Regarding our flagship property Tejamen, the company is awaiting title rights to be awarded on the property. Once the above has been worked out, the timeline to production should take 16-24 months. The company plans to raise capital via the equity and debt transaction but will look at that closely and make the best decision for the company and its shareholders. The company is currently close to completing a $1.5M equity/debt financing which was announced September 7th, 2012. Also, on July 19, 2012 the company announced an LOI for an $5M equity financing over a period of three (3) years.
On our Chalchihuites project we announced a 4,350 meter drill program but given the status of the financing markets the company was unable to commence on the program. Upon closing of the previous financing mentioned above, the company will proceed with the program and release the results once they are available. Catalyst moving forward for the company will ultimately be the title rights being awarded. Once this happens the company will move aggressively on the property with a drill program and look to do a resource update, hopefully adding to the current resource of 50.8M ounces of silver.
