IMPACT Silver Announces Second Quarter 2012 Financial and Production Results

      --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

IMPACT Silver Corp. ("IMPACT" or "The Company") is pleased to announce the financial and production results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2012. IMPACT currently operates four underground silver mines (Chivo, San Ramon, Noche Buena and Gallega) and is building two new mines within the 100%-owned, 623 square kilometer (241 square miles) land package in Mexico. The new mines being constructed are the high-grade, underground silver Oscar Mine (which will replace the Chivo Mine) and the open-pit, poly-metallic Capire Mine, both of which are on schedule and on budget. The commencement of production at the new mines will represent the next phase of growth for the Company with the aim to establish IMPACT as a multi-million ounce silver producer.

Second Quarter 2012 Financial and Production Highlights
Net income for the quarter increased 289% to $0.3 million ($0.00 per share) from a loss of $0.1 million in the first quarter of 2012.
Revenues for the quarter were $3.6 million, compared to $4.5 million the first quarter of 2012.
Mine operating earnings for the quarter were $1.3 million, compared to $1.6 in the first quarter of 2012 and mine operating costs decreased by 25% to $1.9 million from $2.5 million in the first quarter of 2012.
Cash flows from operations before changes in non-cash working capital increased 78% to $1.2 million for the second quarter from $0.7 million in the first quarter of 2012.
Working capital for the quarter was $29.5 million, compared to $32.1 million in the first quarter of 2012.
Silver production for the quarter was 154,406 ounces, down marginally from 164,758 ounces in the first quarter of 2012.
Lead production for the quarter was 139 tonnes, compared to 149 tonnes in the first quarter of 2012.
Zinc production for the quarter was 205 tonnes, compared to 260 tonnes in the first quarter of 2012.
Average mill throughput for the quarter was 438 tonnes per day ("tpd"), compared to 455 tpd in the first quarter of 2012.
      Second Quarter 2012 Operational Highlights

Production in the second quarter continued at modest but profitable levels as the transition from mining at the Chivo Mine to the new high grade Oscar Mine continues. It is anticipated that Oscar will begin production before year end and result in higher silver production from the higher grade mineralization. Recent drill results from Oscar include 1,875 grams per ton ("g/t") silver across one meter and 115 g/t silver across 23 meters, 1,007 g/t silver across six meters and 1,128 g/t silver across three meters (see IMPACT News Releases dated April 23, 2012 and October 26, 2011).

Simultaneous construction of the new Capire Mine continues with first concentrate shipments anticipated this winter. Capire represents a new production centre in the south portion of the property. Initial production will be from a 200 tpd pilot plant which will be used to optimize the metallurgy and mining methods, with future plans to construct a much larger plant. Photographs chronicling the development of the Capire Mine are available on the Company's website at www.impactsilver.com.

IMPACT continued its aggressive exploration program during the quarter. On July 11, 2012, IMPACT announced additional drill results from the Carlos Pacheco Gold-Silver-Copper Project including 3.84g/t Gold and 0.54% Copper across 6.7 meters. The Carlos Pacheco Project is located within the Valle de Oro Gold Sector, 200 meters from IMPACT's producing Noche Buena Silver Mine in the Royal Mines of Zacualpan Silver District. Within the Valle de Oro gold sector, high-grade gold and copper mineralization has been observed in the deeper valleys (at depths of 300 meters or 1,000 feet) and drill holes which support the concept of gold-copper mineralization lying at depth below the silver mineralization in the Zacualpan District. Exploration drilling in this area will continue to test the potential of adding gold and copper to IMPACT's future production profile.

IMPACT Silver Ranked in the 24th Annual PROFIT 200 Canada's Fastest-Growing Companies by PROFIT Magazine, and Provides Update on the Development of the New Capire Production Center, Mexico

      --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

IMPACT Silver Corp. ("IMPACT") is pleased to announce that it has been ranked 177th by PROFIT Magazine in their 24th Annual PROFIT 200 'Canada's Fastest-Growing Companies' selection. IMPACT is proud to be one of only six companies listed that operate in the Natural Resource Sector. By ranking Canada's Fastest-Growing Companies by five-year growth, the PROFIT 200 profiles the country's most successful growth companies, of which IMPACT has continuously proven to belong. More information on the PROFIT 200 publication is accessible at www.profitguide.com.

IMPACT is also pleased to provide a progress update on the construction of the new Capire Production Centre and open pit mine ("Capire"), located 16 kilometers southwest of IMPACT's active production centre at the Royal Mines of Zacualpan Silver District in Mexico. IMPACT announced the commencement of construction at Capire on January 11, 2012. Work to date, which is progressing on schedule and on budget, includes:

Construction of the electrical power line from the main grid into the site, 75% complete.

Equipment for the previously purchased pilot plant has been refurbished and the majority of the equipment has been transported to the site.

Construction of the foundations for the 200 tonne per day ("tpd") processing plant, maintenance shop and warehouse has begun.

Subsurface water monitoring wells are in place and collecting data.

Construction of most of the mine roads is complete.
Pre-stripping of the open pit has begun.

Construction of the tailings dam and low grade stockpile areas has begun.
First aid and safety equipment is on site and safety training for workers is ongoing.

IMPACT's President and CEO, Fred Davidson, comments, "The development of the Capire Production Centre is an exciting time for us; Capire is our first open-pit mine and represents a new production center in new mineral district that will greatly expand our production profile." Capire will be the second new mining district that IMPACT has developed, reinforcing IMPACT's proven history of moving mines from early exploration to full scale production. Davidson adds, "A cornerstone of IMPACT's success is rapid exploration to mine development, which generates early cash flow. Over the next few quarters we will be pushing that envelope by building two new mines, Capire and Oscar." For more information on the high-grade silver Oscar Mine, see IMPACT Silver News Release dated April 23, 2012.

The 200-tpd pilot plant operation at Capire is scheduled to commence production in late 2012 or early 2013. The main objective of the pilot plant is to optimize operating parameters in preparation for installation of a larger facility in the future. National Instrument 43-101 compliant Measured and Indicated Mineral Resources at Capire currently total 7.2 million oz silver; 30,446 oz gold; 95.6 million lbs zinc and 37.2 million lbs lead (see IMPACT Silver News Release dated February 1, 2011). Exploration work is also continuing in the area to expand the Capire Zone with step out drill holes and to test other nearby mineral prospects and geophysical and geochemical anomalies over favorable stratigraphy in the vicinity. George Gorzynski, P. Eng., Vice President, Exploration and a Qualified Person under the meaning of Canadian National Instrument 43 101, is responsible for the technical content of this news release. IMPACT Silver Corp. is a silver-focused mining and exploration company operating in Mexico. With 100% ownership of the producing operations in the 423-square-kilometer Royal Mines of Zacualpan Silver District and the 200-square-kilometer Mamatla Silver District which includes Capire, IMPACT is well positioned to grow into a multi-million-ounce silver producer. IMPACT also has a 16.5% shareholder position in Defiance Silver Corp., a silver exploration company that is advancing IMPACT's 200-tpd mill and mineral concessions toward production in the Zacatecas Silver District. Additional information including photos of construction activity at Capire can be found on the Company website at www.IMPACTSilver.com.

IMPACT Silver Announces First Quarter 2012 Financial and Production Results

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - May 29, 2012) - IMPACT Silver Corp. (IPT.V - News) ("IMPACT" or "The Company") reports financial and production results for the first quarter 2012, ended March 31. The first quarter results were lower compared to the same period in 2011 due to unfavorable foreign exchange fluctuations relative to the Canadian and U.S. dollars and the Mexican peso, and the decreasing silver grades at depth in the Chivo Mine, which is currently being addressed by accelerating plans to bring the high-grade Oscar Mine into production before year-end.

President and CEO, Fred Davidson, comments, "The value of the mineralization at the depths we are reaching now at the Chivo Mine is becoming increasingly lead and zinc rich with decreasing silver. We will be shifting production from the Chivo Mine to the new high-grade Oscar Mine, putting the Chivo Mine on care and maintenance until the markets show more economically favorable lead and zinc prices. We are confident that with the recent successful completion of the drill program at the Oscar Mine, coupled with the low capital expenditure required to move the Oscar Mine into production, IMPACT will be experiencing record production levels in the near future." The Oscar Mine will be the newest mine the IMPACT team has moved from exploration into production, with first concentrate shipments planned for late 2012.

First Quarter 2012 Financial and Production Summary

-- Revenues for the quarter were $4.5 million, compared to $7.3 million in

      the first quarter of 2011.

-- Net loss for the quarter was $0.1 million, compared to $2.5 million net

earnings in the first quarter of 2011, with earnings per share of $0.00

compared to $0.04 in the first quarter of 2011.

-- Mine operating earnings for the quarter were $1.6 million, compared to

$4.6 million in the comparable period of 2011.

-- Cash flow from operations before changes in non-cash working capital in

the first quarter was $0.7 million, compared to $3.1 million in the

      first quarter of 2011.

-- Net working capital increased 47% to $32.1 million for the quarter,

compared to $21.9 million in the comparable period in 2011.

-- Silver production for the quarter was 164,758 ounces, down from 260,970

ounces in the comparable period in 2011.

-- Lead production for the quarter was 149 tonnes, compared to 193 tonnes

in the first quarter of 2011.

-- Zinc production for the quarter was 260 tonnes, compared to 370 tonnes

in the comparable period of 2011.

-- Average mill throughput for the quarter was 455 tonnes per day ("tpd"),

compared to 419 tpd in the first quarter of 2011.

-- Cash and cash equivalents increased 41% to $28.1 million in the first

quarter, compared to $20.0 million in the comparable period of 2011.

During the first quarter of 2012, the Company spent $2.2 million on the

development of the Oscar Mine and construction of the Capire Mine.

Preparation of the high-grade Oscar Mine is currently underway, with mill feed from the Oscar Mine to the nearby Guadalupe Processing Plant in Zacualpan. For the balance of 2012, IMPACT will increase the tonnage mined from the San Ramon and Noche Buena Mines to compensate for the decreasing silver grades at the Chivo Mine.

      First Quarter 2012 Operational Highlights

With plans to significantly expand production over the next three years, IMPACT is currently constructing two new mines: the aforementioned Oscar Mine and the open-pit Capire Mine. The construction of the Capire Mine is on schedule with the goal of the first concentrate shipments in late 2012. An upcoming review of the development of the Capire Mine and production centre will detail the progress of the construction, while photographs chronicling the development of the Capire Mine are available on the Company's website at www.impactsilver.com.

One focus of the Company's exploration activities in 2012 is in the Valle de Oro area (formerly the Huatecosco Gold Project), located in a large valley southwest of the Guadalupe Processing Plant. Valle de Oro is emerging as a potential new gold horizon with initial drill results on two zones, the Huatecosco vein and the Carlos Pacheco vein, both returning high-grade gold values which may indicate a gold horizon beneath the Zacualpan silver mineralization at depths of 300 meters (see IMPACT Silver News Release dated October 12, 2011). IMPACT has been aggressively drilling on multiple targets in the Valle de Oro area, testing the potential of this zone as a new emerging gold horizon and production centre.
