Intasys Billing Technologies Awarded Its Largest Contract Ever
MONTREAL--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 22, 2002--Intasys Corporation, (the ``Company``), (Nasdaq:INTA - news), announced today that its subsidiary, Intasys Billing Technologies (``IBT``) won a $2.2 million (USD) contract to provide its JBill billing and customer care software solution to Nepal Telecommunications Corporation, the Nepalese PTT. The contract is the largest ever obtained by IBT.

The contract includes the sale of a 5-year license, implementation, training and support over the life of the license.

NTC is replacing its existing billing solution with JBill in response to a rapidly increasing subscriber base but also to improve the services it provides to its customers. The implementation is to be completed during the current fiscal year.

``We are extremely pleased to have been selected by NTC. This will be the first network implementation of our successful JBill solution. To date, all of our customers operate as service providers or resellers. We intend to build on this success to continue to develop both the small network market and what we believe is a very important market in Asia and other parts of the world``, commented Michael Tinmouth, IBT`s President & CEO.

David Goldman, Chairman & CEO of Intasys Corporation stated: ``IBT winning this contract serves as further evidence that IBT continues to make substantial progress and that they will be able to build on 2001`s impressive turnaround. We are always pleased to win new business in this very competitive industry and we believe the success provides a clear signal to the market about our competitiveness and the quality of our solution and of our team.`` ..................

MONTREAL, Apr 1, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Mamma.com, The Mother Of All Search Engines(TM) (an Intasys Corporation company,)(INTA, Trade), today announced an agreement to add Ask Jeeves Inc.`s Teoma(TM) search results to its meta-search engine.

Guy Faure, President and CEO of Mamma.com comments: "We are seeing the emergence of key players with distinctive core competencies in the search industry, and as a meta-search engine, our business model requires partnerships with the top and most trusted sources on the Internet in order to be successful. Teoma is one of these sources, and with this new partnership it brings its core competency of deep search relevancy to Mamma.com."

Patrick Hopf, Vice President of Business Development agrees: "While Mamma.com queries a combination of directories, content sites and large indices, Mamma.com`s inclusion of Teoma will increase search result relevancy and the overall quality of the engine.
