The contract allows NPRNAC to provide nursing services to six hospitals in the greater Atlanta market affiliated with the Georgia Medical Resource Pool (GMRP). So PRN hat eine neue Filiale in Miami und Fort Lauterdale eröffnet. Dei Expanison geht also weiter und jede neu NL sollte auch Umsatz bringen. Aggressiv wirbt man auch weiterhin nach Arbeitskräften, Arbeit scheint wohl ausreichend vorhanden. Jetzt warten wir auf die Q3 Zahlen, sollten die ansprechend ausfallen, muss sich dies auch im Kurs niederschlagen.

also gemäss Aktionärsbrief erwartet Mssi ein Jahr, indem es profitabel zu werden wird. Aber entgegen früheren Aeusserungen wird dies allem Anschein nach (noch) nicht im Januar sein. Abwarten ist also angesagt, es wird sicher ein gutes Jahr für mssi. Aber von capten und kohlekies wurden Kurse von ca. 0,5$ genannt. Mich würde nun brennend interessieren ob sie immer noch dieser Meinung sind und vorallem weshalb. Merci und Gruss 360

Fakten müssen erstmal her, mit Umsätz <24 Mill. und Profitabilität kann die Aktie sicherlich auf 0,12-0,20 $ steigen, wenn dann noch ein Hauch von Phantasie - LOI oder ???? dazukommen, dann wären bei entsprechenden Interesse auch >0,20 bis 0,50$ drinn. Aber soweit sind wir lange nicht!Außerdem ist da noch dieser Cornell - dessen handeln ich noch nicht durchschaut habe, da mein Englisch nicht alles übersetzen kann was im RB so geschrieben wird. Aber hier ist von Todesspirale die Rede usw. also viele Investoren werden solange Cornell dabei ist abgeschreckt. Ich hoffe die schaffen es ohne die, und da wäre noch der zweite Finanzier, welche Rolle er spielt ist mir auch noch nicht klar, aber generell wollen beide Ergebnisse sehen egal in welcher Form miteinander oder gegeneinander. Sahaya kann dabei nur eins tun - sein Geschäft zum Laufen bringen. Also Daumen drücken - wir sind hier in einem HighRisk Invest und nichts anderes. hab mich in dem anderen MEDICAL STAFFING SOLUTIONS Thread auch schon wieder angemeldet und möchte auch Euch "Hallo" sagen... bin nun auch wieder mit dabei!

... um etwas für gute Stimmung zu sorgen, hier ein Auszug aus dem letzten "Global Biotech Investing" Newsletter:

Nebenbei bemerkt, dank diesem Newsletter konnte ich bei der sunwin rakete noch unter 0,2 € einsteigen und nun hierher umschichten, da ich denke, dass das Thema "medizinische Dienstleistungen" in den nächsten Jahren, wenn nicht sogar schon Monaten, ein brandaktuelles Thema sein wird. Man denke nicht zu letzt an die Vogelgrippe und mögliche Auswirkungen, falls es tatsächlich zu einer Pandemie kommen sollte...

Wie gesagt, wenn die Volumen nicht so hoch wären seit einigen Tagen, würde ich sagen es war eine Luftblase. Aber solche Volumen und nur abwärts, da is was im Busch. Die meisten haben doch EK um die 0,0002 oder noch höher so schätze ich zumindest, deshalb macht ein Verkauf auf diesem Niveau absolut keinen Sinn. Ergo muss es andere Gründe geben, welche wir aber erst später erfahren werden. Bin auch long und lass es laufen, wir brauchen aber Geduld vermute ich

in usa wieder ein ansehnliches Volumen. Es wird also gekauft aber die MM`s sorgen (nocht) dafür, dass der Kurs unten bleibt und sich bestimmte Quellen eindecken können. Das Volumen hat in letzter Zeit stark angezogen find ich zumindest. Die Zeit spricht für uns: unter 1000% geben wir nix her. Habt ihr auch Verkaufsaufträge reingestellt, damit die MM nicht damit spielen können?

Cornell Capitals schießt das Geld zu sonst wären längst die Lichter aus bei MSSI. Dafür gibts Aktien und Optionen für einen Bruchteil des aktuellen Werts. Cornell shortet damit wieder fleißig. Man spricht gerne von der Todesspirale! Mal sehen wies ausgeht, wenn Cornell den Kurs freigibt, kanns abgehen wie Schmidtskatzel. Dann gilts die Ruhe bewahren!

habe heute auch mal bei usd 0.03 die finger ausgestreckt und mir ein paar mssi gekauft. bei einer market cap von rund usd 5 mio. und aufträgen im monat januar von rund usd 1.9 mio., wobei ich dem management eine fortführung dieses trends durchaus zutraue, ist es mir eine spekulation wert. jetzt stellt sich nur noch die frage, wie viel gewinn die unternehmensführung aus den umsätzen rausholt. bei einem sprung in die schwarzen zahlen, ist eine komplette neubewertung nötig.

Wenn man nachhaltig die Profitabilität sicherstellt wird es bei der Unterbewertung nicht mehr lange bleiben. Der Umsatz geschätzt von 24 Mill. /2006 rechtfertigt mindestens die gleiche MK +xx% für die Profitabilität. Mein Kursziel liegt bei $ 0,20. Wenn ihr letzte Woche die Aussage von coconut grove girl, die übrigens mit 12 Mill in Mssi steckt, verfolgt habt, wäre bereits im Februar ein positives Ergebnis erreicht worden. Also große Chance bei großem Risiko.

wundert mich auch, bin der einzige der im comdirect forum postet, hier sind wenigstens ein paar mitstreiter. Müßte wohl mal in einem musterdepot aufgenommen werden, ist aber wohl von der story nicht so interessant. Der News-flow ist jedenfalls super, muß nur noch beachtet werden. Habe die Medical Staffing schon lange im Auge,bin durch den Biotech Börsenbrief auf das Unternehmen aufmerksam geworden.Hatte erst eine Kauforder zu 0,02Euro aufgegeben diese ist aber leider nicht durchgegangen.Dann habe ich es noch einmal zu 0,028Euro versucht und jetzt hat es endlich geklapt. Die Rakete kann gestartet werden !!!.Habe schon einen kleinen Gewinn eingefahren. Aber ich denke auf sicht von 1-2Jahren sind noch ganz andere Kurssteigerungen zu erwarten. Also Bis nächster Woche. Denke nicht, das der Markt mehr erwartet hat sonst hätte der Kurs wohl mehr nachgegeben! Die Kurse (teilweise ohne Handel-Volumen) sind doch versuchte Abstauberlimits, die aber keiner bereit ist zu solchen Kursen seine Aktien zu verkaufen .

Wachstum im 1 Q von 233% hört sich doch gut an und man geht weiter davon aus schwarze Zahlen zu schreiben. Ich bin da eigentlich ganz entspannt und denke der Kurs hat noch lange nicht das Ende gesehen. Kann aber noch dauern!

danke sehe es auch so, hat mich nur gewundert das der kurs seit letzter woche nachgegeben hat, trotz vorherigen guten ergebnisse. In deutschland auch noch recht wenig handel und bekannt. Liegt wohl an der story. Wo kauft denn die MSSI gemeinde hier???? Hat jemand noch ein paar genauere Infos was sich hinter technologieservie und homelandsicherheitsprodukte verbirgt.

PRs und Zahlen schauen auf den ersten Blick tatsächlich recht ordentlich (eigentlich sogar sensationell aus)...
Wenn man sich vorstellt, dass MSSI ein KUV von 0,4 hat, müßte der Markt eigentlich ausflippen.

Wenn man sich das Filing genauer vornimmt stösst man aber auf das da:

Wenn hier also 80 Millionen Aktien zu Kursen von 85 % bis 50 % unter dem Marktkurs in Umlauf gebracht werden,
dann verwundert nichts mehr..
Wenn man jetzt noch bedenkt, dass täglich einige hundert k gehandelt werden,
dann kann es noch lange dauern bis Cornell seine Billigstoptionen losgeschlagen hat.
Die gesamten Ausübungskosten der Optionen belaufen sich auf 800 k,
während die Aktien, die Cornell dafür erhält aktuell 2,4 Mio. an Marktwert repräsentieren

Neben obigem Riesenklotz am Bein des Kurses, ist auch das nicht gerade optimistisch zu werten.

Neben den 80 Millionen Billigstoptionen drohen zusätzliche ca. 110 Millionen, die zu 95% von Tiefskursen gewandelt werden können

Da kommen dann nochmals 1,4 Mio. $ mit ca. 40 Mio. Aktien dazu.


Wenn man den Cornell-Albtraum mal ausblendet,
schaut der Jahresbericht tatsächlich recht erfreulich aus..

Könnte durchaus sein, dass Cornell wenig Interesse hat,
seine Ansprüche mit Gewalt zu Geld zu machen,
dann könnte sich auch der Kurs stabilisieren
und die 0,03 so eine Art Boden darstellen.

Aber wie gesagt, beim operativen Geschäft schauts ganz gut aus,
die Cornell-Finanzierungsaltlasten sind halt ein großes Risiko.

Hallo! Du hast den Nagel auf den Kopf getroffen! Ich muß dir in deiner Argumentazion leider recht geben.Die Aktie ist halt kein Weisenpapier,trozdem liegt ein enormes Potenzial in diesem Unternehmen.Natürlich auch im Aktienkurs,man sollte immer daran denken,daß diese Unternehmen neu Aufgebaut worden ist. Und das der Weg der neu eingeschlagen ist,auf längere Sicht sicht doch wohl erfolgreich bleiben könnte.! Die Zukunft wird es uns zeigen,wo es mit der Medical Staffing hingehen wird.! Ich hoffe und denke es wird ein erfolgreicher Weg sein!!!. Also lassen wir uns doch mal überraschen. (mein Tipp auf sicht von 12-24 Monaten ist ein Aktienkurs um die 0,10 cent) Ciao Lars!

Wenn du der Meinung bist, dass das verrückt ist,
dann hast du keine Ahnung von OTC und ,
wenn für dich dann auch noch Aktienoptionen ein Fremdwort ist,
solltest auch besser die Finger von solchen Werten lassen..

Solche Verrücktheiten, sind an der OTC ziemlich üblcich..

Wobei nie so klar ist, ob es der echte Versuch ist eine profitable Firma auf die Beine zu stellen,
oder ob es nur darum geht die Aktionäre abzuzocken..

Das mußt du halt zwischen den Zeilen herauslesen..

Bei MSSI neige ich eher zu ersterem, schon allein weil sich das operative Geschäft ja ziemlich erfreulich entwickelt.
Trotzdem kann es passieren, dass ihnen Cornell einfach die Luft abdreht, weil sie auf die Schnelle zu ihrem Geld kommen wollen..

Das ist das große Risiko hier..

Du hast schon recht mit der Behauptung ,daß man sich über das Börsenumfeld und über das Segment in den man aktiv werden möchte ,auch darüber bescheid weiß.Man sollte das Risiko in ein Investmnt nie unterschätzen!. @lars, nachdem diese Meldung bis jetzt kurmäßig komplett ignoriert wurde, dürften jetzt viele bevor die offiziellen Zahlen kommen noch aufspringen wollen.

Hallo! Wann geht der Aktienkurs durch die Decke?? Für 2005 meldete das Unternehmen einen Umsatzanstieg um +85% auf 12,3Mio USD.Aber in den ersten 3Monaten 2006 explodierte der Umsatz auf um sage und schreibe+230% auf 5.5 Mio$.Fürs gesamte Jahr rechnet man mit UMsätze zwischen 20Mio-25Mio.Bei einer Marcet- Cap von5Mio.einen KUV von0,2!!! Der Vorstand geht davon aus ,daß noch in diesem Jahr die Gewinnschwelle erreicht werden wird!!!.Spätestens dann müsste die Aktie zwischen 200%-300% höher liegen als heute!.Also ich denke auf Sicht von 12 bis24 Monaten ist noch einiges an Potenzial für diese Aktie zu erwarten.Lassen wir uns überraschen! What is the purpose of this Information Statement?

This Information Statement is being provided pursuant to Section 14 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, to notify the Company's shareholders as of the close of business on the Record Date of corporate action expected to be taken pursuant to the consents or authorizations of principle shareholders. Shareholders holding a majority of the Company's outstanding shares of voting stock are expected to act upon certain corporate matters outlined in this Information Statement, which action is expected to take place May 11, 2006, consisting of the approval of an amendment to the Company's Articles of Incorporation to increase the authorized common stock to 1,500,000,000 shares.

Who is entitled to notice?

Each holder of shares of common stock as of record on the close of business on the Record Date, May 9, 2006, will be entitled to notice of each matter to be voted upon pursuant to consents or authorizations. Shareholders as of the close of business on the Record Date that hold in excess of fifty percent (50%) of the Company's outstanding shares of voting stock have indicated that they will vote in favor of the Proposal. Under Nevada corporate law, all the activities requiring shareholder approval may be taken by obtaining the written consent and approval of more than fifty percent (50%) of the holders of voting stock in lieu of a meeting of the shareholders. No action by the minority shareholders in connection with the proposal is required.

What corporate matters will the principal shareholders vote for and how will they vote?

Shareholders holding a majority of the outstanding stock have indicated that they will vote for the following matter:

o For the approval of an amendment to the Company's Articles of Incorporation to increase the authorized shares of the Company's common stock from 300,000,000 to 1,500,000,000 shares (see page 4).

What vote is required to approve the Proposal?

Increase in Authorized Shares of Common Stock. For the approval of an amendment to the Company's Articles of Incorporation to increase the authorized shares of the Company's common stock from 300,000,000 to 1,500,000,000, the affirmative vote of a majority of the shares of outstanding voting stock on the Record Date, will be required for approval. Of the 265,623,893 shares of voting stock outstanding and entitled to vote on the Record Date (which amount includes 2,500,000 Series A Preferred shares held by Cornell Capital Partners, LP ("Cornell Capital") which convert into 86,850,791 shares of common stock for voting purposes only), 51.19% of such voting shares will vote for the approval of the amendment.

Hallo! Da habe ich nun wirklich nicht mit gerechnet!!!Ich weiß garnicht, was die damit bezwecken wollen? So ein Mist! Der Aktienkurs ist nach dieser Nachricht um 30% eingebrochen. Schade die gute Kursentwicklung ist in den letzten Tagen damit wieder hinüber. Die Ausgabe von immer mehr Aktien, ist mit sicherheit nicht die beste Taktik. Es bleibt nur zu hoffen, dass nur wenig neue Aktien ausgegeben werden. Aber Afgrund der unsicherheit werde ich daher nicht in MSSI investieren, auch wenn die Entwicklung gut aussieht!

MSSI Achieves 233% Record Revenue Increase for the First Quarter of 2006

Bin auch durch einen Tipp darauf aufmerksam geworden. Habe dann aber für mich selbst überlegt und das Geschäftsmodell war plausibel und denke auch heute noch, das sich im Grunde etwas daraus machen läßt .Ob es über MSSI läuft oder ein artgleiches Unternehmen ist eine andere Geschichte über die es sich streiten läßt. Zumindest das Geschäftskonzept bietet etwas.

Hallo! Schön ,daß sich noch weche von euch gemeldet haben,auch ich glaube ,daß diese Geschäftsmodel sich selber tragen wird. Es müssen einfach nur noch mehr positive News rausgebracht werden.Bin vor einigen Monaten durch einen Börsenbrief ( Biotech!)auf diese Unternehmen aufmerksam geworden.Habe damals 200.000Stück für 0,02US cent gekauft. Bin also auch ganz gut im roten .Aber ich glaube auf Sicht von 1-2Jahren ist mit einwenig Glück ein Aktienkurs um die0,10US cent möglich!. Ciao Lars!

Hallo! Das ist nun schon der 3Vertrag mit dieser Agentur!Der Neuvertrag soll über drei Jahre laufen,dabei geht es um $ 1,5Million. Also schon recht ordentlich.Troz großer Konkurenz hat sich MSSI abermals durchsetzen können.Das spricht für das Niveau und den Services, der Angestellten!!.Zusäzlich hält Mssi noch einige langfristige Verträge mit der US Armee,Luftwaffe undUs Ministerium. Die lezten News geben uns wieder Hoffnung ,das die Ziele die das Unternehmen sich selber gesteckt hat,auch zu erreichen sind.Langfristig gesehen ist mit diesem Unternehmen einiges zu erreichen.
