Nach sehr langer Recherche, ist dies das einzige Unternehmen was in letzter Zeit keine 100% gemacht hat, da das Unternehmen noch eher unbekannt ist. Schaut Bitte unbedingt auf der Hompage http://www.vocaltec.com vorbei, lest Euch alles in Ruhe durch und schaut nach den Produkten, das sieht sehr gut aus-

Ich zähle das Unternehmen zu einer unetdeckten VOIP Perle.
Ich sehe hier eine Kurschance von 100% kurzfristig und bis zu 400% langfristig!!! Allein Die Markkapitalisierung ist ein Witz. Wir werden von VOCL noch viel hören!

da darf ich nicht fehlen werde auch mit reingehen wenn die nur annährend so gut läuft wie deine letzten empfehlungen zb bsqr (habe ich seit deiner empfehlung zu 0,8) dann bin ich sehr zufrieden ;-)

@fragenhaber: okay, ich bin in dem US Gärtnerboard auf den Wert merksam worden, aber den Namen hat einer nur mal kurz angesprochen! Mehr leider nicht, leider habe ich keine Rechte dort ins Board zu schreiben, ich darf nur lesen :-( aber vielleicht schreibt ja noch einer von den denen einen Bericht. Ok , ich hab sie mal in meine Watchlist genommen. Habe mir inzwischen aber nachhaltig abgewöhnt, aufgrund von WO-user-Empfehlungen "blind" zu investieren...

Wenn ich mal mehr Zeit habe, informiere ich mich selber über das Unternehmen...
Die Zukunft hat ja noch nicht begonnen...

ich habe erstmal nur ne ganz kleine menge von 250 Aktien in mein Depo gelegt nachdem ich deinen bericht gelesen habe und die nötigsten infos sprich chartentwicklung + branchenzukunft bedacht habe. Vorerst muss die Vorsicht regieren dann kann man ja noch nachlegen.

frage mich nur was euch so positiv stimmt. Ich werde mich morgen mal an den Geschäftsbericht von vor einem monat setzen hab grad mal drübergeschaut und das sah auch nicht grad nach ner bombensache aus...das gesamtvermögen ist wegen hohen umkosten bei stark gesunkenen einkommen geschmolzen aber muss mir das morgen nochmal genau durchlesen.

was denkt ihr woran eine positive zukunft des Wertes zu erkennen ist?

nach meinen informationen sind es + 4,32% (1,45 + 0,060 + 4,32 % )aber stimmt schon dass das nicht schlecht aussieht wenn der Wert auf Tageshoch beendet.

Revenues for the third quarter of 2004 were $1.2 million, compared with $1.9 million in the second quarter of 2004 and $3.2 million in the third quarter of 2003. According to U.S. GAAP, net loss in the third quarter of 2004 was $2.9 million, or $0.19 per share, compared with net loss of $3.0 million, or $0.20 per share in the second quarter of 2004, and compared with a net loss of $3.1 million, or $0.26 per share, in the third quarter of 2003.

Gross margin decreased in the third quarter of 2004 to 31% compared to 42% in the second quarter of 2004 and in the third quarter of 2003, reflecting lower product revenue and the current mix between products and services during the quarter.

"None of our traditional ILD customers are ordering, and it is taking a bit longer than we`d hoped for our new Essentra modular products to be taken up by new customers," said Elon Ganor, Chairman and CEO of VocalTec. "Nevertheless, we have had some early success as evidenced by the recent announcement with Nova Telefonia, and additional interest is strong. The solution is being tested by several potential customers, and we have responded to a few promising RFPs recently."

At the end of the third quarter of 2004, cash, cash equivalents and short-term investments totaled $10.8 million, compared with $13.9 million in the second quarter of 2004. The company`s cash use in the third quarter declined to $3.1 million from $3.2 million in the second quarter of 2004.
