--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Utl.: Umsatz EUR 213,1 Millionen, EBIT EUR 1,5 Millionen

      Auftragsbestand EUR 2,42 Milliarden

Hamburg (euro adhoc) - Hamburg, 27. Juli 2010.

" that will substantially increase Woodward's deliveries of wind power converters to Nordex."

Also doch Aufträge von Nordex.

Woodward Signs Multi-Year Agreement With Nordex to Supply Wind Power Converters
FORT COLLINS, CO -- (Marketwire) -- 07/26/10 -- Woodward Governor Company (NASDAQ: WGOV) today announced that it signed a multi-year agreement with Nordex SE, Germany that will substantially increase Woodward's deliveries of wind power converters to Nordex.

As a result of this agreement, Woodward will become a key supplier for Nordex's 2.5 MW wind turbines built for the European and North American markets. Nordex is a global supplier of megawatt wind turbines.

"Woodward is proud to be chosen for this opportunity to significantly expand its relationship with Nordex globally and to support Nordex's growth in North America," said Gerhard Lauffer, President, Electrical Power Systems.

Woodward will manufacture the CONCYCLE® power converters for Nordex at its facilities in Kempen, Germany, and Fort Collins, Colo., USA.

Power converters are a critical component for delivering stable, high-quality power to the grid by controlling the voltage and power from the wind turbine generator, so voltage and frequency are constant and independent of the variable rotation speed of the wind turbine.
