Exeter lists on Frankfurt Stock Exchange
VANCOUVER, May 03, 2004 (Canada NewsWire via COMTEX) --
Exeter Resource Corporation (TSX-V: XRC; Frankfurt: EXB) announced that, effective today, it has begun trading its shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Deutsche Boerse) in Germany. The Frankfurt listing will help to broaden the Company`s exposure to the European financial market. Shares will trade under the trading symbol EXB (in Germany WKN: 893 955). German stock quotes and further information can be found at www.exchange.de.

Grant of Options

The Company announced that, subject to TSX Venture Exchange and shareholder approvals, it has granted 100,000 stock options to a consultant of the Company. The options have an exercise price of $1.20 per share and expire on May 1, 2006. Any shares issued on the exercise of the stock options will be subject to a trading hold period expiring on September 1, 2004.

Exeter hält sich momentan auf dem 1$-Niveau. Das ist recht wenig, wenn man bedenkt, dass die nur 15 Mio. Shares Outstanding haben und wirklich "First-Class" Projekte in Argentinien. Mein Tipp: Rechtzeitig kaufen und eine Weile liegen lassen!
