Company Provides Solution to January 2006 EPA Arsenic Regulation Compliance With Zero Wastewater Discharge


RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif., Sept. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AquaCell Technologies, Inc. (Amex: AQA - News) a company that markets and manufactures various water filtration and purification products including applications for municipal, industrial and commercial use, announced today that its Aquacell Water, Inc. subsidiary has received its first order for its arsenic removal system for a municipal water supplier.



Additionally, pilot tests for the Company`s proprietary arsenic removal systems are being conducted in Arizona, California, Nevada and New Mexico, areas that are known to have excessive arsenic levels in drinking water.

By January 23, 2006 municipal water systems must be in compliance with the new 10ppb standard of arsenic levels in accordance with EPA regulations, which were reduced from 50ppb. It is estimated that compliance will cost municipalities billions of dollars to upgrade their water systems.

According to US Water News Online, in Oklahoma alone, estimates range from $55 billion to $163 billion to replace or upgrade the 25 systems to address the lower arsenic standard.

Aquacell Water, Inc. provides a proprietary water treatment system that can remove arsenic from municipal water systems with zero wastewater discharge providing a more cost effective way of complying with the new federally imposed regulations. Aquacell Water`s systems are designed to operate with minimal operator interface, require no onsite chemicals and have lower capital and operating costs than competing systems.

Gestern hat man wieder schön gesehen, wie mit kleinen Stückzahlen gedrückt wurde. Bei einer Aktie, die vor 2 Tagen solch einen Sprung gemacht hat, gibt einen das schon zu denken. Auch ist die Aktie an der AMEX notiert, als macht was her. Weiter sind die Daten und Aussichten glänzend. In Deutschen Häusern sieht man auf Jahressicht Kurse zwischen 3$ - 6$. Also schlappe 500% - 1000%. Da das Unternehmen mit Hydroflo zu vergleichen ist, sagt das bei einer aktuellen MK von ca. 10 Mio. auch schon einiges aus. Haydroflo war in der Spitze schon bei rund 35 Mio. Hier spricht also viel Positives für Aquacell, somit jetzt investieren, bevor es die Masse tut und bevor die guten Meldungen kommen.

AquaCell Files Form 10 Registration For Proposed Spin-Off of Its Aquacell Water Subsidiary
AquaCell Technologies, Inc. (AMEX:AQA) announced today that it has filed a Form 10 Registration Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on behalf of its Aquacell Water, Inc. subsidiary, to allow it to become a publicly traded company. AquaCell Technologies has two operating subsidiaries, Aquacell Water, which markets and manufactures various water filtration and purification products for municipal, industrial and commercial use, and AquaCell Media, which sells advertising on its patented self-filling water coolers installed in retail locations.

We anticipate setting a record date for the distribution of Aquacell Water`s stock near the end of the SEC review process. Record holders as of the payment date will receive one share of common stock in Aquacell Water, Inc. for every share of common stock held in AquaCell Technologies, Inc.

AquaCell Selected For Raytheon Project
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif., Nov. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AquaCell Technologies, Inc. (Amex: AQA) announced today that its Aquacell Water, Inc. subsidiary, a manufacturer of water treatment and purification systems for municipal, industrial and commercial applications, has been selected as a sub-contractor for a comprehensive water treatment project for existing equipment at a Raytheon Missile Systems facility. The Raytheon Company (NYSE) with 2004 sales of $20.2 billion, is a world leader in developing defense technologies and converting those technologies for use in commercial markets.

Dennis Tharan, Vice President of Operations for Aquacell Water stated, `We are thrilled to have been selected to provide services for this Raytheon facility, which has six filters, each operating at approximately 350-400 gallons per minute, that require inspection and service. These rapid sand filters are the primary filtration of ground water to supply water to a major part of the Raytheon facility. The first filter is required to be completed and recommissioned by mid December 2005. The remaining five filters are budgeted for the first and second quarters of 2006.`

Mr. Tharan continued, `The scope of this project fits in well with our focus to provide a broad spectrum of water treatment equipment and services for municipal, industrial and large commercial projects. AquaCell Technologies recently filed to spin-off the Aquacell Water subsidiary to its stockholders. AquaCell Reports Results of Quarter Ended September 30, 2005
AquaCell (AMEX:AQA) announced today the results for the quarter ended September 30, 2005.

During the quarter, the Company`s AquaCell Media subsidiary sold advertising to CBS Television for the new prime-time comedy, "Out-of-Practice" under a campaign titled, "Quench Your Thirst For Comedy", capitalizing on the growing out-of-home sector of the advertising industry.

In the quarter, the Company restructured its Aquacell Water subsidiary which, subsequent to the end of the quarter, has generated a significant backlog that is expected to be shipped by the end of December 2005.

For the three months ended September 30, 2005 on a consolidated basis, revenues were $169,000 as compared to $199,000 for the similar period of the preceding year. The decrease in sales is primarily attributable to the restructuring of our Aquacell Water subsidiary during the quarter, putting a new management team in place. Net loss on a consolidated basis, attributable to common stockholders, for the three months ended September 30, 2005 increased to $1,146,000 as compared to $877,000 for the same period of the prior year.
