Talisman Energy - bald Aktiensplit 1:3 - 500 Beiträge pro Seite

Hallo,

hat jemand von euch nähere Info`s oder eine Bestätigung, wann es bei Talisman Energy den Split im Verhältnis 1:3 geben wird?

Ich denke, das könnte der Aktie zu einem kleinen Schub nach oben verhelfen.

Interessant finde ich den Einstieg in das Ölsandgeschäft.

Welche Meinung habt ihr zu dem Wert? Soweit ich mich erinnern kann, sind Aktien nach einem Split immer recht gut gelaufen, wenn die Fundamentals und das Umfeld stimmten.

Ich habe vor vielen Jahren öfter Aktiensplits von Microsoft, Cisco, McDonalds usw. mitgemacht und mich dann anschließend über den Wertzuwachs in meinem Depot gefreut.

TALISMAN ENERGY PLANS THREE-FOR-ONE SHARE SPLIT
CALGARY, Alberta – March 1, 2006 – Talisman Energy Inc. plans to implement a three-for-one
division, or 'share split', of its issued and outstanding common shares. The decision has been
approved by Talisman's Board of Directors. The Company believes that the share split will
encourage greater market liquidity and wider distribution among retail investors.
Shareholder approval will be sought at Talisman's annual and special meeting of shareholders
cheduled for May 9, 2006 in Calgary, Alberta. In addition to shareholder approval, the stock
plit is subject to the receipt of all required regulatory approvals. If approved, each shareholder
will receive two additional common shares for each common share held on the record date for the
tock split of May 25, 2006. Pursuant to the rules of the Toronto Stock Exchange, Talisman’s
common shares will commence trading on a subdivided basis at the opening of business on May
23, 2006, which is the second trading day preceding the record date. Also on May 23, 2006,
Talisman’s common shares listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) will commence
rading with rights entitling holders to two additional common shares for each common share held
upon the commencement of trading of the common shares on a subdivided basis on the NYSE.
The trading of common shares on a subdivided basis on the NYSE will occur one day after the
delivery of share certificates to registered holders of Talisman’s common shares. It is anticipated
hat share certificates representing the additional common shares resulting from the stock split
will be mailed to registered common shareholders on or about May 30, 2006.

So, der Aktiensplit ist vollzogen, davor ging es mal ziemlich nach unten, aber jetzt arbeitet sich die Aktie wieder langsam nach oben in Richtung GD65, der liegt bei 14,74 Euro (Stand 26.5.06)

Das schaut ja mal sehr gut aus heute. Nun hat die Aktie auch den Gleitenden Durchschnitt(65 Tage) nach oben durchbrochen; ich hoffe das hält auf Schlusskursbasis.

Öldienstleister kauft Talisman Expro für $414 Mio

Der Öldienstleister Endeavour International Corp. traf eine Übereinkunft zur Übernahme von Talisman (Nachrichten) Expro Ltd. (Nachrichten) für 414 Millionen Dollar. Bei Talisman Expro handelt es sich um ein in Großbritannien in der Nordsee im Besitz von Herstellungsanlagen stehendes Ölerkundungsunternehmen. Aus den Anlagen von Talisman Expro fließen zur Zeit rund 9.200 Barrels Rohöl pro Tag.

Wie Endeavour am Freitag weiter mitteilte, soll die Transaktion unter Vorbehalt der Genehmigung durch Aufsichtsbehörden vor Jahresende zur Vervollständigung gelangen. Es ist davon auszugehen, dass die Transaktion mit einer Beschleunigung im Bereich der Cash Flow-Generierung einhergehen wird.

Talisman Energy überschreitet die 14 Euro Marke. Die Prognose für Talisman Energy (Nachrichten) für Montag den 5. Juni ist 12,42 Euro.


Na, hoffentlich irrt sich die Prognose; es geht gerade so schön nach oben.

hatte sie schon mal letztes jahr im sommer
bin aber schon nach ca 20% raus
naja danach gings schon noch ein gutes stück hoch
wie das halt so ist.

bin nun nach dem split wieder eingestiegen

denke man kann mit den shares hier nicht so viel falsch machen
viele förderorte (risk management) und auch in bezug
auf mgl. vorkommen sehr gut
z.b. das riesengasfeld in Ca das letztes jahr gefunden wurde
und die gaspreise in ca sind auch ganz gut hochgegangen

es wird im oct. der erste windpark in betrieb gehn (2007?) der ua.
ne bohrinsel versorgen wird.

nein, nicht 2007 - 2006 - oder besser gesagt innerhalb der nächsten zwei monate findet die errichtung statt - die anlagen werden gerade perschiff angelifert - allerdings erstmal nur zwei 5 mw offshore in 44 m wassertiefe - testphase ist bis 2009 - danach kann der park auf 200 anlagen - entspricht 1 GW - also der leistung eines klassischen akw erweitert werden.

sie haben letzens bekannt gegeben sich im golf von mexico breit zu machen, dort wurde vor ca. 2wk ein rel großes ölvorkommen gefunden

Talisman Energy (UK) Limited is initiating a process to sell its assets in the Brae area of the UK North Sea. This is part of the previously announced plan to surface value for the Company's non-core assets.

These non operated assets are:

- 18% interest in the South, North, Central, West Brae fields and the Beinn field

- 16.9% interest in the East Brae field

- 13% interest in the Braemar field

- 9% interest in the SAGE pipeline and terminal

While non-core to Talisman, the package represents an opportunity to acquire interests in some 19,250 boe/day (Talisman share) of low cost production (60% natural gas) and processing/transportation infrastructure in the central North Sea.

Talisman is undertaking a broad review of its non-core assets world-wide, some of which it believes may not be fully reflected in the Company's share price. The Company intends to use any cash proceeds from these asset sales to repurchase Talisman shares.

sehe den verkauf nicht problematisch, talisman zeiht sic garade aus einem anderen gebiet zurück und wird dabei einige milliarden einnehemen und diese ggf. zum aktienrückkauf wieder einsetzten,

(TSX:TLM) (NYSE:TLM) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Talisman Energy (UK) Limited, has reached agreement with Shell U.K. Limited and Esso Exploration and Production UK Limited, an ExxonMobil subsidiary, to acquire their combined 85.81% interest in the Fulmar unitized field (Blocks 30/11b and 30/16s) and a 100% interest in the Auk field (Blocks 30/16n and 30/16t) in the Central North Sea. The transaction is subject to normal consents, including UK Government approvals and the satisfaction of certain other conditions. Assuming successful completion of the transaction, Talisman is expected to assume operatorship later this year. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The transaction expands Talisman's existing Clyde core area assets in the Central North Sea and provides the opportunity for significant reserves and production growth. Talisman currently operates both the Clyde field (Talisman 95%) and Orion field (Talisman 93.7%), which, along with the Auk and Gannet fields, export volumes via the Fulmar production facilities. Talisman also has an existing 12.71% interest in the Fulmar field and has agreed to acquire Hess Limited's 1.48% interest in the Fulmar field, with the result that on completion of both transactions, Talisman will hold a 100% interest in the Fulmar field.

"This is a good business opportunity for Talisman and is a continuation of our successful development strategy in the North Sea," said Dr. Jim Buckee, President and Chief Executive Officer. "Production from the Auk and Fulmar interests is currently 8,000 barrels of oil per day and with redevelopment, there is significant upside. We believe there is an exciting opportunity to redevelop Auk, which has approximately 675 million barrels remaining oil in place. Successful application of horizontal wells in Auk has already been demonstrated and we intend to build on that experience to access further drilling opportunities in this large field and significantly increase reserves and production volumes.

"Fulmar is a vital production hub in this area, providing an export route for Auk, Clyde and Orion, as well as the Shell operated Gannet field. We expect that the combined Fulmar, Auk, Clyde and Orion operations will yield a number of operating efficiencies, which will help us to extend field life and enhance the ultimate recovery from all these assets."

Sollten die Öl Preise nochmal korrigieren kommen noch günstigere Einstiegsmöglichkeiten.
Ich warte erstmal ab.
Aber auf der Einkaufsliste steht Talisman drauf.
Was mich noch interessieren würde da gibt es noch eine TALISMAN MINING
