Nur mal ne Meinugsumfrage. Ich meine HEB braucht IFSC wegen Ampligen
Alle Infos für die , die es noch nicht wissen unter WKN:918064 oder IFSC.
ISI erhält im gegenzug über 1 Mille Aktien die derzeit einen Wert von 3,8 Mill Dollar haben.
Dazu kommen noch 6% vom Nettoumsatz und HEB zahlt alle Schulden......sagen wir mal hat schon bezahlt.
Kurs von IFSC zieht an...derzeit noch billig
Also lasst mal hören

1. To consider and vote upon the sale of substantially all of ISI`s assets to Hemispherx Biopharma, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("HEB"), pursuant to the Asset Purchase Agreement, dated as of March 11, 2003, by and between ISI and HEB, in the form of Annex A attached to the proxy statement.
2. To transact such other business as may properly come before the special meeting or any adjournment thereof, including any motion to adjourn to a later time to permit further solicitation of proxies if necessary to establish a quorum or to obtain additional votes in favor of the foregoing items, or before any postponements or adjournments thereof.
