Wineco Productions Inc. Announces Quarterly Shareholder Update

SUNRISE, Fla., Aug. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Wineco Productions Inc. (OTC: WNCP - News) has received numerous enquires from its shareholders regarding the progress of the company. The following have been achieved during this period.

* Wineco completed a 14 to 1 forward split which will create more
liquidity and increase shareholder value.
* Wineco filed Forms 9 and 15c-211 with the NASD
* Gold nuggets at the Winnemucca mine reported that the accrued stream
wash exceeded expectation approximately 25%.
* The average nugget exceeded 1/2 oz per piece. Collection from 5-55
gallon drums of mine tailings exceeded 2 1/2 lbs of placer gold at 68%
purity. The micron samples from the tailing accrual are averaging
approximately 3 oz's gold per ton, and 2.5 oz platinum per ton.
Management believes full production should increase overall production
by at least 4 times the present test runs.
* Wineco anticipates beginning its platinum and gold production
operations at a second Nevada mine by the end of the year. Tests
results indicated less than 2 oz of gold per ton and 5 oz of platinum
per ton.
* Wineco will finalize its first oil production contract in late August.
The Arco test well on the adjacent property resulted in 140 barrels of
oil per day and 1,400,000 cu. ft. of gas per day.
* The company cancelled its dealings with ERC computer salvage firm.

Wineco Productions Inc Tests Results Indicate Micron Processing Could Yield 3 Ounces of Gold Per Ton

Estimates of Tailings for Processing Exceed 200,000 at Mineral Mountain Mine


SUNRISE, Fla., Aug. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Wineco Productions Inc. (OTC: WNCP - News) is negotiating a contract with Mineral Mountain Mining for tailings and water retention at Mineral Mountains mine.


Wineco's testing of the tailings and surpluses from Mineral Mountain Mining resulted in significant shows of copper, chromium and gold. James Logan, Wineco's President commented, "Estimates of the tailings for processing could result in approximately 2-3 oz's of gold per ton which based on today's closing of gold at $629.00 per ton could result in substantial revenues and earnings for the company."

He also added, "water flow micron gold collection based upon 2,500 gallons per minute water flow will yield an addition half an ounce of gold at the 2500 gallons per minute constant flow every 4 hours and a single stage pump collection would yield an additional collection of approximately 3 more ounces of gold per daily cycle."

Wineco has designed and authorized the building of a gold plating system that will utilize the Wineco sponge gold micron collections for plating various items that require gold, silver and nickel plating. The company anticipates the plating unit will be in operation within 30 days. The materials used by the plating system comes from Wineco's chemical extraction of noble metals.

Upon the completion of Wineco's Florida based laboratory, all evaluations, assays and rare earth gathering will be done at Wineco's base of operations.

SUNRISE, Fla., Sept. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Wineco Productions Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: WNCP - News) announced today that it has commissioned a staff of engineers and geologists to complete spectrasized assays at the Mineral Mountain site. Present fire assay discloses micron gold values at two (2) ounces and eleven (11) grams average per ton on the extraction tailing piles at Mineral Mountain. Geologists expect that there is in excess of one million tons of tailings at the mine site. Upon the completion of the final of three (3) assays the company expects to place its equipment and begin extracting micron gold and platinum at the mine site. These items are in addition to a heavy laden of copper and chromium deposits.

Wineco has successfully developed gold plating solvents to be used in electroplating and anticipates utilizing the micron gold extraction from various mine sites for the business of the electroplating system. Wineco plans to become the principal supplier of both solvents and equipment for electroplating which includes gold, silver, rhodium and other precious metals.

A discovery channel of micron gold has been discovered in the lower reaches of the Iron Mountain range in the northern United States and southern Canada. Testing for recovery of the heavy laden noble material in the Iron Mountain range will begin subject to the completion of the analysis of Mineral Mountain. Equipment for the Wineco laboratory is being built as per specifications and is expected to be at the Wineco laboratory site by mid October. This will enable Wineco to process and analyze ore of fifty (50) mines per month. SUNRISE, Fla. -- Development Exploration and Mining (DEMI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Wineco Productions, Inc. (OTC:WNCP), has entered into agreements for the famous Willow Creek Mine in Northern Nevada.

The mine produces Gold and other precious metals. Development Exploration and Mining (DEMI) has committed to building a chemical extraction plant at nearby Federal Route 80. Total expenditure on the plant will exceed three million dollars, and will employ up to 40 people. DEMI expects the plant to be in operation within 90 days.

Chemical extraction will retrieve gold particles that are not possible to retrieve using conventional mining methods. Particles of gold as small as micron size will be extracted from what was formally waste material at the mine site. Tests indicate up to 6 oz's of gold per ton of waste in micron size. The first phase of the plant will process 6 to 12 tons of waste per day.

Wineco is presently negotiating for plant sites at four (4) additional sites for DEMI extraction plants.

Wineco Productions subsidiary DEMI has acquired mining equipment valued at a million dollars, to be used for expansion of the Willow Creek, Nevada mine operations. The equipment was acquired as a cash asset.

Construction of a second extraction plant for DEMI is scheduled to begin in late June of 2005. All chemical extraction is non-toxic and is environmentally safe, yet produces very high yields of micron gold.

DEMI will process tailings for mines that are not owned by WINECO/ DEMI on a fee basis.

Wineco Reports: Willow Creek's Samples are Golden

SUNRISE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 8, 2005--Wineco Productions Inc. (Pink Sheets:WNCP) announces the preliminary results on samples collected during its July 2005 R&D trip to the Willow Creek Mine located in the mountainous region approximately 125 miles north and east of Reno, Nevada.


Twenty-two samples were taken to verify some aspects of previously done work. While only a small portion of the sample work has been completed, of the one finished, two stand out.

Of particular note were:

Sample H-7-L-22 was taken at the contact zone of an exposed quartzite dike. The results from the one-half pound sample were 0.0227 grams of gold actually recovered. (91 grams to the ton) or almost 3 ounces to the ton-Troy

Sample J-5-N-7 was taken from a previously accumulated ore stockpile. The results from the one-half pound sample were 0.0197 grams of gold recovered. (78.8 grams per ton) or greater than 2.5 ounces to the ton-Troy

The significance of these test results should not be underestimated. This is not a calculated number based on parts-per million instrumentation readings and then extrapolated. Wineco's methods and results are based on the actual weight of the recovered metal utilizing the digestion and liquid/liquid recovery situation, and is not theoretical.

These results combined with other work have identified the starting point for the operation of the portable pilot-plant. The on-site delivery date is slated for September 27, 2005.

Hm... Gestern war der Umsatz so groß wie schon lange nicht mehr! Kommt da jetzt doch bald die Zündung? Ich werd nochmal nachlegen! Wer ist alles investiert?

Wineco Production Provides Update Hiko-Bell Mining and Oil Negotiations


Wineco Productions, Inc. (OTC: WNCP) announces on going negotiations with Hiko-Bell Mining and Oil regarding the H B properties in Utah. It is expected that contracts will be concluded within the next 30 days. Test results on the open mining area indicate approximately 8 oz per ton of AU (Gold in micron form). The mining area is approximately 1200 acres of hardened clay and crystalline. Gold purity during tests is at 86% purity micron.


An alternative, non-cyanide gold leaching process based on the use of environmentally benign biodegradable compounds as both the oxidant and lixiviant components of the leach solution. The use of non-cyanide reagents has become particularly relevant in light of recent public concerns involving the use of cyanide for gold production. The development of Wineco Productions environmentally benign leaching processes is well suited for a variety of complex and non-complex crystalline structures providing treatment of materials with low temperature pressure oxidation thereby reducing energy costs associated with processing.


Wineco Productions proprietary process substantially increases the capture and yield of gold concentrates as compared to other technologies. We believe that this occurs due to the use of our proprietary reagents which enhance our ability to successfully leach and extract "micron" gold from various matrices.


Wineco also announced accords with John Vanover for the drilling and operations of the Dutch Valley Property. Drilling an offset well to an area production well of approx. 420 BBL's per day and over 1,000,000 CFT gas per day indicate the test well will be a valuable asset to Wineco. The site will allow seven (7) wells. Vanover expects to drill the site in mid January.


The increased asset base of Wineco has allowed the company to order several plants for ore tailing extraction to be built and put into place and operation by mid April, 2007. Officers, geologist and chemical engineers are expected to be in the Philippines mid-January to conclude several contracts for micron retrieval on large tailing piles on three sites.

Wineco Productions Announces Ore Processing Agreement With Philippines Based Global Transformation Resource Group

CITY OF INDUSTRY, Calif., Jan. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Wineco Productions, Inc. (OTC: WNCP) announced today it has entered into an agreement with the Philippines based Martir family and their company, Global Transformation Resource Group, LLC. Under the agreement Wineco will process ore bodies, in Negros Occidental, Philippines, a GTRG Property.

Early tests of the property indicate Gold and other Noble metals of very high values. AU (gold) in both Placer and Micron in the test results show values of approximately $4,000.00 per ton of ore. It is estimated that at least 400,000 tons of base ore are to be processed by WNCP.

The agreement stipulates that GTRG is to receive 40%. WNCP has designated 5% of its proceeds to be donated to a charitable organization dedicated to the betterment of some of the Philippines poor.

Equipment for the processing by WNCP is being built for the project and WNCP expects to purchase additional equipment for the project. Actual operations are to commence in late summer after final core tests and plant set-up are near completion.

The Martir family is well known for their Christian works in the Philippines. WNCP officers have expressed delight at the opportunity to work with GTRG on the large site.

WNCP is dispatching a team of mining engineers, geologists, and chemical engineers to the site in February for further testing and to establish locations for equipment.

The area of the mine site is well known for its natural resources that include Noble metals along with large oil reserves. WNCP has gained geology reports from the Philippines geology agency that report major oil reserves on the property. WNCP will explore the potential of the oil reserves on the property and report results upon completion of their tests.
