PlanetLink Communications Announces Summary of Recent Annual Meeting
Thursday December 16, 8:30 am ET


CUMMING, Ga., Dec. 16, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- PlanetLink Communications Inc. (OTC BB:PLKC.OB - News), a provider of satellite-based products and services, announced today a summary of its annual shareholders meeting held on November 18, 2004.
During the meeting, three proposals were presented for vote and all three were passed. Proposal I was the election of four directors, M. Dewey Bain, Harold Jackson, Melvin Williams, and Darrell Carver. Proposal II was ratification by the Board of the appointment of Marcum & Kliegman LLP as Company`s auditors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2004. Proposal III was approval of the PlanetLink Communications stock plan. Following the passing of all three proposals, the meeting was adjourned, and Mr. Dewey Bain, the Company`s President and CEO provided a brief overview of Company developments in fiscal 2003 and 2004, as described below.

PlanetLink Communications Aggressively Pursues Mexican Market
Monday October 18, 8:30 am ET


CUMMING, Ga., Oct. 18, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- PlanetLink Communications Inc. (OTC BB:PLKC.OB - News), a provider of satellite-based products and services, announced today that it is aggressively pursuing sales opportunities in Mexico. The Company further elaborated that in the current month of October it expects to conduct live tests with four prospective clients that collectively operate 5,000 commercial vehicles.

In addition to its previously announced contract with Estrella Blanca, SA, the largest private bus company in the Western Hemisphere, PlanetLink Communications has also gained interest from several other large businesses and associations located in Mexico City and in Monterrey. The President of Canacar, Mexico`s National Trucking Association for Freight and Cargo, has agreed to test the TransTRAK product in his company`s fleet of 500 trucks. Canacar has a total of 2,500 members with a total of 398,000 trucks and trailers.

Mr. Dewey Bain, CEO of PlanetLink Communications, stated, ``We are very pleased with our progress in the Mexican market. While we are aggressively developing our U.S. markets, we believe that our highest short-term revenues will be produced in Mexico where we continue to have strong interest from some of the country`s leading industrial organizations. A proven concept.

Remember the days when this was merely an "Idea"? We all bought into the "idea" and it went to .21. Since then those who wanted a miracle in development, testing, promotion, advertising, patents, etc, could not afford to wait obviously. They sold positions and after such we tipped .01 again.
Today it is a new day. The dreams of the old are reality.
The products are now being sold.
Revs will surface in due time.
2 cents or 5 cents is nothing to buy into here.
$1.00 not tomorrow but within a few years. From here that is 10,000% I believe. Think MSFT or DELL over a decade ago. They to were at a penny. It is mind boggling. If you had the incite there(no pun intended incite101) you would be worth tens of millions by now.
Does this have the same potential?
Anyones guess. GPS is the next big thing for this generation. It should last for 20 years on its own until the next BIG thing arrives.
Examples: personal computers, cell phones (remember the brick?), the light bulb for heavens sake.
We are babies here. We this grows from infant to adult, we will be at $30. Stay tuned. The biggest fun is unraveling before your eyes. Are you coming along?????
