im Yahoo Board sind wir nach einiger Diskussion zu folgendem Entschluß gekommen:

Wir tun etwas!!!!!!

Das allem Anschein nach größte Problem ist die absolute Schwäche der PR Abteilung. Wie zuletzt nach der Hauptversammlung gesehen, ist Ron Perry (Public relations) nicht in der Lage das Unternehmen ausreichend durch entsprechende Pressemitteilungen und Ad hocs zu repräsentieren. Die Mitteilungen sind Informell sehr dürftig und bewegen keinen Analysten dazu sich mit dem Unternehmen zu beschäftigen. Jüngstes Beispiel ist die gestern von SoWhat gefundene Mitteilung von Mamma.com über eine Zusammenarbeit mit dem Namhaften Werbevermarkter ogilvy. In keinem Satz kommt Intasys als Haupteigner von Mamma.com vor.

PRICE: INTA closed on 06/26/2000 at $2.69 per share.

VALUE: INTA has a Value of $2.9 per share. Value is the foundation of the VectorVest system. It is a measure of what a stock is currently worth. Value is based upon earnings, earnings growth rate, dividend payments, dividend growth rate, and financial performance. in diesen technischen Indikatoren sind wesentliche Faktoren wie die Beteiligung an Mamma, TEC oder IWAV nicht berücksichtigt. Es ist lediglich der Verlauf des Börsenkurses analysiert worden. (wahrscheinlich von einer Maschine/Softwareprogramm) Wenn Intasys nur aus seinem Billing System bestehen würde müßte man der Analyse wohl zustimmen. Das BS ist aber derzeit wohl das kleinste Standbein. Ich denke durch ein IPO von Mamma in diesem Jahr wären alle Prognosen wertlos. Wenn die breite Massse sich ersteinmal für Inta interessiert dann werden wir alle für unsere Geduld belohnt.

Es könnte sein das Mamma mit etwas Glück demnächst in die Top 50 der Media Metrix aufrückt.

Gerade habe ich auf Yahoo mal einen Chart-Vergleich zwischen CMGI und INTA angestellt. Das Ergebnis hat mich verbluefft.

Ist diese Aehnlichkeit Zufall? Ich glaube nicht, denn beide Companies werden vom Markt als Incubators betrachtet, entsprechend aehneln sich auch die Charts. In den letzten zwei Tagen war auf dem CMGI Board eitel Sonnenschein, da wohl ein Analysten-KZ von 216$ fuer CMGI auf Sicht Jahresende herausgegeben wurde.

Jetzt muesste sich dieses KZ nur noch (einigermassen) bestaetigen und INTA weiterhin dem Kursverlauf von CMGI folgen, das waere doch was, oder...

hast Du wirklich an eine Antwort geglaubt? In irgendeinem Posting von portee44 wurde doch erwähnt, daß es grundsätzlich keine Antworten seitens des Managements gibt (Beschimpfungen usw.) Ob die Anderen jetzt antworten werden ist doch sehr fraglich.
Wie soll den diese Antwort aussehen?
Ja, wir werden bessere Presse-Mitteilungen machen.
Ja, wir arbeiten an neuen Beteiligungen.
Ja, wir sind auch an einem höherem Kurs interessiert.
Das sind doch alles Dinge die schon gesagt wurden.
Bitte verstehe mich nicht falsch. Ich bin auch sehr reichlich in Inta investiert (seit Anfang des Jahres und verfolge seit dem dieses und auch das Yahoo-Board). Mir würde eine bessere PR und damit wahrscheinlich höhere Kurse auch gut gefallen!!! Aber das einzige was wir machen können ist abwarten und hoffen, daß die neuen Beteiligungen der Qualität der ersten drei (iwav, Tec, mamma und auch LTRIM könnte ein Goldesel werden) entsprechen. Und da werden bestimmt ein paar weitere `Kracher` dabei sein!
Wenn dem so ist, dann ist es nur noch ein Frage der Zeit bis wir in irgendwo in der Karibik Cocktails trinken und über die `Angst` aus unserer Anfangsphase als Intasys-Investor lachen.
