post ab. aber hier fast täglich sich über den sinkenden Kurs wundern wird dir nicht helfen. momentan bzw seit einiger zeit ist das ding hier tot.. je früher du das akzeptierst desto entspannter wird dein leben. geh (leider) erst mal davon aus, dass dein geld weg ist. alles andere kannst dann als positive Überraschung sehen

Die Bohrungen werden sicherlich einen Hintergrund haben. Keiner weiß genau, was sich hinter den Kulissen abspielt. Möglicherweise dienen die letzten Ergebnisse zum evaluieren der Unternehmung und die Karten werden neu gemischt...
Der momentane (auch mich verärgernde) Aktienkurs ist auch aufgrund der wenigen Umsätze so schlecht.
Alle warten auf einen Verkauf der auf sich warten lässt. Das fördert auch nicht gerade die Stimmung...
Vielleicht ist PV ein besserer Geschäftsmann als alle denken...

I remember we were at $ 0,10 3 or 4 years ago and Peeyush stated that the stockprice didn't reflect the real value of the company at that moment. Stock support buys/buy back's were initiated. And now? Three more years of great drill results, the project-size only grew, an enormous amount of pounds in the ground and here we are at $ 0,10 again.. Ich wollte ausdrücken, dass es durchaus möglich ist, dass PV aktuell im stillen Kämmerchen unbeobachtet mit potentiellen Käufern verhandelt und die Öffentlichkeit davon (noch) nichts mitbekommt. Ist nur eine Mutmaßung aber sicherlich möglich!

When the markets turn for the better - they can turn very quickly / things can happen fast.

It's the highest quality zinc play out there. Need to be positioned (ie. load up).

Wenn sich die Märkte zum Besseren wenden - können sie sich sehr schnell drehen / es kann schnell gehen.

Ob man den Pushern Glauben schenken mag muss jeder für sich selbst entscheiden. Ich glaube denen kein Wort.
3 Jahre lang immer wieder das gleiche predigen, ohne dass etwas passiert und dann beim Kurssprung 2018 die Lorbeeren einheimsen wollen finde ich lächerlich.
Dass der Kurs sehr schnell drehen kann habe ich seit 2013 oft genug erlebt.

Das kann, ja wird auch wieder passieren. Die Frage ist halt wann....
Egal ob fundamental begründet oder durch gepushe.
Die Kunst ist rechtzeitig rauszugehen. Wie immer halt....

Ich habe Anfang des Monats im Büro angerufen. Es wurde mitgeteilt, dass eine hochrangige Delegation von Tongling Nonferrous Metals (staatliches Unternehmen in China - größter Anteilseigner von ZNX) im Spätsommer im Büro war und die Treffen sehr gut liefen.

Vielleicht ist das der Grund, warum es keinen Insider-Kauf gibt - dies könnte ein Blackout für Insider sein, die Aktien kaufen, basierend auf laufenden Gesprächen (?) Mit einigen dieser großen Unternehmen. Mit Sicherheit eine Möglichkeit.

Ohne Zweifel bei diesen Kursniveaus lächerlich unterbewertet. Wenn sich der Markt dreht - hoffe ich, dass große Käufe und eine große Aufwärtsbewegung eintreffen. Müssen kaufen und geduldig sein.

Das Unternehmen hat ein Arbeitsprogramm mit geotechnischen und hydrogeologischen Oberflächenbohrungen und Bodenuntersuchungsgruben aufgestellt. Das Programm soll kritische standortspezifische Konstruktionsdaten liefern, um die Standortauswahl für die Mineninfrastruktur zu bestätigen, einschließlich der Standorte für Mühle, Kraftwerk / Wartung, Lager und Rückstände, die im unabhängigen Preliminary Economic Assessment ("PEA") des Unternehmens für 2018 auf dem Cardiac ausgewiesen sind Nebenflussablagerung.

Die Bohrungen werden lithologische Daten und Bodendaten sowie Hydraulik- und Leitfähigkeitsdaten sammeln und Proben für Laboruntersuchungen von Material- und Festigkeitseigenschaften sowie Wasserqualitätsproben liefern, um laufende Umweltgrundprogramme zu unterstützen.

Dieses Programm könnte zu Beginn einer Explorationssaison über einen kurzen Zeitraum von 6 bis 8 Wochen abgeschlossen werden und parallel zu den laufenden Explorationsbohrprogrammen des Unternehmens auf der Lagerstätte Cardiac Creek verlaufen.

Die neue Genehmigung gilt bis zum 4. Quartal 2022. Dies bietet die Flexibilität, das geplante Programm rechtzeitig auszuführen.

Ich stimme Ihren Kommentaren zu. Es fühlt sich an, als wäre es an der Zeit, sich auf diesen billigen Niveaus aufzuladen. Ich denke, der Aktienkurs wird schnell steigen, wenn sich der Markt günstig entwickelt.

Zink - LME Lagerbestände schrumpfen weiter

Zinkmarkt weiter mit Angebotsdefizit



Der Zinkmarkt bleibt wohl bis auf weiteren in einem Angebotsdefizit. Darauf deuten sowohl die Lagerbestände an der London Metal Exchange (LME) als auch die Fördertrends hin. Das Angebotsdefizit aus dem vergangenen Jahr hat damit weiter Bestand, obwohl mit 13 Mio. weltweit rund 500.000 Tonnen mehr als 2017 produziert wurden. Weltgrößte Produzenten waren nach Angaben des US Geological Survey vom Februar 2019 China mit 4,3 Mio. Tonnen, gefolgt von Peru mit 1,6 Mio. Tonnen und Australien mit 940.000 Tonnen. Rund 47 % davon wurden für Korrosionsschutz von Eisen- und Stahlprodukten durch Verzinken genutzt.

An der LME hat sich der Spread zwischen dem Spot-Preis und dem 3-Monats-Terminkontrakt auf 62 Dollar je Tonne verringert, harrt aber weiter in Backwardation, was einen engen Liefermarkt vermuten lässt. Dies bestätigt auch ein Blick auf die Lagerbestände der LME für Zink. Diese fielen um 11.000 Tonnen im letzten Monat und betragen noch 53.900 Tonnen. Dieser Wert liegt nur knapp über den 50.400 Tonnen vom April, was damals ein Fünfjahrestief markierte. Rund die Hälfte der aktuellen Lagerbestände ist vorgemerkt zur physischen Auslieferung, was einen verbleibenden freien Lagerbestand von 27.800 Tonnen ergibt. Diese niedrigen LME-Lagerbestände, kombiniert mit immer wieder aufkeimenden Hoffnungen auf eine Lösung im Handelsstreit zwischen den USA und China, haben den Zinkpreis im letzten Monat um 10 % ansteigen lassen.



Angebotsdefizit steigt



Neueste Daten der ILZSG (International Lead and Zinc Study Group) zeigen denn auch, dass das Angebotsdefizit am Zinkmarkt in den ersten 8 Monaten 2019 bei rund 119.000 Tonnen lag. Für das Gesamtjahr wird mit einem Defizit von 178.000 Tonnen gerechnet.



ETFS Zink



Fazit



Investoren, die auf einen steigenden Zinkpreis setzen wollen, können dies etwa mit dem ETFS von ETF Securities umsetzen. ETFS Zinc DE000A0KRKA0 hat das Ziel, die Wertentwicklung des DJ-AIG Zinc Sub-Index nachzubilden, wobei täglich anfallende Zinserträge thesauriert werden. Bei diesem Sub-Index handelt es sich um einen "Excess Return"-Index, der in Kombination mit der Zinskomponente eine Total-Return-Anlage darstellt. Der bereits vor 13 Jahren aufgelegte ETFS ist nicht währungsgesichert und thesauriert die anfallenden Erträge. Die Gesamtkostenquote (TER) liegt bei 0,49 % p.a.

By resolution passed via ballot, the five nominees referenced below were appointed as Directors of the Company to serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders of the Company, or until their successors are elected or appointed. The results of the ballot were as follows:

The Akie Zn-Pb-Ag Project

The 100% owned Akie property is situated within the Kechika Trough, the southernmost area of the regionally extensive Paleozoic Selwyn Basin and one of the most prolific sedimentary basins in the world for the occurrence of SEDEX zinc-lead-silver and stratiform barite deposits.

Drilling on the Akie property by ZincX Resources since 2005 has identified a significant body of baritic-zinc-lead SEDEX mineralization known as the Cardiac Creek deposit. The deposit is hosted by siliceous, carbonaceous, fine grained clastic rocks of the Middle to Late Devonian Gunsteel Formation.

The Company updated the estimate of mineral resources for the Cardiac Creek deposit in late 2017 based on additional drilling completed in 2017, as follows:











































The Company announced robust positive results from the 2018 Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA). The PEA envisages a conventional underground mine and concentrator operation with an average production rate of 4,000 tonnes per day. The mine will have an 18-year life with potential to extend the life-of-mine (LOM) through resource expansion at depth. Key parameters for the PEA are as follows:

1. The base case used metal prices are calculated from the 3 year trailing average coupled with two year forward projection of the average price; and are: US$1.21/lb for zinc, US$1.00/lb for lead and US$16.95 for silver. A CDN$/US$ exchange rate of 0.77 was used. The NPV discount rate is 7%. 2. DMS = dense media separation. 3. All dollar amounts expressed in Canadian dollars.

The PEA is considered preliminary in nature and includes mineral resources, including inferred mineral resources that are considered too speculative geologically to have the economic considerations applied to them that would enable them to be categorized as mineral reserves. Mineral resources that are not mineral reserves have not yet demonstrated economic viability. Due to the uncertainty that may be attached to mineral resources, it cannot be assumed that all or any part of a mineral resource will be upgraded to mineral reserves. Therefore, there is no certainty that the results concluded in the PEA will be realized.

Kechika Regional Project

In addition to the Akie Project, the Company owns 100% of eight of eleven large, contiguous property blocks that comprise the Kechika Regional Project including the advanced Mt. Alcock prospect. The Kechika Regional Project also includes the Pie, Yuen and Cirque East properties within which the Company maintains a significant 49% interest with partners Teck Resources Limited (TSX: TECK.B) and Korea Zinc Co. Ltd. These properties collectively extend northwest from the Akie property for approximately 140 kilometres covering the highly prospective Gunsteel Formation shale; the main host rock for known SEDEX zinc-lead-silver deposits in the Kechika Trough of northeastern British Columbia. These projects are located approximately 260 kilometres north northwest of the town of Mackenzie, British Columbia, Canada.

PDAC 2020

The PDAC is the world's premier mineral exploration and mining convention which is held annually in Toronto, Canada. It is anticipated that this year's event will host in excess of 1,100 exhibitors, 2,500 investors and 25,800 attendees from 132 countries. There are numerous technical sessions, short courses and networking opportunities for junior explorers.

Corporate Booth

The Company will be exhibiting at Booth #2317 on the Investors Exchange floor at the MTCC from 10 am to 5 pm each day. There is an open invitation to all shareholders and investors to visit with management and staff over the 4-day period and review information from the Akie Project that highlights the Company's 100% owned zinc-lead-silver Cardiac Creek deposit. The Akie Zn-Pb-Ag Project

The 100% owned Akie property is situated within the Kechika Trough, the southernmost area of the regionally extensive Paleozoic Selwyn Basin and one of the most prolific sedimentary basins in the world for the occurrence of SEDEX zinc-lead-silver and stratiform barite deposits.

Drilling on the Akie property by ZincX Resources (formerly Canada Zinc Metals Corp) since 2005 has identified a significant body of baritic-zinc-lead SEDEX mineralization known as the Cardiac Creek deposit. The deposit is hosted by siliceous, carbonaceous, fine-grained clastic rocks of the Middle to Late Devonian Gunsteel Formation.

The Company updated the estimate of mineral resources at Cardiac Creek in 2018, as follows:

The Company announced robust positive results from the 2018 Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA). The PEA envisages a conventional underground mine and concentrator operation with an average production rate of 4,000 tonnes per day. The mine will have an 18-year life with potential to extend the life-of-mine (LOM) through resource expansion at depth. Key parameters for the PEA are as follows:

The PEA is considered preliminary in nature and includes mineral resources, including inferred mineral resources that are considered too speculative geologically to have the economic considerations applied to them that would enable them to be categorized as mineral reserves. Mineral resources that are not mineral reserves have not yet demonstrated economic viability. Due to the uncertainty that may be attached to mineral resources, it cannot be assumed that all or any part of a mineral resource will be upgraded to mineral reserves. Therefore, there is no certainty that the results concluded in the PEA will be realized.

Kechika Regional Project

In addition to the Akie Project, the Company owns 100% of eight of eleven large, contiguous property blocks that comprise the Kechika Regional Project including the advanced Mt. Alcock prospect. The Kechika Regional Project also includes the Pie, Yuen and Cirque East properties which the Company maintains a significant 49% interest with partners Teck Resources Limited (TSX: TECK.B) and Korea Zinc Co. Ltd holding 51%. These properties collectively extend northwest from the Akie property for approximately 140 kilometres covering the highly prospective Gunsteel Formation shale; the main host rock for known SEDEX zinc-lead-silver deposits in the Kechika Trough of northeastern British Columbia. ZincX Resources Announces Tongling Non-Ferrous Metals to Participate in Funding the 2020 Drill Program at Akie
VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / April 6, 2020 / ZincX Resources Corp. "ZincX Resources" or the "Company", (TSX Venture Exchange: ZNX) (FRA:M9R) is pleased to announce that its largest shareholder, Tongling Non-Ferrous Metals of China (Tongling), has agreed to participate in the funding of a drill program in 2020 on the Akie Property. The program is intended to provide new drill core for advanced metallurgical testing that Tongling plans to conduct after the conclusion of the exploration season.

The Company has been in regular communication with Tongling since a meeting held in Vancouver in July 2019. The Company's technical team and its advisors have worked with Tongling to design a work program and agreement for the upcoming season that will have Tongling conduct its own metallurgical/processing studies in China to be in addition to the metallurgical work conducted and reported by the Company to date.

The Company is in discussion and in general agreement with Tongling to convert the proceeds, which have already been advanced to the Company, into shares at a price of 30 cents per share - a 400% premium to the Company's current share price. Tongling would thus be increasing its involvement and investment in the Company by $1.398 million.

Tongling had previously purchased shares of the Company through two large private placements and an exercise of warrants. Tongling currently owns a total of 48,636,224 common shares representing a 28.55% equity position in ZincX Resources and is the Company's largest strategic investor.

Peeyush Varshney, CEO of the Company, stated: "We have had a long-standing and mutually beneficial relationship with Tongling and have greatly valued their investment in the Company starting in mid-2009. They have provided guidance and technical expertise over the years which have helped shape exploration at the Akie Project. Until recently, Tongling had been focused on bringing the Mirador Project in Ecuador into full production since its acquisition in 2010. Tongling is thoroughly familiar with the progress to-date on the Akie property, including the 2017 metallurgical test program and the robust and positive results from the 2018 PEA. Tongling last toured the Akie property in 2018 and to this day recognizes the inherent value of the Company's significant prospective land package and the potential long-term district development opportunity. 2020 Drill Program:

The planned 2020 drill program will consist of three holes totalling approximately 2,000 metres of drilling with a primary objective of acquiring mineralised drill core sample material for advanced metallurgical testing. The holes will target specific areas of the deposit that will provide mineralised sample material representative of the deposit across its strike and width. This material will be used to further investigate the metallurgical response of the mineralisation with a focus on enhancing the recoveries for both zinc and lead into high-grade concentrates; using state-of-the-art metallurgical testing at Tongling's laboratories.

Representative intervals from the 2020 drill program will be selected from the 3 drill holes. Individual drill hole composites will be generated using half of the diamond drill core. Hanging wall and footwall dilution will be included in each composite in order to simulate mined material. From these individual composites a global composite will be constructed. The other half of the drill core will be submitted for conventional assay as per standard procedure for Akie drilling.

ZincX Resources successfully demonstrated positive metallurgical recoveries in its extensive 2017 metallurgical program. Highlights from that program included:

Flotation testing on the global composite indicated that a conventional reagent scheme produced clean, marketable concentrates
Zinc Concentrate: Zinc was 89% recovered into a concentrate grading 52.4%
Lead Concentrate: Lead was 46% recovered into a concentrate grading 45%
Saleable concentrates can be produced for both Zn and Pb
No potential impurity or penalty elements were identified in the concentrates
ZincX Resources will manage the 2020 drill program on behalf of Tongling and will follow strict, industry standard QA/QC guidelines. Pulverized blanks, duplicate samples and independently prepared laboratory standards will be used. The blanks, standards or duplicate samples will be inserted into the sample stream at intervals of every 10 samples. The assay lab will also apply their own QA/QC procedures by systematically inserting standards, blanks and duplicates into sample batches. Approximately 10% of all the samples submitted to the assay lab will be forwarded to an accredited referee lab for check assay purposes.

Tongling has indicated a desire to send a technical delegation to visit the project site to inspect the drilling and give guidance to the sampling to create the metallurgical composites.

If Tongling is willing to pay a 400% premium to market now - have to wonder how much they'd pay for the project in a potential takeover situation...likely even way higher.

Further evidence of how high the quality of the Akie project is. Of interest to Majors? The question has been answered again.

Hi dodobee, I don't know who is in the market the last several days. I was accumulating some additional shares through May.

It's always hard to be a buyer when things seem relatively "quiet" on a stock -- but the reality is that's the best time to be accumulating. Buy high quality companies/project while at bargain basement prices - and wait for another big run when the base metals / zinc market starts to improve again. Everything is a cycle - and for sure there will be another bull cycle for this metal. It wasn't that long ago (when zinc was trading at a much higher price) that ZNX ran up to about 75 cents.

Für mich stellt sich die Frage,wielange die noch bohren wollen.Das Programm 2020 ist auf 2021 verschoben,das zieht sich wegen der Frostperiode bis in den Herbst hin.Selbst eine Mine betreiben oder verkaufen?Tongling finanziert die Bohrungen und die anderen beiden Großunternehmen halten sich zurück.

BMO accumulating today

BMO (big bank brokerage firm) was busy accumulating a position today. Bought 350,000 shares in the market.

I called the ZNX office - sounds like they are getting ducks organized for the big Tongling Nonferrous Metals program for this upcoming exploration season.

Buy when it's cheap / quiet...and hold. I think we can see 5x return at least come summer.

BMO (Big Bank Brokerage Firm) war heute damit beschäftigt, eine Position aufzubauen. Kaufte 350.000 Aktien am Markt.

Ich habe das ZNX-Büro angerufen - es hört sich so an, als würden sie Enten für das große Tongling Nonferrous Metals-Programm für diese kommende Explorationssaison organisieren.

Kaufen, wenn es billig / leise ist ... und halten. Ich denke, wir können zumindest im Sommer 5x zurückkehren sehen.👍☕💹

Zinc demand is being driven by government infrastructure stimulus spending which began in China and is expected to expand to the rest of the world in the mid-term. With smelters short on concentrate, they have responded by lowering their treatment charges to compete for supply and the annual benchmark treatment charge for 2021 is expected to be reset lower than in 2020. Spot treatment charges for the month of October averaged $110 per tonne , 63% below the 2020 annual benchmark of $300 a tonne. With a higher zinc price, and lower treatment charges expected in about 40 days...

Die Lagerbestände an Konzentraten sind erschöpft und die Minenangebotsseite ist fragil. Die Zinknachfrage wird durch die Ausgaben für staatliche Infrastrukturanreize getrieben Dies begann in China und wird voraussichtlich mittelfristig auf den Rest der Welt ausgedehnt. Da die Hütten nur wenig konzentriert sind, haben sie daraufhin ihre Behandlungskosten gesenkt, um um die Versorgung zu konkurrieren, und die jährliche Benchmark-Behandlungsgebühr für 2021 wird voraussichtlich steigen niedriger als im Jahr 2020 zurückgesetzt werden. Die Spot-Behandlungskosten für den Monat Oktober betrugen im Durchschnitt 110 USD pro Tonne und lagen damit 63% unter dem jährlichen Referenzwert von 2020 von 300 USD pro Tonne. Mit einem höheren Zinkpreis und niedrigeren Behandlungsgebühren, die in etwa 40 Tagen erwartet werden ...

If you look at ZincX - you will see that is it extremely undervalued when compared to some of the other zinc peer group (FWZ, FOM, TK etc).

And ZNX is much higher quality project. Massive high grade, huge exploration potential, mining friendly jurisdiction, strategic investors like Tongling, Teck, Korea Zinc.

You can do the math...trading very cheap...share price going much higher...

Even with today's trading ZNX is still very cheap. Even at 30 cents the market cap would be less then the peer group. IMO, the stock is worth at least 10x today's closing price.

Need to accumulate under 20 cents and be patient.

Auch beim heutigen Handel ist ZNX noch sehr günstig. Selbst bei 30 Cent wäre die Marktkapitalisierung geringer als die der Vergleichsgruppe. IMO, die Aktie ist mindestens das 10-fache des heutigen Schlusskurses wert.

Müssen unter 20 Cent akkumulieren und geduldig sein.

RE:momentum slowly building...

Interesting to see the growing interest in ZNX the last few weeks. Volumes have picked up, seems a few groups are accumulating bigger positions, the bids are building, and the share price is slowly but surely beginning to increase.

I think the momentum will continues as the company starts to set up for the upcoming drill program at Akie. Tongling has funded it (at 30 cents per share). Deep, deep pockets of a State Owned Chinese Enterprise. Tongling carried out a successful takeover bid of TSX listed Corriente for $680 million.



RE: Momentum baut sich langsam auf ...

Interessant, das wachsende Interesse an ZNX in den letzten Wochen zu sehen. Das Volumen hat zugenommen, es scheint, dass einige Gruppen größere Positionen aufbauen, die Gebote steigen und der Aktienkurs langsam aber sicher zu steigen beginnt.

Ich denke, die Dynamik wird sich fortsetzen, wenn das Unternehmen beginnt, sich auf das bevorstehende Bohrprogramm bei Akie vorzubereiten. Tongling hat es finanziert (bei 30 Cent pro Aktie). Tiefe, tiefe Taschen eines staatlichen chinesischen Unternehmens. Tongling führte ein erfolgreiches Übernahmeangebot für das an der TSX notierte Corriente für 680 Millionen US-Dollar durch.

I tend to agree with you. Interest in ZNX is starting to pick up. Will pick up a bit more in the market while I can get it under 20 cents...

Tongling paying $1.00 a share would be peanuts to them. And even that would undervalue what ZNX has in terms of high grade, massive zinc-lead-silver deposit. And the huge exploration land package as well.
