Sage Global Reaches Agreement With Orange Coast Title -- Expects to Add an Estimated $500,000 to Annual Revenues

IRVINE, Calif., June 19, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Sage Global Solutions, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SGGL) announced today that its Express Notary subsidiary has been contracted by Orange Coast Title to provide notary and real-estate closing documentation services for its Nationwide Lenders division in La Mirada, Calif.

"Within the next three months, from this one contractual relationship alone, we expect to grow to an average of 300 to 500 closings per month and $40,000 to $80,000 in monthly gross revenue. This arrangement should add at least $500,000 in annual revenue to Express Notary's existing revenue. We are expecting strong year-over-year results for all of our subsidiaries," said Henry Davidson, CEO.

"In just the first month under the agreement our subsidiary generated about 140 signings and gross revenues of approximately $28,000. We actually see the number of signings increasing every single week, and expect to double the closings count within 90 days. We have shot out of the gate and have Sage running on all cylinders," Davidson added. "It really is special to be part of a company that is growing and expanding at such incredible rates."

Express Notary is an online mobile notary service that specializes in loan document closings and has an extensive network of notary agents throughout the U.S. The main focus of the company is real estate documents and legal documents common to the business community. interessant wäre allerdings auch mal, die bisherigen zahlen zu gesicht zu bekommen.

bin gespannt, ob sggl nicht in absehbarer an die otcbb wechseln wird und damit zur "fully reporting" company wird.

nach den bisherigen news und interviews scheint der ceo auf alle fälle auf akquisitionstour zu sein.

hier übrigens der bisherige verlauf in us



wie auch schon in einer empfehlung erwähnt, sieht man deutlich, daß immer wieder käufe stattgefunden haben, die shares aber nicht wieder verkauft wurden.

auch heute setzt sich das fort, in us heute kein einziger verkauf

nicht wahr

denke ich eben auch. vorallem sehe ich eine firma, die gerade im aufbau begriffen ist.

ob das ganze gutgeht wird sich weisen. aktuell ist mein "kaufargument" das gleiche wie bisher.

es verkauft niemand in us. und ich denke, daß das einen grund hat.

daher warte ich gerne mal ab, was sich sonst noch so ergibt.

du darfst aber auch nicht vergessen, daß sggl nur an der otc (pinksheets) handelbar ist. damit fallen schon mal 90% der europ. käufer aus. der umsatz ist daher nun mal "gebremster", zumindest, bis in us nachfrage reinkommt.

also sehen wir mal, ob sich da in den nächsten tagen etwas tut
