Fuwei Films (Holdings) Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ: FFHL) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering in the United States. Fuwei sold 3,750,000 ordinary shares in the offering at a price of $8.28 per share. Fuwei has granted the representative of the underwriters the right to purchase up to 562,500 additional ordinary shares to cover over-allotments, if any, for a period of 45 days.

Maxim Group LLC acted as the sole bookrunning manager and representative of the underwriters which included WR Hambrecht + Co, and Chardan Capital Markets LLC. die wachstumsraten und die gewinnrevidierungszahlen würden mich sehr interessieren.
